Elegance

Well designed, well maintained, and well managed. Professional staff from the reception all the way to housekeeping. Situated at the border of old quartier which is exactly the kind of proximity you should go for. The place is very clean. Breakfast is amazing, and overal the care you get from the staff makes you feel warm and welcomed. I would like to thank Rose especifically from guest relations. Well done to all of you.

Excelente estadia em Hanoi

Tudo. Dos melhores staffs que alguma vez vimos em hotéis, em todo o mundo. Excelente coordenação de equipa, estavam sempre informados sobre as nossas actividades. Muito simpáticos e prestáveis. No restaurante onde tomávamos o pequeno almoço, muito bom por sinal, também jantámos duas vezes, impecável. Experimentámos duas vezes o SPA, irrepreensível. Excelentes profissionais e com cosméticos de topo.

Would definitely stay here again

Staff were fantastic. Didn’t have to ask for a thing it was all thought of beforehand. Fast check in, the spa is a must visit the best massage I’ve had in Vietnam. Fantastic service across the board

Only thing that could be sorted is soundproofing I could hear activities in the next room

Next level good!

This is an excellent hotel! Everything is so well taken care of! From the welcome drink to the farewell present, everything is presented so nicely and the friendly staff does everything to make your stay pleasant. The rooms are really a surprise. They have us an upgrade and the rooms are so cozy clean and nice. I love it! I will def stay at this hotel again! On the day we left they let us use the hotel room until the taxi picked us up on the afternoon. I was sad I couldn’t stay longer! This hotel is an absolute joy! The spa is also very nice!

I wish I could have stayed longer!

Great spa, nice staff, happy stay

Spa is truly exceptional. Staff are great very helpful and super welcoming especially with elderly and disable traveling.

Bathroom a bit small and maintenance is so so.

Very good

The hotel is clean and the straff is very helpful! The hotel is in short walkingdistance to the most busy part of the old quarter. Right by the Train street. I had a massage from Ahn, wich i can recommend!

Excellent hotel

Staff went above and beyond to help us. It was very clean and quiet. We were close to Train Street and had a great time watching the train go by. The breakfast buffet had everything on it. It was delicious. Staff ROCKED!

Overall good value for money with excellent location and friendly staff

Best thing is location, you can walk to a lot of places nearby - Ho Chi Minh Masoleum, Old quarter, Military museum, Hoa Lo prison museum etc.

There was constantly banging noise above my floor in the daytime like there was some construction going on (10 am - 1 pm).

The room is tiny- hard to move around for 2 people. Photos from the hotel are misleading about size. Front desk staff are hot or miss helpful depending on who you get. Very loud location - the entire Old Quarter is like this, not just this hotel.

Exceptional

Very good experience, whether it is the room style, SPA service, or the standard of dinner and breakfast. Of course, there is also the thoughtful service of their staff. Thanks to DUY for helping me a lot, he did the best to make it up to me after I reported that the TV was damaged, that's really sweet.

I cannot rave enough about this place. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the restaurant does fantastic food, the staff are extremely helpful, friendly and attentive and the location is decent. It even has a day spa! 10 out of 10, tried to stay again after our Sapa trip but was fully booked and for very good reason!

My one thing I didn't like about this place was that the mini fridges in the room and in my brothers room don't seem to cool your beverages very well. Consequently that's less money for the hotel if it's customers have to walk down the street for a coke etc. This was literally the only thing I can fault them on. Everything else was fantastic.

A retreat from the fun chaos of Hanoi

Luxurious and well-appointed room. We were worried about only having an "internal window" but the lighting from a skylight in the roof was plenty. Location well situated for walking both to the Ancient Town as well as towards museums and temples in the other direction. Staff gave great recommendations for bun cha and dessert. Comfortable bed. Fun breakfast on the top floor and a great rooftop bar.

The only awkward thing about the hotel's location was that it sits on a somewhat crowded intersection. There's not really any road noise but it made for some interesting walks when we needed to get somewhere.

A well-run establishment, which we enjoyed returning to, after a frenetic day out in Hanoi.

A charming and intimate boutique hotel yet boasts all the luxe and modern amenities essential to the discerning traveller. Location was excellent and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive.

If you are a light sleeper, opt for a courtyard room.

Exceptional

I recently stayed at La Sinfonia hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The room was modern and comfortable, with a cozy bed that had plenty of pillows. The standout feature, however, was the shower - it was truly amazing. The staff was also extremely accommodating, even allowing me to take a shower before check-in time. They even organized a driver to collect me from the airport. I would highly recommend La Sinfonia for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Beautiful boutique hotel with wonderful spa services.

Beautiful new hotel, very elegantly designed. Will be excellent when the rooftop bar opens. The Staff was excellent & the spa was wonderful, the entire family had massages. The breakfast space & food were perfect. Very good coffee, I think with a chicory mix. We stayed here at the beginning of our trip & enjoyed it so much we returned at the end.

The rooftop bar had not been opened yet.

Very pleasant place to stay in Hanoi.

Very nice breakfast at the restaurant on the top floor. Good selection of western and asian food. Recently renovated so everything is new and clean. Very quiet at night. Not in the Old Quarter, but a short walk - which is a plus since the traffic and crowds are much less.

Excellent stay, great hotel and outstanding value at the present time.

Just recently reopened post Covid, excellent deals at the moment on rooms and the (outstanding) spa. Gracious and friendly staff, “best ever” masseuse (Wim), and excellent breakfast in the top floor dining room.

Nothing. Restaurant and rooftop bar still closed at time of writing.
