I guess I will begin with saying the Front Desk People, were very responsive to issues, and VERY nice. Problem is, there were so many issues! Upon check in, no Remote for main TV. No Bathtowels. No shampoo. No Bathgel. No conditioner. No Lotion. Those issues, they fixed. They had no control over cracked Tile in Bathroom, the ADA Shower pan was cracked, from the edge, all the way to the Drain in the center. The Bedroom AC/Heat would blow cold air, no matter what you did. The supplies issue is easily solved, by checking, after the Maids service the rooms. ONE DAY, it can be fixed. Fire the Maid who doesn't do their Job,,,,,the rest will be fine, going forward.

Desk clerk gave us the wrong key cards so we couldn’t get in the room initially. He then laughed at his mistake w/o apologizing. Food at breakfast was marginal in both taste and quantity.

Checked in on the 12th to an uncleaned room. They gave us another room that had dead bugs all on the floor.. Put us in another room where the heater went out and also dead bugs. Down to 67 degrees on that night. Tried calling the front desk at like 321 am with no answer. They finally answered and stated that noone works the desk at night which was absolutely a lie. Asked to have the room vacuumed out twice but it never got done. The first night was supposed to be compensated but when i got my printout of my stay, i was billed and not compensated.. I can say that two out of the 5 people i interacted with tried to help but their efforts failed.. Very disappointed in the staff and my overall stay.

The property overall wasn’t terrible. The continental breakfast wasn’t that great and had very limited options and the room had a VERY musty/moldy smell. Parking was difficult, but the biggest issue I had was the elevator made a lot of concerning noises and seemed to be barley holding on.

I had a wonderful stay! Beds were Comfty, shower was nice, and the front desk rep was very nice and welcoming. It was a nice stay considering it was my first time in Alabama!

After booking this property on Expedia and arriving the gentleman at check in could not find our reservation. He looked for several minutes and told us we were not in their system and I would have to contact Expedia. I was able to call and talk with an agent from Expedia who found our reservation and was able to give me a confirmation number for the hotel reservation which was different than my itinerary number. I returned to the check in person and he still couldn’t find it. He then called someone else with the hotel and told them the situation and then entered our confirmation number somehow and miraculously there was our reservation all along. Obviously he did not have a clue what he was doing and what should have been a 5 minute transaction turned into a 30 minute ordeal. Now onto the room. The carpet had numerous stains all over it. It was disgusting. One of the two bedspreads also had a very noticeable brown stain on it. Again, disgusting. The bathroom door was the sliding barn style door. Somehow it was stuck and would not budge so it could not be moved or closed. The hallway smelled like somebody has been cooking spaghetti out there and you could clearly hear the people moving about in the room above us. The next morning the temperature outside was in the upper 20’s and it was cool in the room so I tried to switch the thermostat over to heat which did not work. I then tried to turn the AC up but it continued to blow cold air. The breakfast bar was lousy and late

There were personal soaps left by previous travelers left in the shower, they were on top of the soap dispensers and a bit hard to see, but there none the less. Also, would love to see some other food choices for breakfast, ie scrambled eggs, meat choice, sausage gravy, etc. Not just this location, the meal has been standard at each location we stayed at during this travel. Overall we really appreciate the welcome our dogs receive (although a bit pricey). The size of the room is wonderful and appreciate the kitchen area.

This hotel was basically like “ we want high end appliances matched with really cheap furnishings. Stick on carpet? Check. Peeling wallpaper? Check. Uneven flooring (in our room at least), Check. When we got to the room we didn’t even have a shower curtain in the bathroom. That was a first. And they wouldn’t even bring one to our room, I had to go get it from front desk It wasn’t bad, just not worth the price

The property is clean and check-in was efficient. Although the clerk asked if the credit card on file was available. What is the point of that if book in advance? She did not ask for another card, as I was not in the mood for it. The room was ready and clean. It did not have dishwashing detergent and there was only one drying towel. There are charging stations for cars and the location is across from a shopping area. So overall, a good value if you need to stay in this suburb of Montgomery.

We use Home2Suites all the time & this location was not up to the standard that we usually see. Wallpaper was pulling off the bathroom walls, towels were dingy/stained, hair in drain (when we checked in). Otherwise fine.

Amazing stay! Comfy bed and best blankets/pillows ever! The staff was INCREDIBLE! Shout out to Beverly and her bubbly personality! I live local so it’s not often I need a hotel but I will recommend to all our fellow incoming military families who often need somewhere to stay!

It wasn't bad, we had only 2pillows on a king when we called ask for more they were out, we also had dirty towels in our room folded up with the clean towels, dishes where running in dishwasher when we walk in, room smelled like cigarette smoke,

Orbitz overbooked the rooms were were told. The room we reserved was not available. We specifically booked a room that had a king bed in the bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living/kitchen area. We were given a room with two queens all in one room.

Loved this property. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Big rooms, space for everyone. Nice kitchen. Great break in our cross-country trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Our rooms were not ready when we arrived at 4:30PM and we were asked to leave and come back. 4 hours later we returned nd the room was still not ready and when we finally got in our room it was not clean. The pool was green and smelled terrible. Not enough breakfast for everyone the next morning. Terrible experience.

The cleanliness of our room was disappointing. The couch was stained really bad to the point my kids didn’t even want to sleep on it. The breakfast was nothing but frozen processed items you had to warm up in the microwave.
