Come and enjoy this newly renovated property with vaulted ceiling and lots of windows which make it light and airy. Enjoy this Spacious 2325 sq. ft. home with a fully supplied Eat In Kitchen, Granite Counter Tops, Pantry, lots of Cabinets and Counter space. Open concept to the family Room with fireplace and TV, both with a Beautiful view of the Heated Pool and fenced in backyard. Grill out on the Covered Lanai while enjoying the Screened in Heated Saltwater Pool and Spa or just sun bath and relax while watching TV next to the Pool. This Home offers three bedrooms, a Master bedroom has a King size bed and TV with view of the pool and an Enormous Master Bathroom, Tiled Shower, Dual Sinks, Makeup Vanity and a Garden Tub. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and TV. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed consisting of a double, a twin and tumble. All bedrooms have lots of closet space and their own dressers. There is also a Folding Portable Crib with a Two position Mattress support, folds flat for easy storage and a high chair for your small child. This Home also offers a formal Dinning Room with a large table. The Formal Living Room offers a Sleeper Sofa, TV and Desk. A washer and dryer also available as well as WIFI and Cable. Amenities: Hair dryer, iron, blender, toaster, crock pot, coffee pot , outdoor grill and utensils, outdoor dishes, indoor and outdoor games and pool items, beach towels, cooler, bikes and many other items. There are many beaches along the Atlantic Coast including Flagler Beach which is only 10 minutes away. Pine Lake Golf course is less than a mile away. With 2 other courses including Palm Harbor Golf course and Hammock Dunes Golf Club within minutes. Plenty of restaurants and shopping including small shops at The European Village. For even more options drive down to Daytona Beach hosting beautiful beaches and an awesome outlet Mall. Attractions include Water Front Park, Intracoastal waterway with walking and biking and wildlife, Washington Oaks Garden State Park, Princess Place Preserve (1st inground pool in FL), Bing's Landing, FL agricultural Museum, and a few art galleries. Also available within 6 miles is deep sea fishing, boat rentals, dolphin watches, and more. St. Augustine (the oldest city in FL) is within 30 minutes which includes multiple site seeing adventures,a brewery, restaurants, and a winery. Walt Disney World Resort is 90 minutes, Daytona Beach is 30 miles away. NEAREST COMMERCIAL AIRPORT: Daytona Beach International Airport- 700 Catalina Dr. Daytona Beach, FL 32114 (approx. 44 miles away) Policies: Trash pickup is on Tuesday and Friday mornings, Trash must be put out the night before on Monday and Thursday evenings. ABOUT THE OWNERS: We both have family in and around Palm Coast and have visited many times. We decided it was time to buy our own place in this lovely town. We have several rentals in the northern U.S. which we manage and care for. The home is large, spacious, and nice decorated, with quality furnishings. It is in a nice neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants. It is a great place to stay if you are visiting Palm Coast.

The place was outdated, not recently cleaned and misleading. I have pictures of bugs through house. Garage very dirty, pool had what appeared to be black mold, listed as having a spa (hot tub jets in place but not connected). When questioned owner after arrival, was told a spa is just a sitting area in pool and same temp as pool. (Spa = steam bath). When mentioned about the jets in “spa” area they argued there was none.

Great Layout for larger groups. Everyone had privacy. Appreciate all the labels on switches for fans/lights, it made everything flow easily. Our kiddos loved the heated pool. Wished the weather was more cooperative.

This is a great house and with a great host but when we come the house was not clean at all.
Old Foods in the refrigerator, floor not clean, the pool was very dirty and we have to go to Walmart to get brush and stuff to clean everything
The outdoor furnitures are in a bad shape with a lot of rust métal parts everywhere on the the deck we have to take care for injuries
This is not a five star house but it could be the owner has to be there sometimes to be sure that everything is matching the pictures and the description but this is not the case

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was absolutely beautiful. House was clean and the owner was very responsive.

The house was not cleaned properly, the pool was very dirty full of algie, the filter was empty, the fans in the two rooms, didn't work properly, had to buy a fan for one daughter, the other daughter's fan speed didn't work properly the last two nights there, the other fans worked great. I suggested to the host they need to check the house to see if it was cleaned properly and check the pool between the guests arrival. Get new cleaning people and pool cleaner, make sure the guests have a good visit.

We love this house and the location. Had a great week and house had all the things we need but the pool is amazing. Just the perfect temp in the perfect spot. We love the palm coast area. Close to everything but not full of tourists. Love it

House was not as clean as i would have liked but a cleaner came in after 2 weeks( stayed 5 wks) and was happier. House needs upgrades and better communication with management/owner. He took care of any requests as nev. Clocks needed batteries, dinette rug replaced-filthy. Not the 5 star i expected

My husband and I rented this house for a 3 week stay. We did this based on the stellar reviews. What we found was not the case. I have thought long and hard about writing this review and then I realized many of our issues were reported to the owners in other reviews so it was only right to add it. The house is very comfortable and located close to all. That being said, many of the listed items that were included weren’t; only one gas tank and it was empty, beach chairs and umbrella weren’t available, gas grill wasn’t cleaned ever and the coils were rusty and not working, pool alarm didn’t work either. The house needs to be better maintained as there was dirt and mold everywhere. Mold on outside utensils and mold all over lanai floor, both bathroom too! I am not a clean nut but one could see that only surface cleaning was happening So many items needed batteries or just didn’t work, dirty floors, dust everywhere, holes in beach towels and so much more. Just not well maintained at all, Coffee maker didn’t work either. We went and purchased gas and coffee maker which the owner reimbursed us for - but why did we have too??!? Owner replaced the grill.
The owner wanted to send cleaning people to take care of dirt but I knew it needed a deep professional cleaning that would take hours. We didn’t want to have to escape w/dog for that length of time.
We sent the owners an extensive list and I am sure that will take care of it.

The house was well situated and clean, if a bit dated. Unfortunately for us, we came down during winter storm Elliott, which blanketed much of the US with freezing cold. Florida was no exception. There was no heat in the master wing, which wouldn't be a problem most times of the year. And we were unable to enjoy the pool as well because of that. Our host responded quickly in replacing a burned out bulb in guest bath shower.
Overall, it was a pleasant holiday stay.

We had a great time although our time was cut short by the approaching hurricane Ian. The home was as advertised. Very nice in a friendly neighborhood. Peter was very attentive to our needs and even gave us a refund for the time cut short by Ian. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay at this house for 2+ weeks with our family of 6. Had everything we needed. We all loved the pool most of all. Pool did become gradually dirty as we used it multiple hours per day and when we requested pool cleaning the owner responded immediately and got someone there to make it sparkling again. House is very spacious and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Master bedroom and bathroom are enormous. The home is maybe even too spacious, sounds echoed throughout and was very loud inside even with the TV on low volume or the kids playing about it became noisy easily. Would love to stay at this property again. Owners are very responsive and want to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The owner was very responsive and understanding and, after an overnight 12 hour drive, let us check in a little early.
The property was as described and instructions very clear, so there were no hiccups. Swimming pool was a lifesaver as beach is fairly far and the weather was HOT.
There were a couple of non-essential appliances that were not working, the beach umbrella was broken and the couple of beach chairs, in quite bad shape. It could certainly use a good in depth cleaning as there were clear signs of neglect in that sense, but towels and bedsheets were clean (can't say the same for some of the covers).
We wished we knew where to find the gear to clean the bottom of the swimming pool because there was a storm a some debris managed to get in.
All in all, it was a great stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

It is not as close to the beach as I had anticipated based on description of property. It didn't matter much to us and the biking trails were all over the area and I really enjoyed that. Plenty of good restaurants nearby, traffic was mild and local travel was easy. We were not the typical renters, and will probably be looking at renting this house again next year.

Comfortable and exactly as described and pictured
Peter is an excellent host. Quickly responds to any question. The house is very well-equipped - but if you need anything, the location is a short drive to every store you can imagine. Everything was very clean when I arrived - comforting in these weird times. Amenities are excellent - TVs every where! Master bedroom (only one I used) very comfortable. House is very easy to live in. Great sofa and living room chairs. Salt water pool - excellent - and the heated water was needed many days. Nicely fenced yard and very enjoyable to sit on the lanai or see the pool and yard from the living room/kitchen areas. It was a great choice for my 2 weeks away from the northern snowstorms.

Very spacious home for any type of get away! Home is exactly as advertised, as well as completely stocked with all appliances, kitchen ware, and bedding and towels, for all your needs. Comfortable beds and furniture. We didn't want to go back to the daily grind!

The house was Amazing. Entry was easy, house was clean, The patio/pool area was great for hosting.It's was very peaceful, quiet, the location wasn't too far from Daytona. Great massage parlor about 10 minutes away. I liked Publix and Walmart was nearby for last minute items.
