Everything about it, the communication with the host, her hints and tips for us were spot on, the room was perfect and cleaned spotlessly every day, coffee was available constantly, the upstairs balcony was huge with fabulous sunset views. I would highly recommend this.
Nothing really, be aware that the accommodation is on the 4th floor with no lift - about 70 steps up from the main door which was fine for both of us, but worth knowing.

Friendly, helpful host. Spacious room with ensuite clean bathroom. Small fridge in room. Breakfast in a nearby bar, but common area with tea, coffee and cakes available.
No real desk in room, a bit noisy if other guests come home late/leave early.

Breakfast is provided within a very near tavern. Liked it very much.

Great location in the centre of Frascati. Very clean and modern. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast at the nearby cafe. Clear instructions to find the apartment.
We were very happy with our stay.
