The rental process was easy. The management company responded promptly to my request for information. They were professional and friendly. My family and I truly appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of the house. It is well taken care of and spacious. We had a wonderful time. House was located in a nice neighborhood. Was comfortable and spacious for 8 adults to stay in for 1 week. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. House is within 5mim to Publix and 10min to Walmart. Easy and quick communication with owner.

Everything was great. Just a few issues, the blender didn’t work and the refrigerator leaks water. We had to continuously mop the floor. Other then that everything else was great!

This house is a great value for area! It is huge and sleeps a lot of people - 12 in beds, 2 adults and 2 children/small adults on the sofas, and 2 babies in the portable cribs (1 on each floor). Property manager was extremely responsive both in VRBO messages, emails, and phone calls. He even gave us his personal cell when he was going to be out of town a few days. I also spoke with neighborhood security several times when we had friends come over to visit to make sure the cars were parked correctly. They were very professional and great to work with, and we did see them on patrol several times during our stay. Although the travel time to the major theme parks is about 40 minutes (via toll roads, closer to an hour if you don’t use the toll roads), it’s on the quieter east side of Kissimmee and is a very short distance to a grocery store, pharmacy, and several shopping centers to the east toward St. Cloud. In other words, it’s convenient to many places you may need during your stay. It’s also a reasonable drive to the Orlando airport. The house had an adequate amount of towels and linens, and plenty of flatware, plates, cups, and bowls in the kitchen(which is bigger than it looks in the photos). We really enjoyed the house, but we did feel it could benefit from a few updates such as new carpet and stair rails (which has been repaired in the past). It could also use a few more chairs - the two downstairs sitting areas both sat five people - in a house that sleeps at least 12. All that being said, it is a great value in the Orlando area, especially if you don’t mind driving a little longer to get to theme parks. I would recommend it for large families or groups on a retreat.

First the bad: a/c not working when we arrived, multiple window screens and screen door to pool missing, dining room chandelier had multiple lights out along with it looked like it had not been cleaned in months, remotes throughout the house missing either batteries or battery covers, some clocks not working, temperature controls for refrigerator are reversed, slight green algae on bottom of pool, some of pool furinture needs to fixxed. Now the good: location good for where we needed to be, rooms were good size, having grill was great, decent response time by the management company to fix the a/c. 2.5 stars for a bunch of guys on a golf trip. 1 star if this was a family trip.

We thought the six bedroom house was great and lots of space to do things in the house. Pool was good, table for playing cards was great, TV room to just relax was good. Would rent again next year for our golfing trip. Thanks

The property was beautiful, spacious and clean. The only problem I came across was trouble with the lock and the empty key box my family and I had to wait almost 2 hours in the cold to get in. However the owner fixed the situation as soon as possible.
