Location is the key, and the view.....other than that an older unit, needs some TLC.

Location and Beach view.

Linens were dirty, bedroom was dirty the one with half bath. Cracker crumbs in corner by bed. The bathroom was not clean. Washer leaked and we could not use to wash towels. Dryer did not work great but ok.

We had a great time with our family.

It was close to everything so that was nice.

They were doing some construction we weren’t aware of and it was loud most of the days and extremely loud the way they were right beside our condo. There was also some strong fumes that you could smell in the pool area from the construction.

I did NOT stay at this condo. A week before we were to leave, I got an email stating I needed to change to another property due to construction issues. I chose Four Seasons Romar in Orange Beach and it turned out to be a excellent replacement.

No A/C first night

It was a beautiful condo right on the beach.

Air conditioner did not work first night So we were miserably hot as it was the middle of the summer. We were only there for two nights, and we had to stay tied to the condo until 11 AM the first day to wait for the air conditioner guy to come and fix it. The staff was prompt in returning calls and making sure that issues we had were taken care of it just kind of put a damper on our weekend. Really feel like we deserve a partial refund.

Perfect condo!

We loved the location and the bedrooms were perfect. The master bed was so comfy!

The condo sleeps 9 but the water heater was so small only one or maybe two could get a warm shower.

Excellent location, clean rooms!

Excellent location, clean rooms,

A heads up about the roof construction (that began at 7:15am Thursday morning) would have been nice, especially since we couldn’t pull up to the building to unload our car. Also, none of the emails we received had the correct beach code, but thankfully another resident shared it with us.

Go for the view!

The view was incredible! The walk from the building to the beach was short and easy to access. The appliances were clean. A bit too many old throw pillows though and turning 20 lamps on and off every night became a little annoying. The atmosphere was inviting. My kids loved the way the rooms were decorated. I just wished the rugs and throw pillows were cleaner. Otherwise it was lovely.

The fees were a little over the top. $622 for the home for 4 nights was reasonable but after all the fees I paid $1,085. And the full amount was taken from my account immediately unlike what was stated in the agreement. There was construction work being carried out and the front of the building was falling apart with (beware of falling objects) signs everywhere. The renter should get some sort of heads up for that and the price decreased because of the noise level the equipment added to the experience. The balcony sliding door did not lock.

Very nice

Plenty of room for our group of 7. Beautiful views and close to everything. The beds were comfortable. We had to figure out how to keep the hot water running for our entire shower, but once we did that it was fine.

House keeping showed up over an hour early and we were trying to get our last pictures on the beach, finish getting things together. She stood outside our door and we felt very rushed. Our top cover on our bed had blood dried on it when we got there. We had brought our own but I told the housekeeper and she acted like it was no big deal. Everything else was very clean
