Property clean and convenient to everything including bike trails ,dining and ocean/beach we have been to Amelia a few times in the past and would return again We are only about 2 hours north so very easy to get to

We loved our time in this unit. It was great being right on the beach, and it had everything we needed for me, my wife, and our two young daughters to enjoy our stay.

Candace was very responsive. She left her cell number to call or text if there were any problems. Property was just as described. The bed was very comfortable, great location on the beach, and only a short drive to great shops and restaurants. Parking is a little tight, but we had no problems finding a spot. The stove is out dated, It took 10-15 minutes just to boil water. Overall it was a great vacation spot!

Nice property, convenient, clean, well stocked, and would book again. One of the biggest positives was the communication and attentiveness of the host. She was responsive, communicated clearly, and offered easy to understand arrival/departure instructions. We wish we could have stayed longer…

We recently stayed here with our toddler son. The location was absolutely perfect, right on an uncrowded beach! We saw beautiful sunrises each morning from the balcony. The condo was well equipped and had everything our family needed. We were able to cook most of our meals there. We appreciated the extras included, like the high chair and sand toys. One thing to note for future families is that the bathroom has a shower/bath combo but due to the drain cover installed we weren't able to actually fill the bath for our young son so we had to hose him down with the sprayer. It wasn't a big deal though. I would recommend this condo for any families to stay at.

This was our first trip to Amelia Island and we can't wait to come back! Candace was a gracious and responsive host. The condo was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time searching for shark teeth, spotting dolphins from the balcony and enjoying the beach and quaint downtown. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location on the beach and close to downtown Fernandina Beach. The condo was comfortable with all the amenities for a relaxing stay. The stove is electric and dated; however, other appliances are fine. Amelia Island is a wonderful vacation location.

We enjoyed out stay. The property is very conveniently located to the beach and downtown dining options as well as Georgia Florida festivities. The property is well stocked. The first level vie of the beach and sea oats is great.

This little condo is situated in a wonderful location, right on the beach and close to restaurants. Bed was comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. It should be noted that parking is limited and you could find yourself without a parking spot with no alternative parking, other than blocking someone in. The owners said this doesn’t happen often and I have no reason to doubt them as they were very responsive to us. However, it did happen once to us so be aware of the possibility. This is a great area and we enjoyed our stay there!

Overall it was a good place good view property manager was very Nice and fast answering the phone. The cleanliness of the place was the downside the floor was dirty sand in my bed sand all in the washer and dryer every surface I wipped there was dust we have to leave so early but its like they dont even clean

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week on Amelia Island and stay at this Coral Sands property. The view of the Atlantic Ocean was superb. We enjoyed coffee, watching the sunrise and walking along the beach during the day and evening. A full moon was a bonus! Candace was prompt about answering questions. While the property is older, the convenience, the decorations, and the short access to the beach, along with a smooth process made our stay at this property a great one!

This adorable 2 bedroom was perfect for our girl's weekend. Waking up to the sunrise and having a view of the ocean all day was just perfect. The location is a few minutes away from the downtown area where there are many restaurants and shops. A grocery store is also close by. It's just down the street from Ft Clinch. The unit is fully equipped and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owner. Thank you for a great experience.

My husband and I enjoyed a great, quiet week at this wonderful property - literally steps from the ocean. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner and dined on the balcony watching the waves roll in. We also ventured out to quaint downtown restaurants and shops, as well as visiting the lighthouse and Fort Clinch. Candace was friendly and responsive, and we very much appreciated her generosity in allowing us to check out two hours late. We can't wait to return!

This property was great for us! The proximity to the beach is amazing, and you cannot beat the views from the porch of the beach and the sunrise/sunset! Candace was easy to get in contact with, and had everything we needed at the condo! It was very clean and organized! Highly recommend, and we will be back!!!
