Situated in Rosemary Beach, this charming condo for $335 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Experience the best of Florida: sugar white sand, dunes, emerald water, spectacular breath-taking sunsets! Our penthouse is situated in the private corner of the top floor of building B in the resort complex The Village, minutes away from the beach. The Village is nested between Rosemary and Alys Beach on 30A. Perfect for couples and families, reunions, meetings, retreats, bike rides, golf getaways and destination weddings. Art heaven. Many unique shops and local restaurants are walking distance. Picture yourself standing on the private porch of this spacious three bedroom, two bathroom escape from every day life experiencing an amazing display of color in the sky as the sun sets over the horizon. You have just wrapped up a day of swimming in the shimmering emerald waters, walking along the white sand beaches and soaking up some sun. Below you, in the Peddler's Pavilion, people are starting to gather as they anticipate enjoying the delectable treats waiting for them at local restaurants. A local band is setting up for a set of live music around a bonfire. You and your family will be perfectly comfortable in this beautifully decorated vacation home situated in the private corner of the top floor of the Villages of South Walton condominium complex located along world famous 30A nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. As you walk through the front door of your home away from home, you will find bedrooms flanking both sides of the hall. The bedroom on the right features twin size bunk beds with a staircase leading to the upper bunk and access to a full bathroom. The room on the left is outfitted with a queen-size bed with hallway access to the full bathroom (shared by the bunk room). Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen television. As you continue down the hall, you will enter an open kitchen/family area. The well appointed kitchen features ample counter space and bar seating for three. The family room is separated from the kitchen by the dining area which provides comfortable seating for six. When you are ready to unwind, just sit back and watch the large flat screen television while you relax on the comfy sofa which doubles as a full sleeper or just bask in the gulf view from the covered balcony. The spacious master bedroom is off to the left of the family room and features a king-sized bed, a flat screen television and private access to the balcony. The master bathroom features dual vanities, a walk-in shower and a jetted garden tub. Guests are able to access all areas of the condo. We ask that you make yourself comfortable and be respectful of the home.

Love our first visit to Rosemary Beach. The town itself is stunning. The short walk to the beach is not bad at all! The condo was nice. The white couch was a bit stained and dirty which was a disappointment. Also the washer kept making marks on our clothes and ruined a lot of our shirts. We checked the washer multiple times and nothing was in it. Overall the place is nice, it just could have been a bit cleaner especially if you choose to have a white couch. I would recommend this place.

Good location and access to the beach but you need to rent their chairs or you’ll be squeezed together in the back corner. Condo well stocked but needs wash cloths and a few more dish cloths. Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. The decor and colors were lovely. The king mattress so comfortable. If you’re a tv watcher , huge screens. all the remotes are a little confusing but we finally figured how to use them.
I don’t think I would consider it a partial water view as you could barely see the distant water over the rooftops, but we didn’t really expect that anyway. And it was still a very nice place to stay.
Some of the plug outlets in kitchen didn’t seem to work and the lights under cabinets would go off and on without an apparent reason. Also , I think one of the wall lamps on one side of king bed is not working as we changed the bulb but still did not work?

We enjoyed the Dundee so much. Great location - easy to walk to rosemary and alys for fun dinners and drinks. The house has everything you need. Loved having chairs and beach towels available.

Wonderful location and condo is beautiful!
I would definitely stay here again. The property was amazing, and the bed was sooo comfortable. The balcony was very nice to hang out on and listen to music or just people watch. The owner was amazing. We had a minor problem wieh Wi-Fi and someone came in to fix within a matter of minutes. It just took moving the router to another location. A;ll in all...very nice property!

This property is well updated with great TV’s and very comfortable beds. The location of this condo is excellent. Right in the middle of everything but also secluded and quiet because it is the only one on the top floor on its side of the elevator. We had a great time all week and the host of this property is exceptional

The property location was great and the views from the balcony were amazing at especially at sunrise however, in my opinion the unit needed to be updated. The décor was outdated and the unit needed painting. Their were 2 large TV great however they were too big for the room. The water was not hot and water pressure was low. One of the toilet seats were broken when we arrived.

The condo had a great location and everything was clean and in order. The Host was also so gracious in accommodating our last minute needs and was incredibly flexible to help us out. Highly recommend!

We booked this condo very last minute to escape Hurricane Ida and make a quick trip of things. The Host was very responsive and helpful. The condo had a great location and everything was clean and in order. The Host was also so gracious in accommodating our last minute needs and was incredibly flexible to help us out. Dragana is a DREAM to work with! The location is great if you want to be close to Rosemary & Alys (which are beautiful - although you do not have access to Rosemary beach). The condo is spotless, beautiful and fit our family great. The live music every night was a treat whether you wanted to sit front row or watch from the private balcony. Seacrest sits right in between Alys and Rosemary and has its own beach access. I had a few questions during the trip and Dragana got back to me within minutes. I recommend finding an offsite bike vendor (like Jongle) half the price of Peddlers (right below the condo) and they deliver the bikes and pick them up!
Iconic Seaside is driving distance away (probably 20 minutes with traffic) and parking is difficult without paying $15.
The only bummer of the trip was realizing unless you brought your beach chairs down at 6am it was back row beach. (With kiddos, you want to be right up front!) Even though you need a bracelet to access Seacrest beach, it feels like a public beach it's so busy.
We had a WONDERFUL time and I'm sad for all the VRBO owners who I now have to compare to Dragana!

An experience to remember
The condo is fantastic, close access to the beach and pool. The beach staff had excellent customer service, and the chair rental was $15 cheaper than Gulf Shores. The condo owner is very responsive to all messages. My girls loved the smart mirrors and the fancy shower with radio and ambient lighting. I loved that it overlooked the square and that we could listen to the live music from the balcony at night. I also loved that we could walk to the Rosemary restaurant and shopping area. The condo was a great price for the level of furnishing and amenities. I highly recommend this condo.

Great Experience
This unit is in a great location. A variety of food options on the property, and Rosemary and Alys beaches are just steps away. Easy access to the beach, we always walked to the beach never used the tram. Enjoyed a little bit of quiet time at the pool as well. Lots of amenities inside the unit as well. Cozy balcony to enjoy morning coffee or evening glass of wine listening to music from down below.

The listing said the AC was new but it was having a hard time keeping up. We had it set at 72 but the humidity was 74% and we kept the doors closed at all times.

We had a great stay at this property. The owner communicated really well. The location was awesome!! The listing states 4 bedrooms but only is 3. We only needed three though. Very clean. I would stay here again.
