The staff is exceptionally kind. The hotel manager, Ali, helped us arrange the taxis for the rest of our trip through Cuba and followed up with us when we had problems. He also helped us with accommodation in other cities. True 5-star VIP service in this hotel. If it's your first time in Cuba, this is your place to stay, and from here, you can plan everything else!

This warm place will bring you comfort and all the essentials. Great team.. respectful and always ready to help you, property has a unique design/ style with its own charm. Great roof-top garden terrace, extra-clean, Wi-Fi 24/7, and a prime location in Old Havana. My stay there for 8 nights made my Havana trip more than pleasant. I want to thank everyone for making me feel welcome. I would return anytime!

Was hard to find on a small side street. Staff member very nice! Bed ok, bathroom had no amenities, not even bar of soap. Good sized room, good air con.

Great stay. Nice accommodations. My favorite part of my stay were the Cuban people. I was taught a valuable lesson on my trip. Money and convenience doesn’t always make for a better, happier life. All the smiles and love that surrounded me gave me a sense of pride to be human again in this world that can be so cold. 🇨🇺

They gave me breakfast every day without a bottle of water and they put some bottle of water inside of my room without tell me nothing about them when I checked out they made me pay each bottle of the put inside the room just imagine I was there for 8 days and eat every morning with no water a side

This is a fabulous place to stay and really get an immersive experience of Havana. It is located in a central location so accessing all parts of Havana are within walking distance. But what sets this place apart are the staff : As newcomers to Havana, Luis Miguel and Donna and other staff took care of us in terms of money, transportation, eating and even when I got a head cold! We would stay here again hands down.

I accidentally booked the wrong date because Expedia defaulted to the wrong date. Within minutes I attempted to change to the correct date but the hotel refused to reimburse the money.

Good location. Close to many restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was great each morning. Staff are very friendly. There was air conditioning, the room was kept clean, and there was warm water. What more can you ask for? Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Girls Havana trip Lovely boutique hotel in old Havana. We arrived in the wee hours of the morning; the hotel arranged for someone to greet us at the airport & transport us to the hotel. The room wasn’t fancy but was well appointed, clean and the beds were comfortable. Included breakfast: fresh juice, fruit and eggs made to order. The coffee was delicious. The location was perfect, right downtown in old Havana, walking distance e to great restaurants and a lot of historical places. It was a bit noisy later in the evening but that’s city living. You don’t have to walk far to find transport options if you are venturing further out. The staff make this place. They are the best, genuinely friendly, Angel the Expedia rep, Barbara and Donna at the hotel but especially Luis. Luis made sure we had a local map, good recommendations to visit locally, the best restaurants and went above and beyond to arrange transport in Havana and our trio to Varadero. We’d go back.

We enjoyed an excellent stay at this family run boutique hotel. The rooms are clean, simple, well appointed and the washrooms are completely new. The best part is the staff, they are friendly very helpful and arranged a good breakfast as well as helping us get to our next destination 10/10!

The property is on a street in the Old Town you are close to everything and feel like you are in Habana. Its very easy to to see the real Cuba. Staff are really friendly and will help get local guides so your tourist money goes to the Cubans.

I loved the staff, they treated us like family, all of them were caring, polite, honest, friendly and very helpful all the time, making sure we had everything we needed and provided personalized advice on what to do in La Habana. The place was very confortable, great air conditioning in our room and the location was very convenient and in walking distance to many important attractions in Old Havana and great restaurants. The breakfast was delicious.

This a must stay place in Havana! Everyone is so nice and helpful. The staff assisted us in everything we needed in our stay such as exchanging currency, getting transportation and provided helpful tips to enjoy our stay in Havana. The rooms are very clean and spacious. They provide breakfast every morning. The hotel has photography art on display in the lobby by a gifted photographer Andrian Garrido which can be purchased. My stay here was so pleasant that I will be booking again when I come back to Havana. This place saved our life on our last night before flying back home when my sister and I were coming back from Varadero beach after 3 days stay there and booked some where else in Havana. We got scammed and had no place to spend our last night. We went back to Art Boutique, knowing that if we couldn’t get a room for the night that their staff would help us find a place. Fortunately, they had a room and we were able to enjoy our last evening in Havana. If you want to stay in Old Havana, this will be a great option since everything is in close proximity.

Art Boutique is doing an amazing job of providing a safe and relaxing space in the heart of Old Havana. Our room was wonderful - king bed, super clean, nice bathroom, and a lobby even. The terrace and main lobby must be seen, pictures don’t do it justice, it’s lovely. The staff are the best part, sharing excellent conversation and helpful advice about things to do in Havana. The gallery is lively and full of worthwhile photos of which we purchased 4.
