Super recomendable

El hostel estaba super limpio, el personal era muy amable y estaba muy bien ubicado. La verdad es que hacia mucho tiempo no estaba en un hostel y superó para bien mis expectativas. Estás a menos de 10 min de plaza España, por ende de la estación de buses. Al casco antiguo 20 min. Está muy bien equipado también. Volvería claramente !

La verdad es que no hubo nada que me molestara. Si entender que si vas no tendrás silencio absoluto, al menos no siempre, pero el hostel ya lo aclara perfectamente antes de que hagas la reserva.

Bonito Hostel para gente joven en busca de amigos

Está muy lindo el Hostel, las camas cómodas, los baños grandes, todo muy bonito, la gente que atiende servicial y está muy bien ubicado

Por la noche había noches que la gente está un poco de fiesta y hace ruido, entran y salen

Empfehlenswert!

Super Lage, sehr sauber, große Küche, gut organisiert. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Nicht zu laut für ein so großes Hostel.

Die Zimmer könnten etwas funktionionaler sein, vielleicht ein paar Hacken und/oder Ablageflächen.

Easy going hostel

Very friendly stuff, lovely big kitchen at the 2nd floor, roof top sitting area, clean bathroom, central location not far from Placa d'Espanya, supermarket around the corner, next to the nice local cafe Venecia (delicious boccadillos)..

Everything was just fine 🙂

Muy buena experiencia 🙌

El baño es compartido con todo el piso, pero tiene bastantes duchas y cubículos que siempre estaban en condiciones. La cocina es bastante amplia, con muchas heladeras y todo lo esencial. Tiene un patio interno muy hermoso y 2 terrazas con vistas a la plaza de la manzana.

El tamaño del cuarto era un poco pequeño para la cantidad de personas, por lo que nos teníamos que turnar para pasar. Los lockers son ruidosos, pero cumplen su función.

Goed voor 1 nacht maar slapen is niet gegarandeerd.

Goede accomedatie.. Goede bedden. Alles verzorgd!! Stekker bij je bed.

Ik heb geen probleem met wat lawaai bij een hostel maar dit was verschrikkelijk. 1 van de 3 andere kamergenoten heeft tot 1u lawaai gemaakt en heel de tijd berichten gestuurd met geluid. Dan vertrok ze om 6u met heel veel lawaai en alle lichten aan. Een 2e kwam rond 2u ‘s nachts straalbezopen binnen met dus heel veel lawaai. Daar kan de hostel natuurlijk niets aan doen …

Très bon accueil par des jeunes endroit très sympathique des douches chaudes et propres

Le fait que l'on puisse rentrer et sortir de la chambre à toute heure avec une carte donc bruyant

La ubicación.

No tiene baño en la habitación. No tenía calefacción. El aire split era solo un montaje con botones de juguete: no funciona !!! No hay toalla, si las querías debías pagar 5 euros c/u y un DEPOSITO de 10 euros de garantía! Absurrrrdoooo !¡ engorroso tramite de cheque in , recepcionistas no tenían ni idea de las excursiones, un desastre !!! No vuelvo nunca más, ni lo recomiendo!

Katastrophale Unterkunft

Die Matratzen sind ok

Wurde kurzfristig in das andere Hostel BOC City umgebucht. Wurde nachts um 2230 Uhr von der Deskmitarbeiterin geweckt und aufgefordert den Raum zu verlassen, da sie mich in einem anderem Raum unterbringen müsse. Habe mich geweigert. In der Nacht musste ich kurz den Raum verlassen. Bei der Rückkehr war der Schlüssel gesperrt und ich stand im Pyjama im Gang. Der Deskmitarbeiter weigerte sich den Schlüssel wieder zu entsperren. Erst nach 10 Minuten heftiger Auseinandersetzung entsperrte er den Schlüssel wieder. Ich werde diese Unterkunft nie mehr buchen, Ein solches Verhalten in einem Dienstleistungsbetrieb habe ich noch nie erlebt. Beim Auschecken verlangte ich den Manager, er war nicht zu sprechen.... Der Fisch beginnt im Kopf zu stinken.

Great people, Great stay!

The Staff was Nice, Kitchen area is very well organised and one of the most lively place.The location is Good, everything is nearby.

The Toilets can be cleaned twice a day because it is a big hostel, lots of people use it.

Buena ubicación e instalaciones cómodas

Instalaciones reformadas y limpias. Excelente ubicación, a 5min caminando de la plaza España. Buen ambiente y con diferentes salas y terrazas para poder compartir. A pesar de ser un ambiente joven, por la noche no había ruido y se podía descansar

Lo único malo que tengo a apuntar es el ruido de las puertas de las habitaciones al abrirse, podrían ser bastante más silenciosas

L'ostello perfetto!

L'ostello perfetto non esis... si chiama the Boc hostel! Sono stata benissimo! L'ostello è molto carino e organizzato. Gli spazi comuni sono puliti e la cucina molto fornita. Ho apprezzato in particolare la terrazza e il patio a piano terra, dove ho potuto lavorare per qualche giorno tranquillamente. Al the Boc ho conosciuto tante belle persone e questo ha contribuito a rendere il soggiorno speciale!

L'unica cosa che forse non mi è piaciuta è il prezzo :)

Best hostel in PMI, Chill vibes and cool people!

Not worth the money we spent.

The location

Almost everything; the staff were incredibly rude. The room was unbearable to sleep on because it was way too hot and the fam barely worked. When we asked to transfer hotels we were greeted with a laugh and were told that everything else was booked out. I can’t express enough how bad these rooms were, my partner and I resorted to staying with our friends on the other side of the island because it was so hot. There was no social life in the hostel and no where to gather with people away from the heat

3 nights in Palma

Nice, clean hostel on good location. A wonderful internal courtyard, with natural shade. Few blocks away from city rush but still in city center. Practically neighbors, are restaurants with tasty spanish and italian food, bakery and super market.

Not for sensibility sleepers or ask for room, away of the street. No air cond.

A place to be, for relaxing and calm down.!

The location is perfect. I loved the neighborhood, really nice bars around, restaurants, and supermarkets. My room was perfect, the bed is super comfortable and it was constantly clean. But, the toilets, specially the showers were not as clean as the rest of the facilities in the Hostel.

The showers were not clean enough. And still, the bathrooms had some parts under construction, the smell wasn't good sometimes because of it.

Clean ,safe and Trustworthy

Check in was problem free and the staff are very friendly. If I come again, I will definitely stay here. you have to like walking a little far from the center :) There are restaurants around and there are vending machines with drinks and snacks in the hostel. thanks and see you next time

Location was good

The hostel has Bed Bug infestation, Bed sheets are hardly changed without requesting ....my bedsheets were changed twice during my stay of 12 days and only becausei requested that they change the sheets , toilets and showers not cleaned properly at all, they were absolutely filthy Really need to work on the hygiene standards. I have to say this is the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. It was an absolute nightmare.

Great seating area outside and really good wi-fi. They could do printing for me at the front desk for a small fee, which was a great help

The lockers were too small for my case, even though it was a cabin case and not particularly large. The showers are small and there is no space to get dressed, and makes it difficult to get dressed in a wet shower. They could do with another hook

They charged 5€ to leave the storage in a room for two hours! I only stayed for a night and arrived quite late. My room was next to the bathrooms, it was quite loud

Very good

Very clean hostel, even in the early morning. Well located, just 10 minutes walk to the bus that brings you to the airport and a short walk to the city center too.

it is an old building and the walls are a bit thin, so I could hear some people walking and running on the corridors on the 4th floor (where the terrace is). As an improvement, I felt disapointed not having towels included on the private room. Fortunately, I went to the reception to ask and the guy in the afternoon shift explained to me you can get one with a 10€ deposit.

Location wasn’t terrible maybe 10 minutes to walk into town.

The staff weren’t the friendliest. We had the cleaning ladies pushing into our room and started stripping beds before we were even finished packing and we still had at least 30-40 minutes until we needed to checkout.
