Nestled in Santa Margherita Ligure, this charming villa for $385 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Beautiful villa in the country with garden and private pool, stunning sea views in the bay of Portofino. Located in the hills of Santa Margherita Ligure, a short walk from the center and beaches. It consists of kitchen with bay window with sea view, large living room with fireplace and bathroom. On the first floor, master bedroom with large sea view terrace, 1 bathroom with shower. private entrance, private garden with lighting, heated private pool. All well furnished and equipped with Italian design furniture. We rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Household linen not provided, € 10 per person on request. Electricity consumption calculated separately with meter reading 0.30 cents per Kw.

The view was really nice and the swimming pool,was a great pleasure. Inside the house is lacking some comfort in the kitchen as a good dishwasher. We were four people and the upstairs bed was really good.. downstairs. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable.. nevertheless, the view and really nice location of the house are compensating the disadvantages.

Wunderschöne Lage mit kleinen Abstrichen
Die Lage und der Pool sind wirklich sensationell. Leider haben manche Lampen und die Dunstabzugshaube nicht funktioniert. Im Schlafzimmer ist permanent ein seltsames Dauergeräusch zu hören, vermutlich durch den Lampentrafo an der Decke. Vom öffentlichen Straßenrandparkplatz zum Haus muss man zu Fuß ca. 100m hoch laufen, was aber nicht wirklich schlimm ist. Aber wie gesagt, die Lage, die Sicht und der Pool bieten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Tolle Lage, so nah und doch so fern
Ist wirklich ein gutes Haus. Man könnte die Küche etwas modernisieren. Sonst ist es einfach nur schön dort Zeit zu verbringen. Alles in der Nähe mit einem gesunden Abstand zur Stadt und einem traumhaften Blick auf sie.
Wir würden immer gerne wieder kommen.

Breathless View
Gorgeous hilltop villa. It’s a rustic beauty that sets your pace for inspirational exploration of the nearby towns, harbors, grottos, restaurants, artisanal markets and hills. Get ready to hear the daily church bells that gently wake you each morning along with a rooster crow. Don’t be intimidated by the staircase that leads to town. Lots of steps but lots of beauty along the way. My advice is that you definitely need to be ready for lots of walking. Getting a taxi back up is no problem but getting one to pick you up can be a challenge. Aside from that, wonderful property to experience La Dolce Vida.

Terrific located nearby Santa Margherita ligure , wonderful view. Pitoresk house but the kitchen have some flaws ,missing kitchen cookware and the bed sofa was not so comfortable to sleep in. Great with air conditioning in the bedroom. We can recommend this house and the house owners is very helpful and nice!

Vacances à Santa Margherita
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Santa Margherita avec mon mari et ma fille de 9 ans. La Villa Lorenzo de Mme Pellegrini est très bien située car elle se trouve sur les hauteurs du village et bénéficie d'une vue incroyable : sans doute la plus belle de Santa Margherita ! De plus, elle a du cachet et rien ne manque à l'intérieur. Il y a la climatisation dans la chambre du haut ce qui est très appréciable. Nous sommes partis vers la mi-juillet et il faisait très chaud. La maison est mignonne et cosy. Elle est d'époque ce qui lui donne beaucoup de charme. Elle est parfaite pour 4 personnes. La terrasse se trouve juste devant la piscine ce qui est très appréciable. La maison est propre et bien entretenue tout comme le jardin et la piscine. Vous pouvez accéder au village par les escaliers en 18 minutes (il n'est pas toujours facile de se garer). Les alentours de Santa Margherita sont très jolis ; il y a beaucoup de choses à faire dont de belles balades. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Wonderful view
Terrific located nearby Santa Margherita ligure , wonderful view. Pitoresk house but the kitchen have some flaws ,missing kitchen cookware and the bed sofa was not so comfortable to sleep in. Great with air conditioning in the bedroom. We can recommend this house and the house owners is very helpful and nice!

Très jolie villa rustique - vue à couper le souffle!
Villa très bien située pour rayonner dans la région. La piscine privée surplombant la petite ville de Santa Margherita est certainement un atout incroyable de la propriété. La proximité de la ville est très pratique pour faire les courses, prendre le bateau ou le train. Le soir venu, l’écho du train et des voitures peut par contre incommoder les dormeurs au sommeil léger qui préfèrent dormir les fenêtres ouvertes.
Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants et la maison était confortable.

magnifiques vacances, le lieu est magique, la maison de nos rêves avec des propriétaires très sympathiques et une petite chatte blanche hors du commun, elle nous manque du reste.
Merci de nous avons fait partagé ces moments inoubliables, au plaisir de revenir très vite.

Ein phantastisches Stückchen Erde, wunderbarer Blick über die Bucht, toller Pool, angenehme Einrichtung und bequemes Bett - was will man mehr?!
Santa Margherita ist der bessere Ort zwischen Rapallo und Portofino, gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Eltern und Kinder waren glücklich. Wenn wir nicht den Wunsch hätten, noch mehr von der Welt sehen zu wollen, würde ich das Haus für die nächsten Ferien gleich wieder buchen. Danke an die freundlichen Gastgeber!

Great location with stunning views
The location with the view is spectacular! The owners are very nice and helpful (we forgot our camera and it was promptly sent to us!). The kitchen might have seen better days and it is obvious that the owner's family uses the house for its own vacation (some cupboards are not for use as they are private). The living room and garden with private pool are fantastic and the view better than you can imagine (it just takes a bit of walking uphill to the house)! We had a wonderfull stay with our baby son! Thank you very much!

Merveilleux moments
L'emplacement de la maison est encore plus sensationnel que sur les photos. On profite d'un magnifique panorama sur les collines et sur toute la crique de Santa Margherita Ligure. La piscine et la terrasse permettent de profiter au maximum de ces merveilleux moments.
La maison est un peu vieillissante mais elle est très bien entretenue. Le jardinier passe plusieurs fois par semaine pour arroser le jardin et nettoyer la piscine. On peut même profiter du raisin et des prunes du jardin, tout ça au milieu de plusieurs bougainvilliers et oliviers.
Pour ne pas être que positif, il y a quand même quelques petites choses négatives :
- pas de four micro-ondes (pas commode pour décongeler ou réchauffer les plats)
- beaucoup trop d'affaires personnelles du propriétaire et donc rangements limités
- chemin d'accès assez difficile (une centaine de mètres raides et assez escarpés)
- pas évident de trouver des places pour stationner la voiture certains jours
Mais les deux derniers points sont fréquents dans le secteur car on est entre mer et montagne.

We chose this property for its location and view and the facilities,eg pool and and self catering facilities.The location, pool and garden are without doubt very good and just as fantastic as they appear in the photos we enjoyed these very much .The location was good, only short drive into Santa Margherita Ligure,and the public parking was very close. However the kitchen has seen better days and needs replacing,There were few utensils and the crockery and glass ware are in keeping with the kitchen , very worn ,to make a hot drink we had to boil water in a saucepan!The bathroom is functional but the taps leak on the sink and need constant mopping up! Getting contact and directions from the owners was very difficult we were given a telephone contact and an address but no specific instructions, fortunately I used Google earth to locate it exactly! The wifi is fast and the TVs is good and the sitting room is very spacious and comfortable,We had a fabulous time here and enjoyed the week immensely and the owners are lovely people,but it is shabby rather than chic and we were disappointed by this,for this reason we can only give the accommodation 3 stars as it is not of a good standard overall.

A short, but steep footpath leads directly down to the lovely town and haven. We had bikes and enjoyed the longer winding road with its wonderful views. A public parking is located below the house . You should be well on your feet because the house is from there about 70 meters walk to reach and you have to carry up luggage, shopping etc.. That was absolutely no problem for us and so we will definitely return into this little paradise. Gratitude to our hosts.

Che posto incantevole
Una vera sorpresa... La casa dal vero è ancora meglio che in foto. Luminosa, accogliente, molto curata e, non ultima, la posizione. In 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro, pur rimanendo nella quiete della collina da cui godere di un paesaggio mozzafiato. Torneremo!
