The garden and spacious room

Issues with WIFI, TV out of order and access to the room for handicap on wheel chair was challenging. Also, no phones in the room to reach out for assistance.

Food was ok, staff nice enough

I've been a loyal customer of booking.com for over 15 years, traversing the globe for business purposes. In all those years, I've seldom felt compelled to leave feedback, but my recent experience at EPH Hotel warrants it, and frankly, it's disappointing beyond measure. 1. **WiFi Woes**: The WiFi was nothing short of a disaster. It was as reliable as a broken compass in a sandstorm. Urgent calls turned into marathon sessions, and resorting to a mall for connectivity left me sunburnt and frustrated. Evidently, the owner's indifference to fixing this basic amenity is baffling and inexcusable. 2. **Misleading Rating**: EPH boasts a four-star rating? I beg to differ. Upon arrival, it was glaringly apparent that this establishment barely qualifies as a B&B. Booking.com, a correction is long overdue. 3. **Deceptive Imagery**: The photos online are akin to a siren's song, luring unsuspecting travelers into a sea of disappointment. The pool resembled a neglected pond, and the reality fell far short of the advertised charm. 4. **Gloomy Chambers**: If dungeons had a modern reincarnation, it would be the rooms at EPH. Dimly lit and barely conducive for work, let alone relaxation. 5. **Technical Troubles**: From dysfunctional TVs to subpar drainage systems, EPH seems to excel in providing inconveniences rather than accommodations. 6. **Financial Frustration**: Currency confusion and convoluted payment processes are the norm here. It's like they've taken a crash course in how to inconvenience guests at every turn. 7. **Management Misery**: It's evident that the issues plaguing EPH stem from mismanagement rather than the competence of its staff. Kudos to them for maintaining a pleasant demeanor amidst the chaos. In conclusion, unless you have a masochistic penchant for disappointment or a penchant for adventure in unstable territories, steer clear of EPH.

Perfect family getaway place from Kampala. The Thai food is probably the best in Uganda

This is the third time we stay at Entebbe Palm Hotel, obviously it means we are very happy with it. The hotel is strategically located in Entebbe, the family room is perfect for our small family and very reasonably priced, the beautiful garden has a really nice atmosphere and the food, especially the Thai dishes, never lets you down. The massage service is the icing on the cake. We will definitely visit again as this is a perfect little weekend getaway place from Kampala.

The breakfast is sometimes a little bit sparse.

Pleasant

Unlike our first visit, this time the rooms were not very comfortable. Looked like the room hadnt been prepared for us as we had to ask for toilet paper and linen to cover all occupants. The TV wasnt working either. The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast is great. Next time please be sure to prepare the room well in advance.

The mattress was so hard! Room had no bin. We were 4 occupants as we travelled as a family. But room had only 2 towels. We had to ask for extra towels and also toilet paper. The TV was also not working which was a big disappointment for the kids. Our last visit had been excellent hence our return. We hope next time the rooms will be better.

Nice hotel in a quiet area with restaurant and spa on the property. Staff was very friendly and accomodating, beds are big and comfortable. The Thai food and Thai massage were great!

You can get similar services for less in Entebbe. Pool is surprisingly small.

The meals were really nice and for tourists good value for money. A nice quiet location with well maintained gardens and very helpful staff.

Great, quiet spot with everything you need, close to airport.

It's a nice place to sit and eat - the food is surprisingly a highlight. The small but lovely pool is a pleasant place to be

I would recommend for another person - very nice place.

Breakfast was fantastic and location close to airport - easy for transfer flight.

I would like gym room and airport shuttle pickup - I also didn't like how people are being charged in dollars.

Big room, very comfortable pillows, sorted out ordering us a taxi and it's close to the airport.

Hot water struggled in the shower. Not aesthetically pleasing area/decor.

Great location, close enough to the airport, close to the golf course, opposite my old primary school from the 1950's. Nice dinning area and pool area. Great Thai food.

Staff are really helpful, good communication as arrived a day later than planned due to delayed flight and were still very accommodating and helpful. Arranged airport pick up which was very handy. Food and room were lovely too x

Very good hotel in a good location.

The hotel was clean and has good facilities. We had an excellent Thai massage. It is well located for easy access to the main sights of Entebbe and near the shops.
