I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The sea was calm and relaxing, the food had a good variety, and the hotel was clean with great hygiene standards. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the animation team did a great job with the entertainment and activities.
A special thanks to “Mo” for helping us with check-in and check-out and making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. He was always helpful and made sure we had no problems. Really appreciate his kindness and professionalism!
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely come back again!

Everything is as expected. Make sure to download their app so you get all the info you need.
Sometimes umbrellas on the beach are not enough.
I wish there was an option to customize choices of the minibar in the room.

We stayed at Sunrise Crystal Bay in a Posh Club suite for 4 days and had the most wonderful time. We were so well looked after by every staff memeber we came across. Everyone was extremely professional, helpful and polite. Special thanks to Mr Mina, Ms Hagar, and Mr Ehab from the Posh Club for their extensive care, taking care of all the details, and making our trip so pleasant and enjoyable. I would love to go back again and highly recommend it!
