Comfortable bed, don’t get breakfast

The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. Shower had good water pressure. Staff lovely.

Don’t get their breakfast included. Absolute rip off worked out at $22 Aus. They give two pieces of toast and 1 egg? Couldn’t even give me 2 eggs for 2 toasts? Also no hairdryer in the room, had to request to borrow one from reception.

Grand for one or two nights stay

Budget friendly accommodation. Pool was nice to cool down in. Few bean bags and loungers scattered around. Beds were comfy. Great for overnight stay. Staff were friendly . nice a quiet despite reviews saying lots of noise, I think we were lucky the night club appeared closed so we all got a good nights sleep!

Some dirty stains on sheets, room was basic and no separation from shower to toilet so everything gets wet but really it’s fine tbh

Terrible place stay.

the location is near the night club which is the sound impact on your sleep at night. the air-con is terrible. It's sound at night like longtail boat. totally can't sleep at night. the reception was confuse once I checked-in, I already paid with Booking.com but the staff ask me to settle again. I already explain to her but she was reject and ask me to settle again. At the end she called me and informed me my booking was paid. The terrible process I need to wait accounting to refund my payment with 3 working time, It's not make sense. The hotel ask me to settle impedietly before check in but after they found I need to wait. Staff's service mind is bad.

Room nice, cleaning staff friendly.

Rooms was good. Pool much more little than it seems at the Photos. Fitnessroom is one threadmill, one bike, one rowing machine. Rooms never cleaned, Schimmel at the walls. But best: Staff at the reception. 2 or 3 young Girls which are absolutely arrogant, unfriendly and 0 welcome or helpfull. Dont say hello, dont look, if you come inside. Looking bored completely time playing with their mobilphones. I asked one girl, what about aircondition in Fitnessroom. First no understanding, then moving their shoulders what means: I dont care about it. Catastrophe! The other with black hairs thinks she is Miss Thailand. Should not work at Hotel reception. I dont recommend!

Very good

the staff were friendly and accommodating, the pool area seems nice and gets all day sun. the rooms were fine and the bed was big and comfortable (and very soft for Thai standards).

the bar next door is a little noisy at night if you’re travelling with kids or for work etc. it’s about a 15 min walk into the main area which was fine for us but maybe a little long for some. also, the river across the road smells absolutely putrid but luckily you can’t smell it from the room so that’s a plus!

Phuket Recenta style

Very easy to walk into old town. Loads of restaurants. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast simple but enough. Lovely pool area

The hotel was 10 or 15 minutes' walk to the Old Town. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and when they couldn't understand, they used a translator app. The bed was definitely the most comfortable we've had so far. Breakfast very basic cost 100 THB (if you havent already paid for it with your booking) but was fresh got all your staple items for a continental breakfast egg toast orange juice, cereal and milk.and Limitless coffee/ tea. The old town can provide an ample range of food and drink, a night market providing a range of different foods definitely worth a trip for the entertainment. Overall value for money.

The bathroom is a wet room but becomes hazardous after taking a shower. Please go careful! No kettle in the room however it is freely available in the lobby area. Air conditioning unit a little temperamental. Our bedding a was a little discoloured. The pool is not as big as the photographs suggests, however it does the job to chill out in for a little while. Two sunbeds were provided and three beanbags.

Great place for a quick stopover.

Great Location about a 15 minute walk into the Old Town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly made.

Very happy with our stay

Nice, clean and comfortable and very cold air conditioning in the rooms for when its hot which was great.

Nothing to complain about apart from the shower because the whole bathroom floor gets wet being a wet room, which is expected anyway.

Nice pool and very comfy room. clean and tidy. Location was good enough for us. Walking distance to Old town and public transport. Close to Wharf for ferries.
