Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem. Dive Center

Sehr nettes Personal, Lage sehr gut und der Dive Center war absolut super.

Leider waren wir vom Essen bzw dem täglichen Angebot eher enttäuscht. Wenig Abwechslung und die Auswahl war eher schlicht

Good value for money and overall good experience

Big, comfortable and nice family room with sea view The quality and variety of food was quite good (7 days stay) The overall site was well-managed and clean Nice pool Nice garden and the way everything looks from outside Good diving school Good safety for snorkelling with a guard Very nice snorkelling straight from the hotel

Sauna/whirlpool should be free. The condition of some elements was a little run down (for instance, curtains did not flow nicely and got stuck, damaged curtains). These are not really big issues, certainly not for the price we paid, but this could be improved for a hotel with 5-star pretensions. Room cleaning was ok but could be better. Several items were not replaced or cleaned up during our stay. It's not a complaint but an area for improvement. The entourage outside the hotel property was not very inspiring. Just a resort in the middle of nowhere. Staying here for a week is nice. If it is longer, I am unsure if I liked that.

Superb

very good and clean room with balcony; there is nice coral and fish at the end of the jetty (but the sea current was too strong for snorkling during the time that I stayed there, so I did dive/snorkel trips via the dive center which was nice); friendly personnel; nice place with some trees and flowers I asked for a room with sea view and (maybe because I was there before) got it, which was very nice. Every morning I could see the sun rise from my balcony. They were also very kind to me in changing my check-out time. I brought a wetsuit, because the water is at its coldest in February. At first I snorkled without wetsuit, but for me it gets too cold after some time. You can also rent a wetsuit from the dive center in the resort.

There is quite hard music near the swimming pools. The majority seems to like it according to the manager. It is easy to escape from it by staying at the beach.

A loooot relaxing

The resort is really nice and clean, with a beautiful beach, the food is good and the staff is super nice. I took a room with the Seaview and it was amazing

If you come here just to relax is perfect, they have also a good spa, but if you want to have more fun, if you want to be with young people, more animation etc, than u may have to change resort

everything about this place is charming , the sea the diving the the view the service the rooms the food snd most importantly the staff . i had a great experience dealing with everyone that works there perfect communication skills , high emotional intelligence, high level of professionalism . i will always come back guys 💜

Great hotel - loved our stay. Big London love to Alex, Eido and Etch from the animation team ❤️❤️, they were amazing ❤️❤

The accommodation was excellent and the staff were brilliant

great location, amazing snorkelling but don’t be picky on food

the pier and the snorkelling, the bed rooms with sea view we’re comfortable, the small size of the hotel, the orca dive centre was great and the staff very competent, the entertainment team was very good

the Italian restaurant was full for the next two weeks, the kids club advertised was closed , the inclusive drinks were bad quality (powdered juices and bad alcohol), to go to the fish restaurant you need to pay 25€ extra, overall the food quality in the main restaurant was variable across the days

Italian restaurant is a joke- dont go there. No Green flag for swimming for the hole week. Some employees totaly not useful.

Perfect stay

A stunning clean room,everything is a few steps from your room, a variety of delicious food,amazing beach and the most special thing about this hotel is their staff they are very nice and looking for your comfort and make your stay remarkable every moment.specially a creative and very nice animation team , highly quality hotel chefs, everyone from the hotel crew was nice, approachable and.very helpful and a special thanks to MR.Mahmoud from reservations and MR.Ahmed Marakby at the reception desk.

Great room and view but....

The room was amazing and we got a free upgrade, services in the room are top level, the bed is the best ever had. The view and the sea are really good. Really clean all around and great pools. Super chill atmosphere and the animation is there if you like but they are super relaxed, they helped us with many local information, thank you guys! Staff always smiling!

The food is not good. We've got stomach problems while staying there, Dolce Vita restaurant should change to Egyptian rather than "italian". Alcoholic drinks are prepared and you don't really know where the pepsi/juice (definitely not real orange and not tasty) come from as they are all from dispensers. The tours they provide are on settled days and way too expensive. We moved to the town and we got 1/2 price for the same experiences.

Every thing was perfect 🥰 starting from the room service, cleaning and high standard hygiene system all over the place. The food was so good and beyond my expectations, diversity every day in manu, chefs were making a tour after dinner asking for gusts feedback. Special thanks for chef. Mohamed abd El atti since the pasta was so delicious. Young waiters treat us like a family, they always cheerful and smily team specially Omran, Ahmed and Mahmoud has the best cocktails ever. Animation team were so creative and active all day long. Surely will go back soon. Thank you for the outstanding vacation. 👏

Beds need to be more conform. Bellows with high volume will be better.

Second time concored moreen , take me back plz😌😍

Id like the view , liked that the hotel upgraded my room to the room that i had honey moon in 2 years ago , marvelous beach view room. Id like to thank the reception both Mr saad and beshoy as they made an early check in for the room and late check out for me appreciate it . The staff in the restaurant was got nice hospitality skills specially in the italian restaurant the waiter delivered to me bills to my wife as she was sick.

Nothing to be mentioned, just for more entertaining as the below not bad , the animation team should be more creative , more vareity in the food . But all in all it was anice vacation.

-répétitive food of low quality -trying to sell you things at the beach even if you put a red flag -the guy at their spa became agressive because he offered us a 1min massage and we didn’t choose his service within the following 5min (we wanted to think about it). Very childish attitude

The service was fantastic! All hotel property was clean, the employees are extremely respectful, and the entertainment team was incredibly fun and outgoing. The view is beautiful and the rooms are very clean. They make sure you're comfortable and satisfied. There are many fun activities to be done here. Absolutely loved my stay here with my family!

the hotel is very comfortable with great access to the beach and reefs right in front of it. the pool was heated when weather got colder and windier. Food had good variety with different Egyptian and international. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they even prepared a breakfast box for us for the road to our early flight. The location is perfect, 20 mins from airport and close to most attractions in that area.

Very good

Is already my second journey to Concorde. The hotel itself is really nice. They look very well after their garden. Rooms are quite big and get cleaned every day. We came for diving. The Diving center there is the biggest plus of the hotel. Super well organized and diving sites are great. Hot stone massage was really nice. Thank you Ahmed.

Pier broke down when we have been there in march 22 which makes snorkelling and diving in the housreef more difficulte and it will probabely stay like this for at least 3 month. In my eyes they started to work on the pier way to late. Food is average especially for vegetarians like us. It is super annoying that if you stay on the beach in the moring every 10min somebody from the hotel want to sell you something. The hotel should do a better job in protecting their customers from getting bothered that much - especially since it didn't change from our last stay in 2015!!

Pleasant

Rooms were comfy and nice and the staff was all friendly.

The staff would approach often while on the beach or at pool and try to sell you something. Whether a massage or atv tour etc. this makes it unpleasant. I stayed at a resort to avoid the constant hassle that exists in Egypt and your resort did not change my experience. I understand approaching me to ask me things every once in a while but not every 20 minutes while I’m lounging. This is not enjoyable especially since I paid so much to stay here and relax.

* service and attitude of the crew and merchants located within the hotel * friday's special event dinner * the overall silence, just the crashing of the waves. as long as you stay clear of the main beach or east-european package tourists. * phenomenal view from the balcony * beautiful garden area

# the sad * litter everywhere once you leave the hotel area and step into the desert * no option to pay for better quality food or drinks # the bad * effectively no wifi. poor signal strength although the area is littered with (apparently dead) signal repeaters. * room in a state of disrepair, not befitting the self-proclaimed "upscale" attribute * laundry pickup only after I walked up to the reception and reminded them * AC/fans on the loud side * pungend smell of sewage in the garden area (not my balcony, though) * no rescue vehicles in case of swimmers in distress * curtains and balcony doors with coffee stains * animators pollute the (main) beach with dredful "music" for their workshops * no labels marking non-vegetarian food options # the ugly * no response to inquiries via booking.com * no covid checks * no temperature check on entry of the building * no check for vaccination or negative test result * no covid briefing although there is a display at the reception claiming there is one

Superb

It was one of my best vacations at concorde hotel, first the location is exceptional away from the the noise of the city ,a good place to enjoy the fresh clean air of marsa allam really stress relieving, the staff is very cheerful from the lobby to the restaurant and the animation team also we liked the beach and snorkeling the coral reefs were awesome ,It is also a good place for kids the have a kids club my son liked it

Staff are extremely helpful, they are very keen to make you feel comfortable. Food variety every day. Good desert. Also it was very clean (they are doing their best). Beside I enjoyed a free room upgrade.

Scuba paradise

Location on the beach and close to amazing scuba diving sites, sea view from our room and adult beach just in front of apartment, there was pretty big food selection and always sth to choose. Staff is very kind and helpful. As extra we went to massage and that was very relaxing too

On day one upon arrival wifi was not working and day two there were water shortages. But this was after big storm day before so that was ok. Suggestion: please extend lunch time to 3pm because scuba diving (and other trips) often do not finish by 2:30 and we had to run few times.
