Hôtel ancien, avec beaucoup de charme, proche de la station Bts, piscine sympa, salle de fitness au top, petit déjeuner correct, literie correcte même si le matelas n’est pas au top du confort, chambre au calme, personnels sérieux et agréable.

Stuff is friendly and good. Decent wifi connection. Close to everywhere. Fitness area is OK.
The room is much smaller than the photos. I arrived at 10 PM. I got into my room, and the bathroom was locked. They quickly came and opened it for me. Then I realised there was no towel, so they brought some for me. There were stains on the sheets. The aircon is too noisy, and during the day there was maintenance at some point.

The location. of the hotel is very good.
There is no bucket in the bathroom.
Complementary half litre water is not sufficient for a person all day. At least the water should be free or normal drinking water should be available.
Complementary Tea coffee should be available for all guests, it is not like one cup per day.

It's in a quiet street, clean rooms, big room, I had a large fridge which was great, they have an outdoor pool on 15th floor, nice view especially night. Helpful staff, have 3 7elevens close by, bts station few minutes walk, local busses, close to central world 14minutes by bus and ratchathewi rd, night markets.
Very clean pool, it's 3 star hotel. I've booked to go back November this year.
No deck chairs or umbrellas. Especially days 35deg.and I suffer serve chronic pain in lower back and spinal pain. Was uncomfortable lying down on mats.

Everything was perfect. Hotel's location was very good. The staff and hotel management were exceptionally hospitable. My family enjoyed a lot during their 5 days stay. I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Hotel was near the mall and shops.
Old, torn and stained bath towels. Curtain was torn too. There’s no ramp in the main entrance, only stairs - hard for travellers with luggages and person with disability. Toilet in my Auntie’s room was not presentable - old.

Staff attitude are good and polite
Location is not so friendly for call the public transports due to hidden area and one way. Drivers always stop us at mainroad and let us walk the narrow road back to hotel.
Building exterior is okay. But interior is old and uncomfortable.

Great stay
It was a great location, very close to the BTS station. Quiet road but very close to the main area. Shops are nearby. The pool is a great bonus. The room was very spacious and loved the bath tub.

Always stay here when in Bangkok ..... which is a recommendation in itself. Room , bed and bathroom are comfortable... but sometimes a bit tired looking . Dining room and breakfast excellent... lots of choice. Roof swimming pool is great with plenty of loungers table and chairs. Location is excellent and near to the sky rail.
Furniture in room can be plain and tired looking...

The building was beautiful. The lobby was elegant and nice and the pool was a fun place to hang out at. Even though the pool area was a little run down, it was still nice to have a pool to sit at.
The outside of the building was lovely and there seemed so much promise when you walk in and have that lovely lobby. The rooms were terrible though. Completely run down with extremely uncomfortable beds. The bathrooms had grout falling off everywhere, bugs around the faucets, the shower curtain fell down when we tried to move it out of the way. They also gave 5 grown women 1 1/2 roll of toilet paper for two days...The staff did not speak English very well, which was a key filter that I used. They had a hard time being able to help us when we had questions.

We booked a deluxe triple room but we got a standard room with 3 simple beds.small and noisy. Room. Bad booking experience. Beware!

Easy access from the airport by Airport Link Train for one night stay. Less than 10 minutes walk from the Paya Thai station. Staff was very helpful.
There was no tissue paper in the room.

location wise, its easily accessible via the BTS. Rooms are big and spacious. The place is relatively quiet and the room comes with breakfast
The pillows were a bit tired and too few. mini kitchen needs an upkeep- the fridge looks like it hasnt been defrosted jn years. Housekeeping needed reminding that we were three in the room and needed three towels in the process

- location wise; near to bts station, mall, 7eleven & 24hrs coffee shop
- the staffs so kind and really helpful from check-in time until check-out
- easy to communicate in english and response well to customer’s need
- the hotel room so big and clean
- just hope they provide microwave oven in the room
