The only excitement for me and the family was the view of the beach from the room.

I love the view of the beach from the room, the owner of the facility was also very hospitable and willing to help. The staff too were quite decent and helpful.

The road leading to the facility needs a lot of improvement, it was quite horrible. The breakfast needs a lot of improvement, two slices of bread per person with one egg (fried or boiled), a cup of tea and one local juice....very poor offering for a breakfast.

A very enjoyable, pleasant and relaxing.

We were well received on arrival. Staff were very helpful. We loved the accommodation, it was very spacious, airy with beautiful views of the garden and sea. The bed was very spacious and comfortable. Pool was fantastic. Dinner and breakfast was good.

Just the weak WiFi connection. It kept dropping, and weak network.😔

relaxing and lovely

great location and fantastic rooms which are very large. the manager was very welcoming and helpful to our needs. The place felt very relaxing and lovely.

service from staff requires some training -they were pushing for us to order and eat to suit them when our children were asleep and they didn’t really check if everything was ok - but they were very lovely just inexperienced I’d say.

Wonderful stay once again

This was my second Stay at Elmina Bay Resort and it was amazing. The place is so quiet and clean. The owner Mr Ben was super - always ready to help. He is a great man!

The beach view was stunning , the food was delicious.And the staff Soffie was pleasant and attentive and Ben was friendly

A peaceful paradise in Cape Coast

I really recommend Elmina Ebay Resort. It is a great place to stay. Ben and his staff are very nice and kind. I was travelling alone and felt very safe at the place. I had amazing days relaxing looking to the ocean. Also the restaurant's menu is great and has vegetarian options!

This is an exceptional hotel. The rooms are nice and spacious with a nice balcony facing the ocean. It was so relaxing and quiet. The food was outstanding! It really exceeded our expectations. Everything was fresh and it was ready in a timely manner. The owner and the waiter were exceptionally kind and customer care oriented. This is by far the best place we stayed in in Ghana. Thank you for an amazing holiday!

The water in the pool probably needed some extra chlorine, but we didn't get the chance to utilize the pool anyways.

Owner and staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Food is fantastic. Views are amazing.

Room doors open straight out to the fresh air so mosquitoes can get in every time you open the door. The pool cleaning went on relatively late in the morning so no swimming before breakfast.

staff are pleasant and helpful , little maintenance jobs completed and check cooking water carefully

I expected a fully functioning wireless internet service but could not use It from my room as the signal was soo poor. I failed to finish a project because of this. However, I was informed it has wii fii services.

some of the fittings and fixtures were loose and came off eg the sliding door handle to get into the balcony, the taps in the bathroom very loose and moves as you turn the tap. I believe these are just maintenance jobs that cab ve easily rectified and should be done asap. On the last day I was served my breakfast but on this day I think the water for my coffee was not with boiled properly or the sobolo I like was made with sachet water of tap water, because that night I was incredibly sick. and could have been worse. care should be taken on such things.

Not having phones in the rooms, so one can reach reception easily. Was expecting buffet breakfast but that was not so.

Exceptional

The staff! Service was very pleasant and professional and communication excellent. We would have loved to stay longer. The manager, Ben, made our short stay a true gem. He is a well of information on Ghana and life; listening to him gave us a different angle and a lot more insight into many things. Thank you, Ben!

It cost more and the hotel don’t look at good as how much it does cost. Disappointed.

Disappointing

Unskilled staff are friendly as all Ghanaians are. They are victims of the incompetent and rude management.

When I entered. Aircon did not work, TV did not work, Sliding door to balcony was open and could not lock. They had maybe 4 bookings but still no insight to check the room before I arrived. Wanted late checkout and someone that was the Gardener when I arrived was now the manager that insisted I could not have a late checkout of 2pm. Eve verging was useless..Kitchen, Bar, Breakfast. I would pay 20 to 30 USD for a place like this. 91 USD was a rip off. Also no beach access as beach is being recovered with huge rock structures and warning about crime in the area. Just bad management and I would presume no interest from the owners.
