The house and rooms were well appointed and the number of outdoor areas were great! Kitchen was also very good, had everything we could need and if it was cooler it would have been great to use one of the amazing bath tubs. Location was pretty but not easily walkable to town, Ubers and taxis worked fine though!

The pool was very dirty and not useable - we contacted the host via phone and email but they didn’t send a pool cleaner until the day we checked out so were not able to use it. The downstairs room also smelt of mould which was concerning. It’s also good to note that this is a unit and downstairs has other people staying which is separated by a thin bamboo fence.

it was such a nice property and it was extremely clean when we arrived just had one little mishap with running out of gas however we were able to contact a perfect stay and they send someone round to change it which was amazing also.

it did take a while to contact the owners that is all.

Cleanliness

It was a nice set up - floor plan was good

Property could do with a really good clean! Dead flies on floor, sofa beds had dead insects in them, the air conditioner was dirty, the vents in the bathrooms were dirty, the bathroom downstairs smelt dank. There was also a problem with the drainage system. The drain in the ensuite overflowed immensely - we had to put beach towels on the floor to soak up the water. The drains in the other showers/baths filled as well and slowly drained.

Communication, cleanliness, a 2nd set of keys that we were meant to have but were never given and then accused of taking.

Great location. Beautiful home. All the facilities we needed. Could hear the ocean and so quiet and private. We loved our stay and hope to be back one day

When we arrived there were bins overflowing in the driveway, the local birds had pulled it all apart in the driveway and we had to clean up, later that day they were emptied though. Ensuite shower leaks all over floor in bathroom. Main shower needs replacing. Nothing major though 😊

The house was stunning, spacious and perfect for a family stay! The pool was amazing and large patio with bbq for family to get together for dinner.
