Don't buy the spa experience. Take advantage of all the beauty of the hotel.

Room service was fast and food was delicious. the hotel was very comfortable. location was great.

do not get massage and spa experience from this hotel. Althought we allıgned to pay wıth credit card, we had trouble during the payment prosess in SPA. They acted lıke we had not allıgned before and forced us to pay cash

La struttura si trova in un ottima posizione davanti al Nilo e alle navi da crociera, lontano dal caos della cittadina. Personale gentile e disponibile. Vesta scelta per la colazione sia dolce che salata.

Il Wi-Fi non prende nelle stanze se non nella hall dell’hotel. Se non sei egiziano devi pagare una tassa di soggiorno di €10 al giorno a persona!

I like the location of the hotel and especially the gym and spa centre beside the swimming pool, everything is wonderful there , captain Ashraf is very friendly and professional, the tours we booked through company grand utopia travel, the best online travel agency , I recommend it to all people, you can find it by the same name

It’s not allowed to swim in the swimming pool in the evening

The staff were incredible. Especially in the spa, we had a great experience there, we were treated like a king and queen and the prices were such amazing value for the service. Highly recommend the spa of you are staying there

Good, very well located middle of the road hotel with friendly staff.

Very well located, close to Luxor museum & walking distance to cross-Nile ferry plus Karnak & Luxor temples, Room was large & staff (especially Gigi) were always very helpful. Decent breakfast as well.

VERY HAPPY :-)

A very nice, clean, modern and well equipped hotel that was an absolute bargain for the price i paid !! A balcony with views of the river Nile and an excellent breakfast included* A really great massage from mister Ash in the spa area :-) I would definitely go back there if i visited Luxor again.

Surprisingly great place to stay.

Right between the river boats and Karnack Temple. Easy to get to, and close to everything. They have an always open restaurant with good food and super convenient. The pool was pleasant, uses minerals instead of chlorine so its easy on the eyes.

Hard to beat this location! In between the two east bank temples and next to the Luxor Museum and the public ferry to the west bank. Pool was refreshing and had a kid friendly corner.

Elevator broke down on us and seemed in bad condition (but on the bright side the staff was responsive and shut down that elevator immediately. It stayed off for the remainder of our stay).

Great stay for one night passing through Luxor. Right on the Nile river. Had a room with balcony view of this. Good value for money. Lovely staff.

Excellent location. Fantastic pool and outstanding service. Service and staff at the SPA are outstanding. Thank you Ashraf and Mustafa for the excellent massages and for your hospitality. These very inexpensive massages were the best I had in years.

Excellent location. Walking distance to the temples and souq, over looking the nile river so you can watch the cruise at night and the hot air balloons ascending early morning. Excellent breakfast.

We can hardly get connected to the wifi. No bidet shower in the toilet.

The Pharaoh treatment

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise, much better than I anticipated. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the wonderful Gigi from guest relations. eager to know and learn where they can improve. yes, the hotel is dated in places, but it was the first new hotel after the Winter Palace I learned, but renovations are in progress. The room I got was great, spacious with a little balcony (beautiful sunset view from there), comfortable bed, silent airco, safe, coffee/tea maker, good shower & bath. The biggest surprise was the beautiful gym with new equipment, and the adjoining spa. Here I booked an incredible treatment from Professor Ashraf and his helper Mustafa: spa, steam bath, jacuzzi, scrubs, packing and a great massage. Two hours of bliss for an incredibly competitive price, by a professional and courteous staff. Highly recommended!!

Wifi could use an upgrade, and maybe some fresh fruits at breakfast.

Lovely hotel, pleasant stay, good location, clean and pleasant.

A really lovely hotel. The room is pleasant, very spacious, quiet. Clean, clean shower, comfortable and pleasant bed. There is a beautiful view of the Nile from the balcony, and peace and quiet at night. The hotel facilities are clean and pleasant to use. The staff is lovely and helpful, The breakfast is varied and delicious. Excellent hotel!

Sometimes it is evident on the hotel facilities that it is a bit outdated - not something we had a problem with, except for the elevators maybe. The area is not the most pleasant, but the location is great, just Luxor itself is not a very pleasant city.

top is the location, right at the Nile. in the middle between the temples of Luxor and Karnak, right aside the Luxor Museum

The city is beautiful the hotel is nice, but once you stepped out of the gates, there are scammers and hustlers waiting

Lovely stay

I was given an early check in which was greatly appreciated. I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Almost all staff are very friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast service and food from the restaurant. My room had a great view. The tour which I booked at the hotel was very good.

My room was comfortable but I felt it could have been cleaner. The patio door, bathroom mirror and cupboards were grubby. I like to have milk or creamer with the teas and coffees in the room.

well run western standard hotel

right next to the nile, walkable to the luxor museum and luxor temple. friendly staff, good buffet breakfast and great views of nile while having breakfast. quiet and comfy room.

it is 1 block from a mosque, we hear calling for prayer at 5;20am
