The location hot water in thr bath
The absence of a towel in the bathroom, as well as paper tissues room door its dificult to open or close it

Good location, close to trams, great value and comfortable. Would recommend.
Close to train station with direct link to airport. Very friendly staff, who were always willing to help. Quick and easy checkin. Pleasant room. Price!
No AC. Neighbourhood wasn’t too desirable. Shower needs attention.

Was fine , I slept well , just the have to do same maintenance in toilet and shower
They need to do more efforts , toilette very poor , they charge extra 30MDH over the price in Booking.
Toilet/shower is the worst things in this hotel, they gave me a room on the 4 th floor no view,

good spot to crash coming off the train from marrakech, not super close to the tourist sites, but ok
nice size room and bathroom

Good value hotel from its price offered
Easily accessible location within walking distance from the train station. Helpful reception helps to bring up my luggage to 3rd floor
No heater in the room, feeling cold at night. TV is not functioning and there’s no lift which you need to climb up the stairs, our room at 3rd floor
