Welcome to Casa Allure! By The Sea Vacation Villas is pleased to offer this breathtaking 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Private Pool (Waterfront) Vacation Home to the luxury vacation rental market! Located in the exclusive East Fort Lauderdale Beach community of Coral Ridge Isles, Casa Allure is conveniently situated near a multitude of first class restaurants, shops, entertainment (movies, theater, music, etc.) and, of course, the beach. The poolside lounge area reflects that of a luxury spa retreat and offers ample space for families and friends to gather and enjoy their time away. The poolside lounge area includes dining for eight (8), multiple poolside chaise lounge chairs, an outdoor (weather resistant) couch and a propane bbq. Oh... did we mention Casa Allure is also situated on the water? Please feel free to bring your fishing pole(s), as fishing is certainly encouraged from the private dock! Please note there is a daily heat activation fee for the pool of $35 per day. Most pool heaters in Florida are electric heat pumps and very expensive to run. Upon entering Casa Allure, you are greeted by a spacious, open, living area offering direct, unobstructed, views of the outdoor heated pool and waterfront dock areas. Tile flooring lines the entire space of the home providing a rich, yet warm, feeling throughout. The open living area is equipped with two full size sofas, two separate sitting chairs and a 60 Inch LED High Definition Television with dvd entertainment center for your enjoyment. Situated immediately off the living area is a formal dining room with seating for eight (8). Should your group exceed eight people, please do not worry, for in addition to the formal dining for eight (8), Casa Allure offers a secondary dining table, situated off the kitchen, for four (4) that includes a LED High Definition Television. The spacious, not to mention open, granite kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you will possibly require while on vacation. Simply bring your food, condiments and beverages! The open kitchen offers unobstructed views of the two (2) dining areas, as well as the outdoor heated pool and lounge area, including the waterfront private dock in the immediate background. The exceptionally private Master Suite Bedroom is a retreat in and of itself. Equipped with a King Size Bed, the master suite offers a 60 Inch LED High Definition Television, as well as a sitting area, equipped with a futon sleeper sofa, that overlooks and offers direct access to the outdoor heated pool lounge area. The incredibly spacious master suite bathroom has recently been updated and offers one of the largest walk-in marble showers you will ever encounter! In addition, the master suite bathroom offers dual marble vanity sinks. Bedroom Two offers a King Size Bed, two nightstands, a full size dresser and a LED High Definition Television for your enjoyment. In addition, Bedroom Two Offers unobstructed views of the outdoor heated pool and lounge area. Bedroom Three offers a Queen Size Bed, two nightstands, a LED High Definition Television and a full size, en suite, bathroom that has recently been updated with walk-in shower and a marble vanity sink! Bedroom Four offers Two (2) Twin Beds, nightstands, a LED High Definition Television and a full size closet. In addition, there is a breathtaking, full size, bathroom three that has recently been remodeled from top to bottom. Casa Allure is equipped with everything you will need while on vacation, including Cable Television and High Speed Wireless Internet services. Casa Allure is the perfect vacation home for larger families and groups in search of first class private setting. Lovely family vacation home. The house and everything we needed. Everything worked and was in good condition except kitchen cabinets and outdoor lounge chairs. The last two were serviceable but needed to be refreshed.

Close to everything, a beautiful little slice of paradise. Went with a group of friends and had a blast. Perfect for friends or family, everything you need is close by, from liquor stores to grocery stores. Loved going to ft lauderdale beach and walking the strip! Would def recommend to friend or family.

We had a great time at Casa Allure!
The house was extremely spacious and larger than we actually thought. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect! It had all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool area and yard were great and we purchased rods and bait for fishing.
The location was close to everything.
We would definitely stay here next time!

The property manager was fantastic and kept us informed every step of the way during the flooding that happened on our way in. I cannot say enough about the home and all the amenities. This place is amazing.

Had a fantastic time. Backyard setup was amazing. The location of the house was perfect if you like to bounce between Lauderdale by the Sea and Fort Lauderdale.

We had a great stay at this property. Plenty of space, a great pool, and great location. The property manager was even kind enough to help me out after I accidentally booked the wrong check-in date. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

7 longtime friends visited for a week. The house was beautiful, comfortable, provided all needed amenities, and was close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We enjoyed the pool, patio and the quiet neighborhood - a memorable vacation for us.

This home was in a perfect location. Close to all of our interests. Lauderdale By The Sea we frequently visited while staying here. The house itself is very spacious and clean. We had a good sized group and never felt like we were too close. The outdoor space was perfect as well. We enjoyed the pool, grill, outdoor patio furniture, fishing and the bikes. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make some Great meals. Plenty of pots, pans serving pieces etc. The towels and linens were ample as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future.

Great house, especially location and garden
A short walk to restaurants and a very nice garden with pool and poolside amenities. Great house with a fantastic master bedroom and a garage. Really good communication with the rental company at arrival, during our stay and at check-out. The property is highly recommended from our side.

Beautiful, Peaceful vacation!
Not only this place is beautiful, spacious and peaceful. The beds very comfortable, the pool was amazing we totally enjoyed it, the view of the canal it's great. All utensils and everything we needed in the kitchen,beach chairs, umbrellas all available. Aside from that the service was amazing, Tanya was quick to reply to any of our concerns, super accomodating; our flight was cancelled because of the storm Ida and I just texted Tanya and she extended our stay! Then our flight cancelled again and we were able to get another extension for 2 more days.Extremely sweet and kind. I couldnt be any more grateful and satisfied with this rental. Totally Recommed Casa Allure!!!! I want to come back soon. Thank you Tanya you are wonderful!

Fantastic Stay at a Fantastic Location!
Casa Allure is located about a mile from the beach. I went on a run from the house to the beach and along the hotel strip several of the mornings (~3 mile loop). Easy parking at the beach nearby for like $6. We had 4 adults and 4 kids 4 yo & under and had plenty of space to be together and also have private time. The house is big enough that the kids that needed nap time could be tucked away pretty easily. The pool was great for our purposes. There are quite a few beach and pool accessories so we didn't have to purchase or rent much while we were there. Cool bathroom in the master. Overall, it was great for 2 families to enjoy with small children for a week in Ft. Lauderdale.

The house worked out perfectly for us. The pool was in the sun during the day, and was kept clean, they cleaned it twice the week we were there. Kitchen has everything that you need for cooking, my family cooks so we really appreciate that. Management was very responsive, We had the proverbial 3 AM smoke alarm beep, they came the next day and replace the batteries in all of the smoke alarms. Nice to have beach towels provided, pool toys, linens were nice, extra refrigerator in the garage. We would go there again..
