Entre mer et histoire

La situation géographique excellente , transports en commun, shopping, Bars, restaurants, sites touristiques, plages tout était a porté de main.la chambre très moderne , belle salle de bain, très bien agencée, très propre. le petit déjeuner très copieux, varié et des viennoiseries différentes chaque jours. Un personnel super sympathique, serviable, très disponible et d'un grand professionnalisme.

Le gros gros point négatif est la connection WIFI qui est très bonne. Mais malheureusement l'établissement nous propose une connection qui n'est pas sécurisé pour sa clientèle.

Right in centre. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Great breakfast that you can take up to roof top terrace that has great views over palma. Facilities for leaving luggage and showering very good.

Perfect location, helpful staff

The location is perfect, in the heart of Palma, working everywhere! Small but comfortable rooms 24hr reception The staff was really helpful, even printed out for us a list of restaurants

Fantastic location and great stay, enhanced my holiday

Location was fantastic, very convenient for the main sights and the old town of Palms. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great that there’s a lift and there is a fantastic terrace on the roof with amazing views.

Great location, great staff, high prices for basic hostel facilities and a quiet room means a cave.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff.

I asked for a quiet room and in fairness it was quiet so I cant really complain on that front...but our one small window opened out onto a small central enclosed section which contained the air con units which was ok but as we were on the second floor of a 7 storey building, I had to lean out of the window, practically on my back to look upwards to see the small square section of sky to see what the weather was like in the morning, so quiet yes but a dark cave too. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, the shower and bathroom were fine, the storage for clothing was completely inadequate though, I stored my clothes on the floor mostly (we were there for a wedding).

In the center, clean, view on the terrace

Till 1 am very noisy from the restaurants downstairs, cause rooms are above the busy street. But if you are going to stay late then it will be no problem for you.

ideal accomodation for a visit to Palma

fantastic location. close to Cathedral, seafront and cafes. Great views from rooftop terrace of Cathedral and sea. Staff-so helpful and friendly and perfect continental breakfasts. Strongly recommended for a short break visiting the Island.

Location excellent, room adequate however bathroom has a ridiculous layout and very small no views as above entrance, staff helpful, I have stayed in more superior hotels for just a little more.

Great value for a very well-run facility with amenities above our expectations.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at every opportunity. We arrived earlier than check-in time and they were very kind. There were showers and towels available for early arrivals--very top-notch amenity, as well as luggage storage. The breakfast was wonderful, with good variety of fruits, meats, cheese, coffee, yogurt, breads, also with reasonable hours. The rooftop was one of our favorite spots, with plenty of sun and a majestic view of the bay and the cathedral. The rooftop was open any time so guests could enjoy sunrise as well as the stars.

Everything was outstanding. The only thing that could be better is if the breakfast included boiled eggs.

The location was superb! The rooftop view was amazing!

The elevator doors slammed so hard so you could hear them from the room. Annoying especially during late night hours…

Very friendly, good-value place in a great location

Very comfortable room with a nice view, excellent A/C, comfy bed. Charming and very helpful multi-lingual staff. Excellent location minutes from almost everything you'd want to see and do in central Palma. Decent breakfast. Good value for what is clearly quite an expensive city (by Spanish standards).

The room was very small, and the en-suite bathroom just a tiny cubbyhole, accessed through an awkward sliding door. Given the location, however, I felt the lack of space was inevitable at this price. Good for two or three nights then, not much more.

Location, location, location! Probably one of the best locations in Palma, considering the price. We where a group of 6, and 2 of our rooms was very good, the third had some problems with the shower and a bit of a mouldy smell. But it`s a nice hotel, with good standards and very friendly staff. Excellent view from the rooftop terrace. If they had made the terrace a bit more cosy this could be a top attraction.

Modern, clean and comfy in the most perfect location

Fabulous location, extremely central. Rooms were small but clean. Bed was super comfy, shower was powerful. Roof terrace was excellent.
