Appartament was really big with multiple places to sleep. Big kitchen, two toilets, good location and safe underground parking. Good equiped with towels and sleeping equipment.

It was EXTREMLY hard to comunicate with host and to find an appartement. They do not speak and write english, and even with help of local community (speaking arabic) talking with the host on phone it took us 1,5 hour to find the place. They have different address on booking, send different on WhatsApp and tell different on phone. Kitchen is poorly equiped. No even one channel in TV and no way to connect with Internet or phone.

Very good

The apartment is nicely furnished. The bed and the sofa bed are comfortable. The shower is big. A small kitchen for cooking. Parking space for the car in the underground car park.

very misleading which is a shame as it’s a lovely little property if it’s what you’re looking for

the security Mohamed downstairs was amazing he was so helpful from the time we got there to the time we left. we made a firm friend. The layout of the property is great for family’s

there wasn’t any problems as such with the property just issues with the hosts descriptions. ie the picture of the front of the building is very misleading. it’s a building you can barely see in the photos not the ones that have been shown. aircon, there is no aircon it’s just a very Il working standers fan, free cots, there are no cots on the facility. free parking, if you have a larger vehicle parking isn’t free and you will be expected to pay. be mindful you will get fined or clamped if packed outside the hotel with no ticket whilst sorting this out

If you're expecting to find whatever pictures show, just walk away

The self check in

Photos were not the same at all, No Balcony was there as shown on picture and the furniture quality is too poor, Bed not comfortable unless if you're stuck and couldn't find a place to stay not advisable

1. Apartment is clean, quiet, modern and safe. 2. There is a small balcony with washing machine, drying rack and floor cleaning items.

1. Second bathroom sink is leaking water when we first arrived. Host responded quickly but we did not want him to repair it while we were there because we have to wait for the plumber. 2. Kitchen counter does not have enough electric outlets. There is only one for the microwave, so it is very inconvenient to share it with the coffee machine or kettle.

When our booking in another accommodation was cancelled at the last minute we were delighted to find this venue available.

Despite the very good rating of this apartment we were very disappointed. On the first night we didn't get any sleep before 2AM because the neighbors partied until really late. Since the apartment looks onto two closed courtyards, the noise from those buildings is funneled into this rental. Second night was a bit quieter. The owner ignored us when we signaled the TV wasn't working. You'll have to use taxi and/or tram to get near the city's sites. This apartment is pretty far away (20mn from downtown).

Perfect property in Casablanca for an independent stay! Will recommend it to my friends and family!

Everything! The apartment was literally as advertised. Everything was working and very clean. It felt really premium! The location was perfect, just a few meters away from the tramway and from the Casa Voyageurs train station! From reading the previous comments we could see that the owners used the feedback to improve their service and property. Everything was literally perfect! This apartment was literally a highlight on our trip! If we ever comeback to Casablanca, we will be staying once again on this apartment!

The sofa bed wasn’t clean when pulled out so slept on the sofa. Either TV wasn’t working or we didn’t know how to work it.

Just ok…

I liked the administrator. She was very polite and she always had a quick response. The appartment was cosy and well equipped.

I didn’t like the fact that when i booked, i thought that this appartment has a balcony, but it doesn’t. The neighbours are very loud. You can hear their screams all night long. The sheets from the main bedroom were very clean but the sheets from the living room (that i had on the couch) were yellow and also with a bad smell.

A very nice flat in a good location

Comfortable, clean, everything in the apartment worked. The climate control was very effective. Sarah was quick to answer any questions. If I ever stayed in Casablanca again, I would definitely stay here.

The shower room had a small drip from the extractor fan in the ceiling. This was not a big problem, no damp in the room, and the apartment was otherwise perfect.

It is the perfect apartment for an independent stay in Casablanca.

I stayed twice in this property and I leave the same perfect rating. The apartment is big, comfortable, and very clean. It is located in a nice clean neighborhood wherein you feel safe. The host is nice and friendly, she was waiting for me when I arrived. She also maintained good communication before and during my arrival. Highly recommended.

Very nice owner,drive from far far away and wait for us when we arrive. Good location, quiet and safe area. Very clean room, has everything we need for 2 nights stay. Will definitely come back if we visit Casablanca in the future.
