Stayed here 2 nights while visiting family for Thanksgiving. Condo fit our purposes perfectly. Was happy to see the bed was a king. Looked smaller in the pictures, and was so comfortable. Nothing to complain about. We could have cooked if we wanted and there were things to take to the beach if we wanted that. Next to the indoor pool which also could have been nice. Would stay here again.

Delightful stay. The condo is so inviting and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent. My husband enjoyed the fitness and pool areas and we both enjoyed the Tiki Bar; also located on the property. We would definitely stay there again!

The overall location was pretty great. We loved that the pools, grill, bar, and hot tub were all directly across from the condo. Anything that we possibly could’ve needed was there and all seemed like things the owner would use themselves. The kitchen was also well stocked with things we need. The binders with info about the area and other info for the condo were also a nice touch, very appreciated!! The hosts were very informative and the property honestly was even better than what was advertised in photos. I would absolutely love to visit this property again!!

Property was neat and clean. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. The extra beach accessories came in handy. This is definitely one of the top tier units I have yet to visit.The community was awesome we enjoyed everything it had to offer. I would recommend this place.

The hosts were amazing. The condo is beautiful, clean, and they go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. There are plenty of towels, sheets, laundry detergent, and dishes. They even have beach chairs you can use and left some treats in white chocolate and wine. It was extremely hot during our stay in August and the condo's AC works so well. The smell of the condo is also amazing. The Purple Parrot resort is also pretty cool. It is gated and feels extremely safe, even with little kids. The outdoor pool area is very nice and relaxing. The pool area is a very short walk, their condo has a great location. The tiki bar and grille is a neat touch. They have live music most nights. The Perdido Key area is amazing with so many options for beaches and restaurants. It's hard to beat this area and these hosts. We would definitely stay again and plan to in the future!

My best friend and I decided to take a girls trip to rewind and relax some and decided on this property. It was the BEST decision ever. The condo is beautiful and sits perfectly next to the indoor pool and right across from the outdoor pool. The smell upon arriving is so refreshing, like walking thru bath and body. We was under a heat advisory and everywhere we went, including my car was having trouble with the air conditioner keeping up, except this place!! I will definitely recommend and want to book again sometime in the future.

Everything was so great! The condo was immaculately clean and was stocked with everything we would need while staying in or venturing out to the beach. The owners were very prompt in responding and even left us a nice note with chocolates and wine! I would 100% recommend their condo to anyone looking in the Perdido Key area. We hope to make it back sometime!

My sister and I booked this property for a concert in Pensacola. This is a few minutes from downtown Pensacola and less than a few minutes to multiple state parks and beaches. We had the perfect weekend. This cottage was clean and beautiful with good amenities. The owners responded immediately when I texted and they had extra toiletries, towels, bedding, etc. I would re-book over and over. 5 stars.

The Rum Punch condo at The Purple Parrot was wonderful. Great pool and only about a 1/4 mile or so to the beach! Available amenities such as beach gear and Margaritavile Blender were fantastic! We had a great stay and would do it again. Thank you for a nice week.

Barbie and John have certainly earned the distinction of "Super Host". Their condo is adorably decorated with every convenience you could possibly ask for. It was clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying at "Rum Punch" while in Pensacola!
