Situated in Lake Martin, this attractive house for $478 per night is a great option for your next vacation. ONLY 40 MINUTES TO AUBURN UNIVERSITY!! Beautiful 3BR 2.5 bath that sleeps 8-10. Perfect home for weekend getaways or just a short drive for Auburn football games. The top floor is an open floor plan with a modern kitchen and stainless steel appliances that overlooks the living area and a 80”" TV. There is a large balcony that overlooks the lake with comfortable seating. The lower level features 3 bedrooms (1 King Master Suite, 1 bunk room with 4 twin beds, and 1 Queen room with another covered balcony looking over the lake. This is a quiet slew that's great for swimming or sitting outside and reading a book. Newly renovated dock with boat tie ups. Slew opens up to a large area that's great for skiing and tubing. We also have access to a community park with a boat ramp, pavilion and docks (not to be used overnight) that is an easy walk to. We will be adding a $15 boat launch fee due to our HOA not allowing renters access and needing a local resident to unlock the gate for guests. If you do not want to pay this fee there is a free public boat launch about 10 minutes from our house that I can give you directions to. DISCLAIMER: Lake Martin water levels start to go down after Labor Day each year and rise again around April. Please take note of this when booking for this time of year. We CAN NOT guarantee water during the Fall/Winter months. Our house is an easy 10-15 minute boat ride to Chucks Pizza or Chimney Rock. We offer a grill, outside seating, cable TV with smart TV's in 2 bedrooms. Local resident ready to assist when needed. Come see what our home has to offer. You won't regret it.

My wife and I stayed here for a Labor Day weekend. We had a nice stay. The house is in a quiet area with minimal boat traffic. We tried renting a boat but none were available. The owners are nice and responsive. Our only issue was there was no propane for the grill, but we improvised. The canoe and rafts were nice and relaxing. Thank you for a nice weekend!

This location was perfect for our family get together for two weeks. It was so nice to be able to walk out to the boat every day and pretty much have the lake to ourselves as we lucked out with kids returning to school the week we got there. Would highly recommend and the host was super responsive!

Great location, chimney rock is around the corner and there are plenty of restaurants within 15-20 minutes. House is spacious and up to date. We brought our boat so the private boat launch was a big plus for our family. We’ll be back again.

Property was awesome. We enjoyed it and had a blast. The only thing negative I have is the driveway will not accommodate a large boat. I have a 24 foot boat and there was no way that it would’ve fit down the curvy steep driveway. Luckily I live close and just took my trailer home after unloading the boat. I do exommend this place as we had a blast that week.

This house is more than just beautiful and comfortable. It has everything you need from doggy bags to a variety of cooking appliances. The gorgeous setting made for sitting on the two decks extra special. Plus, the art work in the house is beautiful!! We will be back.

We met our friends and their children for a week vacation at Lake Martin. This house was perfect for the two families with small kids and dogs. The weather was not on our side though and we had a lot of thunderstorms, but luckily the house was set up great for play and relaxing on the covered porch. Seriously the porch was a lifesaver. On the days we could swim, the cove was perfect for small kids. We couldn’t have asked for a better swim area. It was quiet and just the right depth for the kids. They could touch around the edge and then actually swim without much distraction from neighbors or boats. We only left the house for groceries and the kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking at home all week. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this house.

Wonderful property and very well appointed home. Owner very nice and helpful in a timely manner. We had a wonderful time and truly feel this home was perfect for our family gathering. Kitchen was amazing. The family, dining and kitchen area ideal with a wonderful spacious deck.

This house is fantastic, great space layout and nice furnishings . Great location for any Auburn activities. Beautiful lake front view with convenient lake access. Plenty of room for 8 to sleep comfortably. We enjoyed our stay and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

Great space, house was very well appointed with all the basic needs. The board games were a nice addition for rainy afternoons. The location was perfect, close to all the lake attractions. The only down side was the number of stairs to climb, to load the boat or get to the dock. The area is very hilly, and the property is steep. The boat launch was convenient to the house and a very nice addition.

The house is very nice. Great location. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, plenty of seating indoors and outside. The owners are great to work with, very responsive. Easy check-in and check-out process. We would stay here again. Maybe a small discount could be offered for return renters since this was our second time renting and we would probably rent again in the future! Thank you for sharing your lake home with us! The house was excellent and in a quiet area of the lake. The neighbors were all very nice as well as the location on the lake. We rented a boat from the Ridge Marina and brought a jetski that we launched from the community boat ramp that was a minute drive from the house. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely book with Taylor again!

I looked at this property several times but some of the pictures weren’t great. The property is beautiful. It’s in a cove so you can float in the water right behind the house. We were able to tie up a boat on the dock. FYI-There are several steps on the property. The entertainment part is on the top floor, bedrooms and exit to the water are on the bottom floor. There is another flight from back porch to granite stairs that lead to the water. The steps were not a problem for our family but some may have trouble. We loved our stay. Lake Martin was fun.

This lake house was the best fit for 2 families and kids. We all had the most relaxing and beautiful holiday weekend. The house was perfect and stocked with everything needed and the neighbors were all very nice. We all enjoyed the lake and dock area. We didn’t leave the house at all. Will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful home in a quiet area. We really enjoyed the home and location on the water. We were able to pull our pontoon boat right up to the dock and pick up the family. Kids swam every evening in the calm waters without worry of any boats and were able to fish right off the dock. The house was very well laid out and had everything we needed. Just remember to bring condiments, Ziploc/stoarge bags, extra paper towels and extra trash bags, toiletry items etc. Many people are already aware of this but we were so spoiled at our last vrbo that we expected similar but ended up making a quick trip to Dollar General very close by. Great place, highly recommend!
