There are unobstructed ocean views all the way to Rehoboth from the family room, dining area, deck, hallway, master bedroom and porch! We are located right in the heart of Dewey at the end of McKinley Street...right on the sand! There is no building closer to the water in all of Dewey. If you choose to wake up early, you will witness amazing sunrises right from the comfort of your own bed or enjoy a cup of coffee on the new master porch to start your day. This home was gutted right down to the studs and redesigned as a dream beach retreat! This beauty has a Private entrance that leads you right down to beach dune! The first floor is an open floor plan concept with ocean views throughout! You enter the townhome (using a digital code...no searching through your bag for a key) into a redesigned entry way with new powder room. You will immediately notice the beautifully refinished pine floors. The Dining area has a table large enough for 6 people who can also enjoy the beach and ocean views. The Kitchen designed for those chefs on vacation includes quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, spacious soft-close drawers and cabinets, and a Bosche “quiet” dishwasher. The Family room has an extra large picture window giving you an expansive ocean front view towards Rehoboth. There is also a new 4K Smart TV loaded with Apps as well as cable. Sliders off the Family room lead out to the Oceanside deck with built in ocean-facing bar and additional sitting sitting area. Second floor includes Master bedroom with brand new picture window offering a breathtaking view of the beach, ocean and all things to the North. King-sized bed, newly added full master bath with large quartz vanity. All new Ocean-front second floor porch with breathtaking views to both the North and South. There are two additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Both bedrooms have a new bunk bed system with a twin bed over a full bed. The 2nd floor fully remodeled Hall Bath also has a new large quartz vanity, tub, and shower. After your day on the beach, walk up the private steps to the West deck area to drop your beach gear and hit the outside shower or have a drink at the built-in bar with sweeping ocean views. The outdoor shower area also has a washer and dryer! This home also features private parking, all new Anderson double hung windows, central air and heat with Nest control, and newly decorated with all new designer furniture. The location of the unit is ideal, I’ve never been closer to the sand! The windows give you a view of the dunes/ocean that makes you feel like you aren’t missing a thing being inside and you get everything the beach has to offer, except sandy, from the upstairs porch. Great location for walking around Dewey and the movies/marshmallow nights on the beach. Just a mile in the sand to the Rohoboth boardwalk, which I walked with my 10 & 12 year olds one evening (we took the trolley home). Really lovely, we can’t wait to go back!

We love this property. This was our second time staying here. The owner is very easy to work with and communicates quickly. The house is very cozy and has everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. You cannot beat the location—Ocean front and walk into town. this is our happy place when we stay here! This house was a great fit for our family of five with three young kids. It is an end unit RIGHT on the beach, you seriously cannot beat the location. We could set up camp on the beach right in front of our unit and could easily come back to the house for lunch or to use the bathroom. The unit is in great shape and was clean and comfortable and decorated nicely. There are two large decks, one off the main level and one off the top level master bedroom. The top deck offers and amazing view of the beach and ocean. This house would have been five stars if it weren’t for the communication with the host. Upon arrival the host messaged me twice demanding to know why i had more than five people staying at my house. We didn’t. She had seen my brother in law and his family visiting via the ring camera, which there was one of on each deck. She even messaged me to tell my four year old to stop pressing the doorbell because she got a notification on her phone every time. We felt very watched. After we checked out I got many more messages. One was about a missing game, which I offered to pay for. Something also got stuck in the outdoor shower drain (the drain cover was not secured) and we were harassed about that and several other minor issues. We know with three young kids accidents can happen, which is why we always purchase the accidental damage protection. We have never had an issue with a host before. Unfortunately the constant questioning really soured our experience.

Our group had a great fall weekend at this property! The house was super clean and the kitchen was updated & well stocked. The furniture was nice and new looking which often isn’t the case in most rentals. There were more places open in town than we anticipated, so we never had to get in the car once we got there. I didn’t read the listing closely enough so if you like drip coffee bring a machine & filters, there’s totally a Kuerig though! The views and location were top notch, didn’t feel like you were in the middle of Dewey. Would totally return!

We were a little leery as we typically don’t rent condos but this place was a winner! All the reviews and the descriptions are spot on. It’s super clean, comfortable and you cannot beat the views. Having coffee in the morning and cocktails at Happy Hour overlooking the Ocean is just spectacular. The end unit is a bonus and makes a huge difference. Thanks for letting us experience and enjoy your little slice of paradise!

This was our first trip as a family of 5 wiyh 3 young kids. This house made the experience seemless. Not only are the views from the decks jaw dropping but the windows by the kitchen table, in the living room, up the steps and over the master bed make you feel like you are on the beach from the time you first wake up. As a mom, I appreciated all the little touches the hosts included to make the stay easier. The kitchen had everything you would need including Tupperware for leftovers and each knife had a safety cover. The bathrooms had drawer organizers, there were extra light bulbs and batteries just in case. Maisie was so responsive when anything came up, too. Thank you so much for taking the time to make a comfortable place for families to make memories in Dewey!

We wanted a place on the beach. You can’t get closer than this. Beach access is easy from either the the front or rear as this is an end unit. The property was very clean with most things seemingly brand new…appliances, cabinets, fixtures, etc. We will definitely look to stay here again if we are in the area. No standard coffee machine though, just a Keurig type single serving unit. Plan accordingly. Starbucks and Wawa only a few minutes away.

I almost want to reign in my feelings about this beautiful property because I’m worried about it becoming so popular there’s a three year waitlist! Maisy and Gary’s townhome is simply perfect. It’s super-clean and gives you the beach feel without feeling outdated at all. Pictures do not do the view justice! Step onto the balconies and you can see all the way up and down the beach with no obstruction - no one else is closer to the water. We literally can’t come up with even one suggestion of something to change. We are already planning how soon we can get back down for another stay!

Excellent location being directly on the beach and situated walking distance to restaurants/bars/shops. Unit is in great condition and easily accommodated our family. Two outdoor decks, outdoor shower and end unit were great features to have.

Nice property located right on the beach. Very clean. Wonderful living room with comfortable furniture and TV and 2 decks- One off the living room and another off the master bedroom on the 2nd floor. The other 2 bedrooms are small- best for kids. We had a great time there.

The location of the property and the huge windows on both the beach facing and dune facing sides of the house make you feel like you are truly *on* the beach for your entire stay. We had a great long weekend with my parents. The location on the beach was perfect for walks in the morning and after dinner. We enjoyed cocktails, reading, and watching the dolphins from the MB porch.

This is a wonderful place to stay and I recommend it highly. It was spotlessly clean in a quiet and peaceful community. The kitchen was well appointed and the furniture was extremely comfortable. The best was waking up to morning coffee on the deck. I would absolutely rent here again.
