Чудесный отель, отлично расположен, великолепные завтраки, очень чисто , тихо и приятно пахнет. В апартаментах имеется все необходимое для комфортного пребывания. Сотрудники потрясающие, отзывчивые и приветливые!

Horrible staff, very bad experience!

I have paid at arrival, but the transaction was not confirmed by the bank of the aparthotel, so I paid again before we left to the train station. Again their bank didn't processed the transaction. We agreed that in case none of the 2 transactions will be accepted by their bank, I will make a bank transfer. The staff of aparthotel changed their mind and called the taxi driver (on mobile phone), taxi that we took to the train station (we were heading to Marrakech) and instructed them to get us back to the hotel, in that case we would have missed the train that was paid in advance. We had a big argument with the taxi drivers to get us to the train station so we don't miss our train. After this the staff sent me message threatening to stop us from leaving the country if I don't pay again. (we were not at the end of our trip but they didn't know) Once we got to the hotel in Marrakech I called the aparthotel to ask them to send me an invoice so I can make another payment and to send me a written statement that the 2 transactions by card were not accepted by their bank, also I sent them the request by e-mail. It took them 2 days to send me the invoice, but not the statement. After a exchange of a few e-mails the aparthotel asked me not to make the new bank transfer because they talked to their bank and they will process one of the payments I have previously made. After another week or more the first card payment that I made was accepted. After another 2 weeks I finally got my money back from the second card payment. So a lot of arguing and e-mails with the aparthotel and booking and both banks, during our holiday, in the end for nothing. The whole experience was horrible. This is not a way to treat your customers!

Pulitissima! Staff cordiale, molto attento alle nostre esigenze. Abdelmajid è stato molto premuroso e disponibile ad aiutarci. Il capo receptionist è stato cosi gentile da aiutarci anche a prenotare un taxi alla partenza.

Limpio, bien ubicado, sin ruido y con un personal atentísimo.

Apartamento bien equipado, a 15 minutos andando de la Mezquita y de la Medina. El personal es excepcional. Nos pusimos malas del estómago y pedimos manzanas y limón en el desayuno. No tenían ninguna de las dos cosa, pero a los 5 minutos aparecieron con ambas. Al día siguiente no se lo tuvimos ni que pedir, nos lo trajeron con una sonrisa. Son detalles que hacen que merezcan un 10. En cuanto al apartamento, estaba limpísimo y muy bien equipado. Incluso tenías una cuenta de Netflix gratis para poder ver cosas en español. También hay que decir que no se escuchaba ningún ruido de la calle. Alguno de vecinos sí, pero eso es inevitable. Lo único que podría mejorar es que las camas son un poco duras, pero para unos días no es nada grave. Por calidad - precio, está de 10.

Merveilleux accueil dans cet hôtel, des chambres spacieuses et très shine équipées.

Super accueil, des petits appartements très spacieux avec tous les équipements qu’il faut.

Les matelas n’étaient pas très confortable (trop dur)

Большой просторный номер, кухня, хорошие завтраки, телевизор с возможностью подключения к телефону. Удобная ванная комната, кондиционер работает исправно, номер чистый, персонал приветливый и вежливый.

Overall great place to stay with family, a lot of space and its clean.

The cleanliness, quiet and spacious apartment. Staff was friendly.

Could have been in a better locarion, but not a bad location overall. Wish someone helped to take bags upstairs.

超快適なモダンなアパートメント

ハッサンII世モスク迄徒歩で10分強。アパートメント型のミニキッチンが付いたリビングルームと広いベッドルームは新しく綺麗で清潔で快適に過ごせた。1晩のみの滞在だったが長期滞在者には超お勧め。朝食はロビー横の食堂で取る。

1つだけ残念な事を言えば、バスルームある折り畳みのタオルかけにタオルをかけるとシャワールームのガラスドアが開けられないのが難点。設置場所を移動してくれたらパーフェクトだった。

Funcional y muy bien ubicado. Recomendable.

La ubicación y las dimensiones del apartamento. El desayuno también es muy correcto. El personal muy servicial.

Alguna Liberia o toallas necesita ser descartado de antemano. La estanqueidad de la ducha hay que mejorarla.

Нам все очень понравилось. И расположение недалеко от мечети. И завтраки- вкусно и сытно, полноценный на все вкусы. Встреча персонала дружелюбно и гостеприимно. Кровать удобная и жесткая. Менеджеры подсказали много полезной информации по городу. Ещё вернёмся обязательно! Спасибо

Great hotel with a great breakfast.

Location was on a side street just a block off of a main street. I was able to walk to the the. Hassan Mosque in under 20 minutes. The room was amazing and well appointed. The Breakfast was simply amazing. Different types of bread, eggs oatmeal, cakes, coffee and juice.

Overall, great experience for homely feelings and want to stay again.

Apartment is in excellent condition and staff is friendly particularly Marwan at reception desk was ready to help whenever needed. He knows English language so it was convenient to communicate.

Breakfast was great with variety of food but less sitting capacity to accommodate guests if more guests come at same time, so they have to wait.

Endroit propre et confortable. Accueil sympa.

Les Murs sont fins donc les chambres insonorisées. On entend tout ce que font les voisins : toilettes, douche, ouverture des portes et des stores… Petit déjeuner sous haute surveillance: ils sont parfois 3 à surveiller ce que se servent les clients…intimidation?

Best Family Stay

It’s our second time to stay in this lovely hotel. Staff is great with no exceptions. Family oriented place. We had one night as we were traveling between cities in Morocco, used the laundry nearby and Abdulmajid took care of picking our clothes before the check out. The lady at the reception is very nice and helpful. Mustafa has been a great help as usual, he upgraded our apartment for that night with no extra charges.

The best hotel to stay at in Casablanca!!!

The location was very close to the center and easily accessible to restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helped us with our bags as soon as we arrived. I really enjoyed the accommodations with the room being very spacious and clean. Breakfast was a nice bonus and delicious! I would definitely stay here again if I were to come to Casablanca!

The TV was hard to operate, so we weren't able to use it. But other than that, everything was exceptional.

Дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Приличный завтрак в формате шведский стол. Чисто. В номере была мини-кухня. Бутылки с водой для каждого постояльца.

Очень странная планировка ванной. Некуда повесить полотенце и халат.

Personnel, lieu et propreté au top !

Personnel accueillant, lieu très propre, du café et des sachets de thé à disposition. Une cuisine équipée avec tout le matériel nécessaires. Un petit déjeuner en buffet très bon, avec une équipe au petit soin, prête à vous préparer ce que vous souhaitez. Je recommande !

Il manquait à mon goût des tapis car le sol était très froid. Et un parking ! Sinon tout était parfait !

Quite disappointing service

Breakfast was definitely worth it.

I wasn’t so impressed with the rooms. Basic and quite ugly decoration to be honest with service wasn’t the best neither. After checking out I asked at the reception for a taxi and they said that was going to take 15 min. I told them that I’ll be waiting outside while smoking a cigarette but for (some reason?) they thought that I asked to cancel the taxi that was going to take us to the airport. We waited outside for over 25 min but they thought that we were just there to smoke… Lack of attention and basic hotel service. Really disappointed

Vriendelijk personeel en heerlijke lounge bank en een grote smart-tv. Verder waren er veel bezorgopties in de buurt.

De locatie is afgelegen in zijstraten, het bed was keihard en het ontbijt viel tegen (oud).
