just perfect

The location was ecellent, in the heart of the city , a few steps away from the market place. The room was very clean and spacious providing an own very good equipped spacy bathroom. All windows could be opened. The room was very quiet. Mineral water, tea and coffee was available all day and night for free. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, TV and aircondition.

The breakfast was typical Italian, a croissant and a coffee/cappucino (very good) and served around the corner in a bistro. , but this does not detract from my rating as the price perormance ratio was excellent.

Excellent stay of 10 days. Will be returning for sure.

As I travel to Italy every year to visit family I have stayed at many hotels. When in Rome I always stay up in The Castelli area which is up in the mountains looking down on Rome. Travel back and forth on train for 2euros takes about 30 minutes but well worth getting out of the city after busy day of sightseeing. This place is in Frascati where the famous white wine comes from. B&B Al Borgo is in the center of town about 400 meters from train station. Beautiful place, great restaurants and spectacular views. The hotel has been re-modeled and has just 3 rooms, more like suites. Bruna the host is fantastic. Came down by foot to meet me at the train station. This was her grandmothers home at one time and dates back probably over one hundred years. But once inside you would think you were at the Hilton. Incredibly priced and impeccably clean. As my daughter starts school in Milano in the fall we will be back and I will definitely be staying here again. John Podesta

Un sitio estupendo en el centro de Frascati

La manager Bruna me pareció super amable y profesional. Llegué tarde por la noche y se desplazó para recibirme y luego me prestó servicios administrativos con la policia y el ayuntamiento para poder aparcar el coche en una plaza próxima restringida al trafico y accesible solo a los vecinos. El Borgo está en el centro de la ciudad, pero muy silencioso, en la zona peatonal, muy cerca de los restaurantes y comercios. La habitación es amplia, muy limpia, con nevera (agua mineral de cortesía) y una calefacción y wifi que funcionan muy bien. El baño, lo mismo, amplio y limpio, con ducha a la italiana. Además, tienes café y té gratuito en el hall, y te dan un voucher diario para desayunar en una pastelería próxima. Había un patio común con cubierta, que en verano debe ser muy agradable para terminar el día charlando. Para repetir, sin duda.

Por decir algo, había que esperar un poco para que saliese agua caliente (caldera de balón)

Breakfast was a voucher for a nearby Cafe. At the accommodation, Bruna supplied tea, a coffee machine with pods & bottled water. This was well received by us. The three rooms open into the entry fouyer, with a lovely outdoor seating area. The bedroom is well soundproofed. Bruna was always available by phone.

Bellissimo B&B con best proprietaria!

Tutto! Bruna è stata gentilissima con me e la struttura è super carina. La camera è molto bella e anche la zona comune dove ho apprezzato tantissimo la possibilità di farsi un caffè o una tisana (ottima selezione tra l’altro). La posizione poi è comodissima. Ci tornerei super volentieri!

Frascati è da visitare insieme a tutti i paesi dei castelli Romani.Il parcheggio è stato il problema

Ottima posizione, nel centro storico di Frascati, ambienti puliti e molto accoglienti. Gentilissima e disponibile la Sig,ra Bruna. Ottima la colazione nella pasticceria vicinissima. La consigliamo.

Everything! The owner could not be nicer: she met us in the public parking at 11 pm and help us to bring our luggage to her B&B. the location of B&B is perfect right in the very center of Frascati.

And also 10+ goes to...Bruna, the super host, she is very friendly and helpful. The bedoom and also the bathroom were spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Highly recommend.....we will surely return.

The best place to stay in Frascati!

Everything, Bruna is a great host, she makes you feel home! She really takes care about every single detail, she replies to your messages fast to help you whenever you need anything. The place is clean, spacious, and nice with a really comfy bed. There's coffee and tea available in case you want some. This place is located in the best area in town, near the train station and surrounded by beautiful shops, restaurants and bars.

Great host and excellent room.

The host was very friendly and approaching, and the room was excellent, equipped with small things that are missing in many other properties but which make your stay even more enjoyable, I liked it a lot.

Breakfast is served in a bar around the corner and everything was great there, except that they are serving only croissants. Croissant was delicious and I liked it a lot, but if you don't like such kind of food there is not much else to choose.

it is located in the very city center; easy to reach by car, too; the very big deal is the possibility to get darkness in the room: quite impossible to find out wherever; the breakfast is a very good "bar" very close, but you can help yourself with coffee and tea in the B&B. Even if it is in a very central point of the city, it is very silent. The owner is a very kind lady

just to give a suggestion to get better: the bathroom is a italian one, complete, but the bidet is a bit uncomfortable to use

Perfect, comfy, adorable stay in Frascati !

The best cappuccino I had in Frascati was the one I got for breakfast. I loved that I had so many options to choose for from breakfast. It was fresh and the location was lovely. Right in the town heart. The place is close to all the attractions, hotels and bars. And Bruna oh my god no words. She is one wonderful lady, very helpful, humble and friendly. Highly recommended place to stay in Frascati. and you have to meet Bruna too.

Absolutely fantastic B&B! Great location on a very quiet street in the old town of Frascati. Big room, very nicely furnished, a large and new hard bed; so well insulated that no need to run AC even if temperatures are in the low 30s. In the corridor there is a lavazza cafe machine and water, breakfast is in a great bar nearby. But probably the best of all is the owner who not only is super friendly and very responsive on WhatsApp but also genuinely cares about her guests: I've had two issues during my stay (a medical one and a cancelled flight) and she has helped me a lot with solving the troubles! Altogether a highly recommended place!
