The first floor also includes a king guest bedroom right off the kitchen, which has access to a full hall bath and the back porch. Ascend to the second floor, where the elegant master bedroom awaits. The master suite includes a king-size bed, luxury bathroom, and a private balcony. An additional king guest bedroom and twin bunk nook are also located on the second floor. Head up to the third floor and you will find a loft with two full/twin bunks, a powder Room, wet bar, and rooftop balcony access. When you stay at Sandy Pants, you will also enjoy the luxury amenities that Seacrest Beach has to offer. This includes the magnificent pool that is the crown-jewel of this quaint town. The pool is one of the largest in Northwest Florida and is comprised of a number of interconnected pools that cascade into one another via stunning waterfalls. A shallow pool is available for the kids to splash in, while two lap pools are set aside for avid swimmers. Towering palm trees, picnic pavilions, and an amphitheater complete this magical, enchanting setting. The property was just as it was described, great layout, the third floor worked well for the teenagers Ocean Reef Mgt was very good - had a few items w house come up and the response was very good!

This was a great house and wonderful location. Would definitely stay here again. Everything was great except little to no communication from property manager. Didn’t know about checkin procedure, requirements of wristbands. Preregistration option and could not find any checkout instructions. We didn’t need the management company during our stay because everything g was great with the house. The house does not have any basics in the kitchen (salt, pepper, olive oil, etc).

This is the second year we’ve stayed at Swell Life 30A for two weeks and we love it! The location is perfect and love the layout of the house. My only suggestion would be to add dressers in the downstairs and 2nd floor bedrooms so there’s someplace to unpack clothes. We can’t wait to come back again!

The home was great and a great location. Unfortunately, we struggled with some issues...1) Master Toilet didnt work for the first day and a half; 2) master bedroom pillow was had a blood stain on it 3) found mildewed food in cabinets 4) master bedroom lights tripped multiple times (after first time we knew how to fix) 5) master bedroom shower door didnt work properly 6) 3rd floor didnt cool well 7) multiple dishes/silverware in the cabinets and drawers were dirty Because of the dishes and stained pillow we were hesitant to believe the remainder of the home was cleaned well either. We loved the neighborhood aside from some rowdy neighbors who we think were evicted. I would suggest that the security guards receive better training, the security guards were either useful or rude We had a child have a seizure on the sidewalk and multiple guards drove by without offering any help. We saw them drive by, look at us and look the other way. Other guards "picked" on our kids and the neighbors kids for playing four-square. Yet there were some guards who were genuinely nice. To pay that much money for a home for a family vacation I would anticipate a clean home, bedding, dishes, etc. I realize the importance of the security guards but why pick on kids not causing a scene or doing anything illegal? We would most definitely visit again but would hope it would be more ready for the family.

We stayed at this beautiful home in December. It is a wonderful floor plan for large families or multiple families. Perfect location to walk to the restaurants and shops. It was a longer walk to the beach because tram did not run in December but totally doable. No complaints and would definitely stay again! Only thing I would add is that it appears they are still doing some updates on this home (pictures/mirrors not hung, missing window treatments, etc.). My guess is that is why we got such an amazing price on this property for our trip. Before paying top dollar to rent this house, I would just confirm that the pending updates have been completed (at least the window treatments as that does impact the level of privacy).

Rugs on 3rd level not vacuumed; ice maker dirty and not working properly (fixed) ; front steps and porch not swept; chaise lounge cover worn and holes with feathers coming out: large bedroom comforter looked like an insert; water leaks during storm . Just needs more TLC

We come to 30A often and this was hands down our best experience. The property was spotless and well appointed. There was a Keurig, a gas grill, and much more. The pool is like a resort. And the check in process using the app + Ocean Reef was super easy. We had plenty of room, great amenities, and strong wifi for our kids who were doing virtual school during the day. Can't wait to return to Serenity. You won't be disappointed.

This was our 9th home to rent... We come every year! This home was very spacious~great floor plan! Grand kitchen & master bedroom! Nothing bad to say! We forgot a blow dryer and they even brought us one to use during our stay! 1st time working with Ocean Reef ~they were exceptional!

Overall a very spacious, well appointed home, that accommodated our family well. Easy access to pool and beach. Plenty of small appliances, dishes, etc. Hardly a consumable thing in the house (coffee filters, dish soap, kitchen scrubies) - so just plan ahead. Thank you!!
