Living room provides 60" flat screen tv and LP gas fireplace. Open floor plan also features a water view through French doors off the living room leading to screened and covered gulf-side deck. Separate seating area upstairs with additional TV. House amenities wifi & cable, dvd player, and parking and covered stairwell under house. Fully stocked kitchen boasts quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances, double oven, microwave drawer, 5-burner solid electric cook top. Coffee bar offers both Keurig and drip coffee makers. LG capacity washer/dryer in laundry room. Great house with great location and amenities. We had a small problem with pool algae but pool service came within an hour and fixed it all up! Will stay here again for sure. Only improvement would be a propane grill!

The owner and management company did not miss a thing with this rental. It is as described and fully stocked. Huge deck area to enjoy the ocean and pool. We all enjoyed spending our week at Salty Kisses and you will too!

We had a great stay the Salty Kisses unit in Dauphin Island. The house was very well stocked and even better than advertised. The new pool was a great feature to accompany the beach. Although a couple minor issues came up, the management company was quick to respond and made the experience very easy.

This property is BEAUTIFUL and has so many great amenities! It is right on the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you should need to cook while you're there. It is very spacious and clean. We had a few minor issues that we reported to property management and trust those will be taken care of before the next vacationers check in. This was our first time on Dauphin Island - we usually stay in Gulf Shores - and we loved the change of pace! Very quiet and laid-back. The only thing we had to get used to was how early everything closes and not to miss that last ferry back to the island if you spend some time over in Gulf Shores!! (That 2 1/2 drive around to come back via Mobile and the causeway sucks!)

Lovely time in Dauphin Island at this beautiful rental. House is perfect for large families or friend groups, as it has separate bathrooms and for each bedroom and the porch is huge, welcoming and can hold 10+ people at at time comfortably. Close proximity to beach, and directly on the water.

After Alabama made their reopening announcements at the end of April for business and rentals, we pulled the trigger on getting out of the house in West Michigan and drove through the night on May 4-5 and even checked in early (not normal) at 2pm, one hour early. The home is perfect and our family (me, wife, three daughters aged 16, 14, 11) love it - everyone has their own space and the open floor plan when gathering to eat and at night to chill was excellent.Overall this was our first time to Dauphin Island and we were very impressed and hope to return, and hopefully this home again!

We stumbled upon the listing while doing a quick search for any beachfront property to save a busted vacation amidst COVID-19. We made a rash decision late one night, booked the house (never even knowing what Dauphin Island was), got in the car the next morning and drove down. WOW! ACP rentals were phenomenal to work with, prompt with their responses to our questions and ensured us that we wouldn't want to leave this house. They were correct! The house feels like its on a private island. Decorated like an elegant dream beach house. I have no idea how they could get it so spotless between guests renting week after week. There was no detail missed! We loved it so much, we extended our stay several days and rebooked to return! We loved that the island isn't commercialized. Amanda with ACP couldn't have been more courteous and professional to work with! 💙

I have never been at a house that has such a beautiful and expansive view of the ocean. Waking up every morning and looking at the view from every possible angle was so peaceful. Our family likes a beach that's not crowded. The home we've used for the past several years has still not recovered from Hurricane Michael so we had to search for a new one. This home was lovely in every way possible. Great layout and furnishings and close to the beach. The grandkids want to move there!

Just what we needed for our family vacation. Home was spacious, clean and beautiful. The children had a blast on the beach and the adults enjoyed down time on the deck, listening to the waves. Ages 5 months to 64 years and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!😊�

The home was as beautiful as the pictures online. Four families shared the house with plenty of room. One drawback was the charcoal grill needed replaced and it was difficult to grill in the windy weather. A gas grill would be easier to use. The decks were a great place for family gatherings, dolphin and shrimp boat watching. Would highly recommend for family vacations.

Our group recently returned from a stay at Salty Kisses Vrbo on Dauphin Island. The house was wonderful and location was right on the beach. All bedrooms had windows that looked out to the water. The layout of the house was great. It was very clean and kitchen had plenty of dishes for our group of 8. The island was quaint with white sand beaches. We found the people friendly and helpful. We enjoyed walking the beach, fishing for red fish, bird watching and the gorgeous nightly sunsets. Easy drive from Mobile Airport.

This house was immaculate. Everything we needed. Perfect view right on the water. The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom windows didn’t have any blinds. We plan to come back for sure! The island is just as beautiful. Highly recommend this house.
