Nestled in Orleans, this lovely house for $458 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Tastefully redone Cape style home in lovely residential neighborhood. Property includes four bedrooms and three full baths. The lower level boasts large open kitchen with eat in area and breakfast bar. There is also an adjacent dining room and living room with double sliders to private back yard and deck with hot tub. The first floor also has a very large family room with smart TV, large bedroom with king and full bed, full bath, and laundry room. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms and two full baths one of which is the master suite that has queen bed and with Juliet deck overlooking the backyard. Bedroom #2 on second floor has four single beds and bedroom #3 has a queen bed and a pull out single. Other features include plenty of parking, garage for storing bikes and kayaks, outdoor shower and central A/C. FREE Wifi/Internet.

This was a great house for my family over a long fall weekend on Cape Cod. Lots of spaces inside the house for guests. Great kitchen and dining space for the whole family and two living rooms meant that we could spend time together without feeling crowded. Paul was great to work with too. I appreciated that he called prior to our stay to connect in person. The house is also very close to the bike trail and beaches. We really enjoyed our stay!

We were a group of 6 adults, 5 kids & 1 pup! Paul’s house is so spacious that we didn’t feel like we were overcrowding each other at all! We had breakfast & dinners at the house while we spent our afternoons out & about exploring all that we love about the Cape! This was the second time our group stayed at Paul’s. The location is perfect & we can’t wait to come back!!

This house was a good fit for some of the family members that gathered here for our granddaughter’s wedding. Paul was always available either by phone or text. The house was well equipped with everything we may have needed. The only negative thing I can say was we had to bring our own linens for the beds and also towels. For a group of 12 that was a lot.

We had a blast! The place was so big and near by everything. Plenty of room for everyone and everything. 3 full bathrooms. Do not forget to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels.

Nice location, big home with lots of sleeping spaces. Kitchen fully stocked & nice , not fancy. Some quirks, including step up/downs. Steep stairs. Bring sheets, towels & soap. We really enjoyed our family time here.

Wonderful place for a group
My friend and I had a wonderful stay. The place was very spacious and super clean. Multiple rooms large enough for us to hang out and mingle. Beaches are very close, it was a perfect place for a friends or family trip.

Great Location, spacious home made for a perfect family getaway
Paul’s home is perfectly located on the cape, just a few minutes to downtown Orleans for restaurants, close to the bike path, and close to many beaches. The home is very clean and spacious, perfect for two young families with kids and toddlers. The bedrooms are spread out through the house so no one disturbs each other. Paul was communicative and available via text, the check in process was simple. This was a great trip, we would definitely stay again!

Tho it is mentioned we did t realize no linens or towels were included with the stay. Perhaps that being stated more explicitly would be good.

2021 Cape Golf Trip
The house was a perfect fit for our group of 12 golfers. There was plenty of room for all of us to have a place to sleep. The back deck was perfect for hanging and the hot tub was definitely a plus after each day of 36 holes of golf!

Great Access to Brewster and Orleans Attractions
A lovely house with pretty and comfortable coastal decor in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from our favorite Orleans beaches and Brewster ponds/Nickerson State Park. Plenty of space for a large family or two to spread out, with a big back deck. Well-appointed kitchen. Only complaint was that mattresses are very firm.

Great week on the Cape
We stayed at Paul’s wonderful home for a week this august. As others have noted in their reviews the house is actually quite larger than you would guess from the pictures. Plenty of space for our group of 10 to spread out and relax. The house is well equipped and has everything you’d need for a great vacation on the cape. And the location in Brewster is fantastic for hitting the beaches, exploring Nickerson State Park or shopping in Chatham. We loved our stay and would recommend this rental home to anyone. Thanks again!

Amazing and spacious home!
We loved our stay at this home! It was so spacious, close to the beaches, great restaurants (must get Brewster buns from Eat Cake 4 Breakfast bakery and dinner/drinks on the lawn of Ocean’s Edge Resort). We loved having such a beautiful and comfortable home to return to after a busy day of fun!

Many in our group really appreciated the outdoor shower and use of the hot tub during our stay, as well as the well stocked kitchen, the dining table large enough to fit all of us at meals and for game time. The living space allowed us to congregate in different areas, allowing for different activities and conversations to occur. The location of the home makes for extremely easy access to Hwy. 6, many great restaurants, beaches...pretty much anything one might be looking for. Paul was very welcoming and set us up with the information we needed for our stay. We had NO issues while there so there was no need for his further intervention -- perfect, perfect, perfect! From our perspective, this is the home we'd like to rebook if he'll have us!
