****room was fine and clean- perfect ****breakfast was OK,

****but while we requested to make egg+onion+green chili+salt mixed & fry, kitchen staff told its will be extra charges. which we also enjoyed at hotel in Dubai free of costs. no extras. ****not English teabag available with biscuit

Hôtel bien placé avec des chambre, suite très agréables

Manque d'endroit convivial dans l'hôtel, le rooftop fermé par de bar dommage pour un hotel de ce standing. Le prix indiqué n'est pas le prix payé problème de conversion entre booking et l'hôtel +8%.

Le personnel, le pt déjeuner décevants, Trop de bruits, chambre trop petit pour 4 personnes, le personnel sur la resserve, tv pas de sons alors que il est mis sur volume 25/, En tous cas plus comme avant !

Una piacevole sorpresa

Praticamente tutto, mini bilocali forniti di tutto, doppio mega TV angolo cucina con piastra induzione, macchina caffè con cialde, grande doccia, bidet, … Camere molto pulite, come le aree comuni. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Hotel in guter Lage

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Ein sehr schöner Blick auf die Moschee Hassan II. Die Dachterrasse bot auch einen schönen Blick beim Sonnenuntergang. Gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge. Das Frühstück bot eine gute Auswahl.

Die Balkontür lies sich nicht verschließen. Es war durch den Verkehr und durch eine Lüftung die wohl oberhalb des Balkons endete, etwas lauter. Durch die Lüftung hatte man auch den Geruch einer Küche in der Nase, wenn man sich auf dem Balkon aufgehalten hat. Die Aufzüge sind etwas langsam. Mein Fahrrad konnte nur in einem (abgesperrten) Bereich hinter dem Hotel angekettet werden. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück hat den Namen Kaffee nicht verdient.

Midsize luxury Hotel with a view of the park and Hassan 2 Mosque in the background! I had a superior room with balcony. Real arabic 1001 night feeling Staff excellent , clean superbe. Walking to Sacré-Cœur and Mohammed 5 square. Tram 150m Looking forward to returning here again

Little far 3km walk to touristic sights like Medina and Hassan2 But the view makes up for it

Excellent stay in Casablanca

We are satisfied with our stay at Casa Diamond. The staff members are very kind and helpful, and the facilities meet 5-star standards. The cleanliness is commendable, and the breakfast offers an excellent array of choices.

The blanket on the sofa bed is somewhat thin. Fortunately, Casablanca remains warm even in January.

اكثر ما اعجبني المنظر الرائع في سطح الفندق و الراحة المتوفرة فيه .

اثناء وجبة الإفطار تسمع العاملين بالفندق يتذمرون من طلبات زبناء آخرين و تذمرهم منها و مجرد سماع ذلك يجعلك متضايق و يجعلك تفضل ان تفطر في مكان آخر تحس فيه بحسن الضيافة و حب خدمتك من طرف العاملين و يعطيك طاقة إيجابية في صباح يوم تترقب فيه مزيدا من الراحة

Good stay, thank you!

Spacious and nice room,good level of cleanliness, great water pressure, relatively good breakfast ( staff needs a bit more training), kind housekeeping staff, friendly and professional reception staff- we had to extend our stay for one night and was done stress free. It is a good hotel, not sure the five stars rating is deserved, though, but every single of these reviews are in the end, subjective. After staying at a few different hotels in the country, all varying stars and classifications, I can say that this one is not memorable, but it did the minimum well. There is potential and room to improve, so hopefully they will do just that and not settle for being ‘just enough’. However, if I comeback to Casablanca, will use it again.

Very thin walls - noise from the room next to ours as well as the outside traffic came through; we chose the place after reading other reviews about this, so was expecting it.

Decepcionante para un "5 estrellas"

El desayuno es el típico marroquí, pero algunos de los productos eran del día anterior, no se podían comer, y tuvimos que quejarnos ante una empleada. La habitación muy cómoda, aunque el servicio de TV por cable sólo tiene canales locales o en francés, muy aburrido. La ubicación es buena, aunque si uno camina dos cuadras para ir a comer algo es muy oscura y genera sensación de inseguridad.

Hicimos el check in a las 14:00 aproximadamente. Al entrar a la habitación notamos que el pasillo cercano al baño estaba sucio, como si hubieran estado haciendo algún arreglo o reparación. Comenzamos a desempacar y de repente abrieron la puerta de la habitación sin tocar ni previo aviso. Eran dos personas de recepción y una de housekeeping. Esta es una falta gravísima para un hotel que se dice ser cinco estrellas, y nunca recibimos una disculpa formal u ofrecimiento de compensación por parte de algún supervisor o manager. La atención del personal de recepción no fue la esperada. Al momento de realizar el check out no nos consultaron cómo había sido nuestra estadía en el hotel, sino que parecían desesperadas por cobrar el impuesto municipal pendiente. Dejaron a entender que era lo único importante, cobrarle al cliente y no saber el grado de satisfacción del mismo. Asimismo, pedimos un taxi a la estación de tren, requiriendo específicamente que el conductor utilice el taxímetro (sino uno es estafado en casi todas las ciudades importantes del país), a lo cual entendieron, pero el taxista que nos enviaron no sólo no utilizó el taxímetro, sino que tras reiterados pedidos tampoco lo hizo. Por último, el señor que ayuda con las maletas en la recepción, es una de las típicas personas charlatanas desesperada por una propina, no nos gustó en absoluto. En suma, esperábamos muchísimo más de un hotel con una supuesta categoría de cinco estrellas, no quedamos conformes.

Amazing value for money and one of the best

Everything was perfect This is as good as the top hotels like Sofitel, Hilton etc but at the fraction of the price room was super clean beds very comfy. Cannot fault anything. Great value for money.

The staff was very helpful.

The hotel was not clean. They are making an effort to clean. However, this is not being done correctly. I was put into a room that still had a dirty ring around the bath.😱 the shower was non-existent. It literally was droplets. Those shower heads need to be replaced. It is also very noisy. I was given 2 towels when i asked, i was told only 2 in the room, we shower twice a day!!Thankfully, I only booked 1 night. I will not book there again.

SCAM HOTEL!!!!! it is day light robbery! when people checked out , they end up with enourmous another bill! i recommend to think twice in order to get booking with this hotel! they leave some items such as water, different consumable etc in room! then they will charge you 20 times at the price in high street! Very bad service! Please think twice about booking with this Hotel! i give him Dimond for scamming people! Don't trust Review on their website!!!!!! Please Be aware of scamming people in this way!
