Great location and parking and staff. Room was clean. Jacuzzi tub was great after a lot of walking.
The facilities and room need updating. More choices for breakfast and recyclable flatware and dishes, plates etc.

The room is clean and has a view of Clifton Hill establishments such as the Casino Niagara and the entertainment area. It is only few minutes walk to the event I was attending.
The breakfast is as expected with eggs, meat patty, cereals, bread and drinks.
The lady at the reception was very kind to check us in the morning, much earlier than the check-in time.
It would be better if the TV shows local channels, at least with news channel for weather update.

Friendly staff, great location. Facilities and rooms were a bit dated, but that's to be expected of an old hotel. Having said that, everything was in great condition.
Not a big deal, but using disposable plates and utensils for the breakfast wasn't so great.

I liked that the rooms could all be booked close to each other and that one of the rooms was adjoining so the family could hang out together. Location was also good. Beds where dated and a little hard but the bedding was very nice.
Once checked in, there was no staff to be seen anywhere. The breakfast was terrible. Worst coffee ever and out of 4 toasters, only 1 worked so we waited about 20 min. to toast stale bread. Advertised a hot breakfast which was egg & sausage patties that were awful. Just breads and jam available. The hot tub was caution taped off. Our room was dirty and there was still hair in the tub.

We liked that the rooms booked were across from each other and that 2 of the room were adjoining. Made it convenient for hanging out with the family.
After checking in, there was no staff to be seen anywhere, even at check out the next day; oh, there was one poor cleaning lady in the main lobby area that did not speak much English so she couldn’t answer my question about checking out. The rooms were not very clean, very old and dated and there was a musty, damp smell in the hallways. Beds were descent but the mattress was well worn. The hotel included a hot breakfast that really was awful. Just stale breads, something representing sausage and egg Patties. Worst coffee I have ever had at a hotel. Out of 4 toasters, only 1 worked so waited 20 min. to toast my bagel. Ended up going out for brunch. The pool was cloudy and the hot tub was closed with caution tape around it. I was trying this hotel because it was close to Clifton hill but sadly, I won’t be back and won’t be recommending it to anyone.😔

The hotel is situated in a very good location, very close to the Falls and attractions. Restaurants and different dinning options are vey close as well.
The main area and the hotel lobby is very beautiful, retro style. Very nice atmosphere inside.
The room was quite clean, the beds were comfy enough.
The breakfast was decent, all you need for it.
Due tot the fact that the hotel is close to the falls, the room was quite humid.

Mattresses need to be replaced in the 5th floor area. We almost called down to change rooms due to water issues. Plumber hooked up hot & cold water line in shower backwards. If you want hot water you need to set it on cold.

Breakfast was hot and good
Kids hockey teams in hotel. Kids running all over and using the elevator as a toy. Quite annoying.

Breakfast would have been better as continental style. The eggs and sausage were poor.
New chair in room. Better quality breakfast

The breakfast was horrible, only ate at the the first day. But the location was good, walkable to many attractions.
The hotel was run down and in need of a total makeover. The bed was comfortable.

The location is within walking distance to everything. We bought an Adventure Pass which included 2 days on the WEGO. We took the WEGO back to the hotel after a long day of walking.
The breakfast buffet was not much at all. Basically cereal, bread, English muffins, bagels. And sausage patties and eggs shaped like patties. I was disappointed and would have at least expected yogurt and bananas and/or apples. Or even prepackaged muffins

Nice staff. Great breakfast and free parking. Good location
Hallway smelled musty Bedspread had a stain on it. Carpet in room was bumpy. Weedy garden. Hotel needs some tlc.
