Perfect!

The room was decorated beautifully and was very clean and fresh. Bathroom was amazing! The location was ideal with only a 5 minute walk down to a lovely beach and also some great food places and a shop located on the same road. It only took about 15 minutes to walk into the old town and port too which is as ideal. Also it felt like a very safe neighbourhood. The host was extremely helpful and all round lovely, going above and beyond to make our stay nice and help us whenever we needed.

The room was slightly smaller than we had imagined but it was perfect for a few night stay.

The best way to have a relaxing and filled day in Split

Incredible! The host is always available to help and give you some amazing recommendations. The location is amazing, not too close to the center so as to be able to sleep in peace, but also close enough to go several times a day (10-15 minute walk along the beach). Spacious room and clean bathroom available extremely quickly. It was truly a wonderful stay and hard to find anything bad thing to say about it.

Mario is a phenomenal host. He ensured that all our needs were met and was always available to assist us with our "tourist" questions. In future travels, Club 5 accomodations will be the only place we will stay in Split & recommend to family & friends. Thank you so much Mario!!

5 star ⭐️ stay , love everything highlighted for my trip in split.

about everything the boutique room, the location, the landlord… great stay.. Mario is very friendly and kind host responding so quickly very helpful…very close to the sea also so many nice restaurants around, very high end area that the apartment is…. very safe.

Dreamy location, if have time eat at Dvor you won’t be disappointed

Staff very responsive and helpful. Very easy to check in virtually. Room was very comfortable as very quietly. Will book with again!

The host made it really easy and provided loads of useful info. There was a key code instead of key which helped to gain entrance without having to meet up and the place was in a really good location. Close to shops and restaurants and not far from town centre.

Beautiful accommodation in the perfect location for us. The room was gorgeous, so clean and modern with fab air conditioning and facilities. Mario the host was exceptional. He went above and beyond with his communication and hospitality from start to finish.

Great room, easy checkin, and amazing host!

Staying with Mario in Split was a pleasure. The room is modern with an excellent bed and shower, but the best part was the local knowledge that Mario was able to provide for any questions that you may have, whether in Split or the rest of Croatia!

The host was amazing. Super helpful and responded very fast every time. I can’t recommend this place enough. We had such a wonderful experience in Split, a lot of that is thanks to the host. The room was very clean and modern. Everything was perfect!

Choose Club 5 Boutique - you won't regret it. Excellent accommodation!

Excellent location near beach, shop & short walking distance to main centre. Mario & the staff went above & beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. clean, comfortable bed, hot shower etc & they allowed us to leave our luggage for some hours on the day we departed & organised a taxi to the airport for us. I'd highly recommend if visiting Split. You don't be disappointed 😊😊

Lovely room, efficient hosting.

It was nice to arrive and not really having to talk a lot to people as everything was prepared with entry codes etc. Yet whenever we needed it, thw host was available by message. This made everything very practical and easy. The room was very nicely furnished and clean and also cool.

The room was rather small, yet for our short stay it was fine.

easy access with code. nice staff who allow us to get earlier as we arrived in a early bird ferry.

our room quite small and hard to open both suitcases at the same time. there are bigger rooms so it’s a matter of which side you chose. not a complain but a fact.

Mario is a fantastic hosts! He gave recommendations to the city, and great restaurants within 5 minutes of the hotel. His communication is consistent and friendly 😄 which makes you feel like you’re appreciated. Walking to the city is only 15-20 minutes which puts you in the heart of the Split but it’s a beautiful walk by beaches. If you are traveling with friends and family, the beach is super convenient

Clean, quiet, great location

I had a very comfortable and relaxed stay in this lovely clean and quiet room. The room was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was beautifully fitted and having Netflix was a nice added bonus when chilling during the midday sun. The location is great - close to nice beaches, restaurants and bars. It is also easy walking distance to the old town of Split. The host, Mario, is the most helpful, thoughtful and kind host I have ever stayed with. So quick to respond that you always feel help is there if you need it. I will definitely be back

Super modern stay near beach in Split

The property is very well located near Pit Firula beach. It is opposite the Dvor restaurant which is also a great place to have lunch or breakfast with a view of the sea. It is also 15-18 minutes walk to the center of old town. It is well furnished with everything you need. Great bathroom with modern shower (including rain shower). They have all products available and beach towels. Additionally the place has luggage storage available. It also works with a complete self check in service and it is super easy to get in and check out. I highly recommend the stay!
