Very relaxing stay with beautiful gardens and attentive staff.

The setting and the old colonial style is beautiful and good location in a residential area. The staff were very polite and attentive. You do need a car or taxi to get into town though.

Even though the staff were very polite and attentive. The building probably needs some TLC. The housekeeping needs to be improved. We had to ask for an extra towel (We only had one), A kettle but no cups or teabags, Light bulbs missing. The staff need training on how to do a check list before guests arrive. Not busy as only two rooms occupied.

Very welcoming and friendly.

The staff were very welcoming and polite. The willingness to assist and help over and above their duty was incredible. Comfortable amenities and lovely relaxing environment.

A previosuly beautiful place visbily falling to pieces😪

Godt beliggende. They allowed us to stay 2 hours longer as we had a late flight out

We booked the Junior Suite and were taken to see a standard room. I told them 4 times we booked the Junior suiite but they did not seem to understand. They offered us to choosr a toom and we wete already so exhausted. Finally we got the "Junior Suite". There was a broken mirror at the head of the bed and it gave us anxiety as if it slipped our heads would be well sliced. So we slept badly There was no toilet paper when we arrived, There was no shower gel just 4 tubes of body lotion. Waffer thin pillows. The cushion on the couch was filthy. There was no kettle to boil the water. Noise from around started at 5am already.

I like the garden and the greens around. Apparently the owner manage it herself. Their coach is also a rare find in Zimbabwe. So comfortable.

I had a relaxing short stay away from busy surroundings.

The breakfast was well prepared by the chef, Sylvia. I would have liked some oatmeal porridge as an option, though.

Good locality , nice and quite but needs some maintanance

Friendly people , nice garden ,good atmosphere

Room very basic, facility uses solar warm water= no hot water.

Disappointed lllllllll

I left before l could have the breakfast. The location was great.

I couldn't sleepover because it was dusty, the bathroom window being the worst, the Air-conditioning unit made a very loud rattling sound that l couldn't imagine putting up with. An old used squeezed open lotion container in the bathroom was rather unhygienic especially now.

Disappointing

Beautiful property but its clear that it needs a refreshment in management.

No towels for first 2 days and had to keep asking for it, no follow-up from the staff's side. Lot of power interruptions (although that is largely out of the guesthouse control).

Very comfortable stay and would definitely like to come back

It is like a home away from home. Very friendly staff and they are quite helpful and cater to your needs. Food is freshly and understandably it is make to order. Hence, they need to be informed earlier. No big deal. On the whole, very calm and peaceful place to relax and unwind

A little bit overpriced for the rooms we took.
