About this house rental

Located in Ocean City, this attractive house for $1,277 per night is a great option for your next break. Our custom built single-family home is located only eight houses from the beach. You can have your feet in the sand or be enjoying Brown's famous donuts minutes after walking out the front door. Enter the home through the two-car garage, or the 10' X 22' front porch. A large living area (14' X 22') flows into the dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, complete with beverage refrigerator to keep cold drinks handy. The back deck off the kitchen provides outdoor eating space in addition to the kitchen island or full family dining area. The second floor has four bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have Queen beds, one bedroom has a Full bed, and one bedroom has two Twin beds. The Full bedroom and one of the Queen bedrooms have access to a private front deck. One of the two full bathrooms on this floor is designed with the flexibility to be used by everyone, or locked from the hallway to be used only by the Junior Master bedroom. The third-floor master suite has a King bed, a private front porch and full tile bath. A 12' X 22' sun deck on the back of the 3rd floor is accessible to all via the hallway. When you return from the beach, there is an outdoor cabana to shower and change, before you fire up the grill for dinner. If you prefer not to cook, dine-in or take-out is available from the Island Grill at the end of the block, and TJ's ice cream is just around the corner. Several other restaurants are also within walking distance. Bernadato's deli and convenience store is at the end of the block. There are many other options for dining in Ocean City, or make the quick trip to Somers Point or Margate for an even wider selection of restaurants. We are close to the Longport Bridge should you choose to make a night of it in Atlantic City. The Ocean City boardwalk is a great place for a morning bike ride. Breakfast is available at several restaurants along the ride. Tennis courts are located at 6th street, and surfing is permitted at any beach after the lifeguards go off duty each evening, or all day on the designated surfing beach. Fishing excursions, parasailing and jet ski rentals can all be arranged on-island. Arcades and two amusement piers are open with rides to suit all ages. Lots of boutique shops for browsing are on the boardwalk and line the downtown area on Asbury Avenue from 6th to 14th streets. A weekly farmer's market takes place from 8 -1 at the Tabernacle grounds. There are musical events on the boardwalk Music Pier, celebrations, parades and festivals for almost every interest. This home was just perfect for our family of 9, 6 adults and 3 children. The home was extremely clean, the kitchen was very well equipped as we cooked all meals in and the beds, pillows were all very comfortable. The outdoor shower was also in great condition. An added bonus were there plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and a small beach cart. The owners were very very easy to work with. I cant say enough great things about this amazing property.

Overall the week was wonderful. The house is beautiful and well equipped. It had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The owners are awesome and very easy to contact and work with. This is our second time renting and hopefully we will be able to do it again next year. The weather was iffy but the house and its amenities made it so much better.

The house is huge, well kept and immaculate. Close walk to the beach, 10 min walk to boardwalk. Also a quick walk to other conveniences like a seafood market / restaraunt, deli and an amazing donut place. The house is a dream house, better than the photos. We are an extended family with little kids and grandparents in tow and this worked for everyone. Don’t delay in booking this house. And the hosts were also great!

This house is absolutely beautiful- the pictures do not do it justice! It was spacious for my parents, my sister and her husband and my husband and our 2 children inside and out! Jeannie was very responsive and it was a pleasure renting from her and her husband! We just pray that they continue to rent out this house because we definitely plan to come back!!!

Jeff and Jeannie are excellent at communicating from start to finish. They also have *every* convenience covered so you can arrive and start your vacation! Without a doubt one of the nicest rentals in Ocean City. Beautifully constructed and furnished, appointed and equipped. Love all the space of a single home. Gourmet Kitchen, spacious rooms and porches everywhere. This is a property to put on your short list. The owners were extremely easy to work with and did all they could to make our stay enjoyable!

We've rented in Ocean City for 10 years and this house was by far the NICEST. The house is one block from the beach with bathrooms at the entrance of the beach. The house is stocked with everything you can imagine. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys in addition to a kitchen with everything you could want to cook. We were a group of 10 and ate in every night because we enjoyed the house so much, especially the grill. Each floor has a deck and the top floor has two. There was so much space and we never felt on top of each other. The house is so well thought out with plenty of closets and bathrooms. We can't wait to return next year!

After 15 years of renting beach houses in OCNJ, our family has found a new favorite! The owners, Jeannie & Jeff, provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire rental process. Not only were they professional and responsive in all communications, but they were also personable and genuinely interested in making our stay a positive experience. The house is absolutely beautiful and full of features ideally suited for accommodating families and entertaining guests during a beach vacation. The open floor plan, natural lighting, and modern furnishings & decor give this stunning new home a warm and welcoming feel. The spacious kitchen is the centerpiece of the first floor with seating options at the counter, the dining room table, and the outdoor breakfast nook! The kitchen is equipped with higher quality appliances (not builder grade), more than ample counter and cabinet space, and a full array of cooking/serving/storage ware & small appliances. Showering a house full of people was a breeze with 3 full baths with double sink vanities and a very nice outdoor shower! We all had good water pressure and hot water - thanks to the in-line water heater. The garage is enormous! There is more than adequate space for cars, beach gear, bikes, etc. Plus, the owners have a nice selection of beach chairs and umbrellas. Best of all were the 2nd & 3rd floor balconies, rooftop deck and 1st floor porch! Our family and guests loved all the places they could enjoy the outdoors from every level of the house! Additionally, the location of this house can’t be beat - nice, safe neighborhood; easy access to the boardwalk and beach; convenience store at the corner; good restaurants within walking distance; and less crowded and cleaner beaches than in the center of the city! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this house and highly recommend it to other families, friends, and relatives. We definitely plan to rent it again next summer!

This was our first time using VRBO and we had some concerns about using the platform for the first time as well as making our first rental a property that was still under construction. However, Jeff & Jeannie, the owners, eased our concerns and kept us updated on the home's progress. We are so happy that we took the leap. First, you can't beat this home's location. It's a block away from a little convenience store where we bought some staples for the first day and a block away from the beach and Brown's Donuts!!! Every morning, we took a walk and brought home warm donuts for everyone to share! Three families, 8 people, shared this home and we each brought our own car and had enough room to park in the garage and driveway. The owners have thought of everything! After putting our code in to open the door (no key which we loved), it revealed an open floor plan with a ton of natural light. A binder is discreetly positioned on the table introducing you to the home, the history of the property and everything you need to know. One of our concerns was the home not having enough supplies, furniture or decor since it was brand new. That was NOT the case! They thought of everything. Even the 10 beach badges were each attached to a large plastic ring so they wouldn't get lost. My favorite part of the home was the outdoor shower which was separated into two areas for changing and washing. Genius! The family spent most of our time on the first floor balcony, talking, laughing and enjoying each other's company. We had two toddlers and rented cribs from a local company and the grandparents who enjoyed the third floor master suite with double balconies never heard the babies early morning cries from their private oasis. We are already talking about booking for the same week next year. Jeannie and Jeff were awesome about communication before, during and after our stay, which not only eased our worries but helped us establish a positive relationship moving forward.
