Exceptional

Very friendly host, clean and well equipped. Location great for 5 min walk into Caernarfon and parking was always available close to the house. We would highly recommend as a great base for visiting Snowdonia and Anglesey.

Warm, welcoming home close to amenities and Welsh landmarks.

Great location, just a short walk from Caernarfon where there’s plenty to eat and drink. Caernarfon Castle is another great spot to visit. It’s a short drive to Snowdon, which was ideal for us. The house itself was more spacious that expected, and beautifully clean. It was well equipped and the host left extra bits and bobs (milk and tea bags were much appreciated!). Linen and towels were lovely and clean, and plenty to go round.

The walls are quite thin to the neighbouring properties (it’s a terraced house). Not a poor reflection on the host at all, and it is a quiet area. Just a note that you can hear the neighbours tv and chats through the wall.

I’d 100% recommend this property to anyone!

such a beautiful, clean home and in a perfection location for us. We were climbing Snowdon which is about 25 mins away! the walk to the town centre is lovely, across the foot bridge and parking is really easy on the street. The beds are SO comfy and I had the best night sleep.

the walls are very thin so if you have loud neighbours, you can hear them! This absolutely dod not affect our stay in any way, just something we noticed!

It was sometimes tricky to find a parking spot nearby, but we always managed to find something.

Superb

Clean and fresh - nicely decorated. Everything we needed. Great base to explore surrounding area. No complaints - an extra baking tray would have helped but minor in comparison to the extras there were compared to other places eg there were plenty of towels, soap in bathroom, tea and coffee.

Location was great to use as a base for travel around North Wales. Just 30 min away from Zip World. Very clean and pleasant place on a quiet street just a short walk into town for food or drinks. Good value for money. Would stay here again.

Exceptional

We enjoyed everything. It was a 2 floors house on a quiet street. The house was clean and had almost everything that you need. The owner was very kind. It was easy to collect the keys. On the first day we receved milk chocolate and chips as a gift. That was very great and appreciated.

The only thing that might be a bit difficult is looking for parking space on the street. We were lucky all 4 nights we stayed there.

Perfect house

It s a perfect place to enjoy your time after a full day of hiking. It s near to shops, sea and the parking space is exactly in front of the house. I like the house is very nice and the facilities are exactly as on hotel and probably much more. I am happy with what i have found here. All the best for this location.

Lovely property within walking distance of busy town

We really enjoyed the house. It was immaculately clean, beautifully and tastefully furnished with quality items and very comfortable. We cooked full meals using the facilities, there was a generously sized fridge freezer and the bonus of a washing machine made life easier (bring your own detergent). There was a large TV in the living room and another in the kitchen. Loads of sockets everywhere, plenty of towels, and hot water instantaneously available. The owner has clearly thought carefully about the needs of visitors and was very helpful by text and email. The yard at the back is tiny but equipped with outdoor furniture and fortunately for us the weather was generally very warm so we enjoyed sitting there with a book and a beer!

These small issues are entirely outwith the control of the house owner! Finding the place was a bit of a nightmare as Google maps did not account for changes in the road systems, or cul de sacs around the location of the house. Parking was a lottery as the street is busy and residents cannot garage their cars: we managed OK most of the time but others with much larger cars really struggled to get a space. The town centre is walkable but the quickest route involves a high level pedestrian bridge over a busy road which some (e.g. children or anyone with vertigo) may find a bit daunting: other routes are available. There was quite a lot of daytime noise from properties being renovated nearby, drills etc.
