Hôtel bien situé mais malgré tout, très décevant

Chambre propre et confortable. A 2mn à pied de l'océan

Chambre petite,donnant sur la salle du petit-déjeuner donc bruyant dès 7h du matin! Pas de rideau occultant ni de volet,seulement un store inefficace. Petit-déjeuner très moyen: jus de fruit très chimique alors qu'avec tous les fruits qu'il y a,ils pourraient proposer des jus frais et maison. Pas de café mais du nescafé pas terrible! Nous avons pu avoir des oeufs au bacon seulement le 1er jour ; soit-disant plus de bacon dans les magasins alors qu'on en a vu pleins!! Peu d'effort pour satisfaire les clients.

Good overall

Very nice room with new linen and smart TV. Very powerful AC, which was very helpful. Nice breakfast served daily. The hotel is small so it’s quiet, and very close to Sea Point promenade, as well as several shops and restaurants.

I had room 3, which is not great in terms of the fact that it leads directly onto the dining room. Very difficult to sleep late through all the noise during breakfast. Unfortunately there was no one to check me in when I arrived, which was not great.

Good location, great breakfast, value for money stay in Cape Town.

Breakfast was really good, a lot of food. The location was the highlight, very close to most things - yes, there were lots of homeless people but nobody ever even talked to us.

The staff was helpful overall, but the day we were leaving we had a very strange episode. The staff agreed to save our luggage before our flight, and when we came back to pick it up we took it all out of the office, started to add some things we bought into our checked luggage (literally 20 seconds), and the staff asked “what are you doing? I need to open the door for you.” After responding we needed 3 minutes to repack and call the Uber she told us to do it in the street (!!!! This is outside of the barbed wire, and electric fenced property) with all the risks associated with that. Honestly, it was a very sad note to end the trip on.

Lovely, I loved it.

The location takes the cup for me. It's safe, it's a walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and pubs. The rooms and breakfast, well you get what you pay for so I am not complaining at all, it's so affordable.

I refuse to complain really, with the amount of money I paid, I got what I expected.

A quiet and safe place with easy access to the seashore

Serene, quiet place in a upscale neighbourhood. Excellent location with seashore on one side and all essential amenities and eating places on the other, each just a 2 min walk. The hospitality was most commendable.

Tap water was the only source of drinking water, which made me a little hesitant. A few more accessible electrical points would be really helpful.

Would defenitely stay there again

Breakfast was so nice... The host baked her mothers secret recipe "dougnuts" which was so nice and special since it was served on my birthday today.

No complaints. Staff was friendly and helpful. House and room was clean and beautiful

Very clean and well maintained. Excellent customer service, the staff is amazing. Close to the beach and a lot of restaurants.

No secure parking but the street parking was fairly safe.

A great option for a short break in Cape Town.

The warm breakfast was great, the mattresses were comfy, the staff were super friendly, the decor is fun, and the rooms were well set out. The hotel is an ideal location, close to the promenade and many restaurants and shops.

Refreshment options in the room were not great, only margarine and mixed fruit jam for toast (I would have loved butter and one other jam option). The pillows were not comfortable. The toiletries should ideally have been topped up properly before our stay.

I like sea point .Its convenient for everything its closer to banks and the beach

Breakfast was normal and location was very good. When I saw property on the website .I thought we will be able to cook our food as we saw kitchen and stove. We wanted to stay for 2 weeks but it was not for us .We brought in our groceries unfortunately we had to leave and look for other places.

Renovations and make sure your showers does not sink water as it was not ethical at all.
