Situated in Alexander City, this attractive house for $333 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Beautiful lake house just a half mile off 280. Outstanding views of Lake Martin. Come take a relaxing vacation at one of the most beautiful spots on Lake Martin at"Southern Comfort". We have a 3 bedroom ,2.5 bathroom in this beautiful lake front home. Every room in the house has an awesome view of the lake. All stainless appliances and kitchen utensils for your cooking convenience. The living room is very large for all your entertainment needs. The house has WIFI internet and boasts a 55" 4k TV with Netflix and a huge sectional sofa with a queen let out bed.The dining room boast a large expandable table and a fixed bar top.The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a beautiful stone walk in shower. Our house also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The outside has a large deck with a outdoor grill so you can grill and never miss a minute of whats going on inside or outside. The house has a handicap ramp leading into the house and onto the deck. There is a nice private pier for docking your boat, swimming or catching fish. There is also a firepit with benches so you can enjoy a nice fire while making smores. For our wonderful fishermen we had 2 seperate driveways with electrical outlets. We are conveniently located less than a mile off of highway 280 at the River Bridge and directly across from River North Marina. Boat ramp is located less than 5 miles away. We are less than 10 minutes from Wind Creek State Park and 30 minutes from Auburn. As always rent 6 nights the 7th is free.

The house was in great location with gorgeous view of lake. Everything worked great. Host very easy to communicate with! Master bed very comfortable. Bunk beds would be fine for kids but probably not adult.

Lake Martin is our favorite place to stay for Auburn football, and you won’t find an easier drive than this one. It appears to be a work in progress, but all the updates are on point. The price can’t be beat and we had lots of space inside and out.

Good value for the money. Mattresses and pillows were not super comfortable. Nice big screen TV, adequate kitchen. Outside floodlights at kitchen door did not work. We would stay here again. Not luxury accommodations, but very acceptable for us older guys on a fishing trip.

My twin sister and I along with our husbands had a wonderful weekend celebrating our 40th birthday. The property was lovely and we throughly took advantage of the beautiful back porch and convent dock for the boat. Heath was very responsive which we appreciated since we locked ourselves out and he had to save the day! 10/10 recommend. We will hopefully be back with the kids next round!

We had a great weekend at this property. This is located at the north side of the lake. Its the quiet end of the lake. We rented a pontoon and ventured to the south end one day to see area attractions and lake side dinning. The property housed us comfortably to sleep. Additional seating in the living room would be helpful but we just piled onto the sectional. We would definitely consider renting here again.

This property had everything we needed. Had an issue with the air conditioner (nothing serious)- and the owner had someone there to fix it within just a couple of hours! I was sincerely impressed! It was very clean and had the best view of the lake EVER!!

This was the absolute best place for our family’s summer getaway! The house was perfect; the neighborhood was so pretty, the kids LOVED the bunk room, the view was beautiful from the back deck, the pier was great for the kids to swim and we did a little fishing also. It was just a perfect week. We will return!

The lake house was very roomy and comfortable. Everything was as described. Host is available and responds quickly. We were able to secure our pontoon at the dock and enjoy each day on Lake Martin. Shopping is nearby so it’s easy to get groceries. We enjoyed our stay immensely! We will definitely return and stay at this property again.

Very nice updating to the home. Lots of room for my family to spread out. The dock access was great and my kids fished every day. Master BR and bath are beautiful. It appeared the home had surface cleaning done. The “bar” in the kitchen was sticky in many places. The kitchen cabinet shelves had dirt, dust and crumbs all over them. There were wrappers, dust and dirt under the couch. Most of The cabinets in the kitchen were a hodge podge of stuff; strainers were located above the counter and below, there were pots, pans and bowls all tossed into the same cabinet. You had to take everything out of the cabinet to find what you were looking for.

I rented this property for myself and 3 other Senior Adult Cousins for a 3 night stay. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the location and amenities of the house. The view was magnificent and the house and furnishings very comfortable. We even saw an eagle soaring above us as we loaded our luggage to leave! We plan future get togethers and would absolutely rent this property again!

The 2 and 1/2 bathrooms came in handy. The kids love the bunk beds and the dock on the lake. We had a hot water issue with the guest shower and it was attended too. Really Enjoyed our stay here. Place was VERY clean. View was beautiful! The ONLY downside and it’s more preference than anything was the beds were a bit too firm for my liking. However nothing ever compares to your own bed! Would definitely recommend!
