Grandiose Aussicht - that's it - Rest mangelhaft

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des „horseshoe fall“ und bietet vom Zimmer aus eine wunderschöne Aussicht (Fallsview und Etage 10 oder höher empfohlen). Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, aber nichts Besonderes. Die Gepäck Jungs sind grandios!

Das Zimmer war leider nicht gut gereinigt. (Dreck von den Gästen davor war im Zimmer!) Es gibt keinen Safe im Zimmer. Ausserdem wurden uns beim Check in falsche Versprechungen gemacht: wir wurden gefragt, ob wir gerne ein Zimmer mit Jaccuzzi hätten, was wir überrascht bejahten. Später im Zimmer mussten wir aber feststellen, dass das Zimmer doch kein Jaccuzzi hatte. Wir haben das später an der Rezeption nochmals erwähnt und es wurde 'notiert'. Wir haben nie wieder etwas darüber gehört. Schlechtes Erwartungs-Management vom Personal! Ausserdem kamen mitten in der Nacht sehr laute, betrunkene Zimmer Nachbarn nach Hause und haben im Nebenzimmer lange Lärm gemacht. Ein Klopfen gegen die Wand hat dies leider nur noch mehr verstärkt. Vermutlich würde es Sinn machen, wenn ein Security in der Nacht regelmässig auf den Etagen kurz eine Runde dreht. Kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Direttamente sulle cascate!!!!

La miglior posizione difronte le cascate!!! Se volete il top alloggiate qui!!! Colazione di ottimo livello!! Anche la sala colazione ed il ristorante sono a vista cascate!!!!

Il self parking e la troppa distanza del parcheggio dall’hotel visto che comunque si Stra paga… Nessuno ci ha portato i bagagli….

Decent room, great view, mediocre staff

The hotel had a decent view of the falls and was fairly close to a majority of the attractions close to the falls including clifton hill, etc.

Staying here for an anniversary, hotel staff said we were being upgraded to another room subject to availability and left a note for us at the front desk. When we checked in and mentioned said note, the male staff ignored what I mentioned and proceeded to book us anyways in addition to charging us extra without any mention of additional charges. I inquired and mentioned the room, but they said they were out of rooms even though there were listings that night for rooms available on both booking and the marriott website. Luckily, I was able to correct the charges and get that sorted, but wished they didn't get our hopes up by mentioning something and then lying about it because of incompetence.

Magnificent

The location is the BEST!! It was clean, well ran, the staff is exceptional and the restaurant Morton’s in the best food I think we have ever had.

I cannot find any issues.

Parking place need to make some better sign, there are 3 near you, the nearest one is other hotel's parking place, 2nd nearest is for another Marriott, so not easy to find a correct one.

The room, mattress, pillows awesome. Staff and restaurant were wonderful, location great. Would definitely stay again!

The air conditioning did not work but staff brought us a fan, I do have MS so it was not very comfortable in our room. When bellman picked our luggage this morning he even wow is it hot in here.

Horrible

Our room was very noisy and the service was unacceptable. The sewage system beneath the air conditioning control panel made constant noise throughout the night and never stopped. Furthermore, our room was not cleaned once during our four day stay. When we requested for our room to be tidied, all the housekeepers did was place a pile of bed sheets and towels in our room. When we asked the front desk why our rooms were not tidied they replied that they only had one housekeeper working. After arguing for a while they eventually said they would get a housekeeper to tidy our room, and it turns out they had two housekeepers avaliable to tidy our room? On our last day, everybody got sick since we couldn’t sleep at all.

Le parking qui est beaucoup trop cher 150$je trouve que c’est du vol et il on pris 2 retrait de 75$ sur notre carte de crédit et il on jamais pus répondre le pourquoi.la chambre était 850$ et à notre retour on c’est rendu contre qui on pris 100$ de plus mais pour le reste c’était super la vue de la chambre sur les chute c’est WoW et très confortable et assez grande

Terrible

Terrible hotel, terrible staff. They did not care about us. We paid $1500 from debit card for two nights, but when asked for room service to bring up a teabag or a bottle of water, it took 3 hours and 5 times phone follow up. Even for ordering food, they went with a pos machine at door, as if I'm going to steal from them. Wasted my money. Never come back to this place.

An amazing comfortable facility with great staff, views and close to all attractions

Our room was superb, an amazing view, comfy bed and, lovely whirlpool spa in the room. The very friendly and thoughtful staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping made our weekend wonderful.

Nothing really, the only drawback is maybe the self-parking, but not a huge inconvenience or game changer.

The scenic view

The TV doesn’t have wifi connected and the broken coffee maker Moreover, I already pre-book and prepaid all the amount. But then again they charged me two times which upon asking they don’t have accurate answer. No other hotel does like this. Not expected from such a good reputed hotel.

Super séjour avec une vue imprenable sur les chutes

Emplacement, personnel agréable, propre. Le petit déjeuner en chambre un vrai bonheur avec une vue topissime sur les chutes. Nous étions au 19eme. Vue idyllique

Nice stay after initial hiccups. Booking.com did not pass our msg to the hotel.

Hotel itself is very nice. Nice clean rooms, professional staff. Location is great with view of the falls.

We had messaged the hotel that we will check in late since our flight was arriving at 1:30am. The message was not passed to the hotel by Booking.com. so our room was cancelled. Staff was able to get us another room though at a lower level.

Every little thing is an additional cost. The parking options could use some work. Valet is high. self parking still cost too much per night and it’s about a 4 minute walk from the hotel.

Whilst the property has decent amenities the issues with the room really created a challenge to enjoying the stay.

Great view from the room, breakfast included was good and spa had good amenities. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to try to make up for some of the shortcomings of our stay.

Initial room was very warm and we had to insist to get moved to another room after a number of hours of this condition. Also the shower kept moving from hot to cold water randomly.

Paid extra for falls view and was money well spent. Closest hotel to the falls

Parking. $65 for valet per night or $35 for self park per night. They park in same lot a half block away. Why would I pay for valet? Front desk could explain room charges and meal options better.

Perfect and romantic. A perfect place to have a birthday!

Upon arrival we were given a free up graded room with the superior falls view! The staff was exceptionally friendly. The food was amazing!
