Great hotel in a great location

The staff was super friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was clean, neat, and very maintain. We absolutely loved the breakfast that was offered during our stay. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

Bad stay.

first the key pad to our room didn’t work. We

First, the keypad to our room didn’t work. We had to go back to the desk 4 times to get it fixed. They eventually had to replace the batteries in it. Second, the metal pieces in the room had rust spots on them. You could tell the room holds a lot of moisture. We also could tell that the curtains in the room had been exposed to a lot of moisture. The sheets on the bed weren’t a issue but they were not as clean as we are use too when I stay at an hotel. The recliner had stains all over it. The bathroom was definitely not the cleanest. The shower had stains on the he sealant around the tub, the bottom of the toilet had a rust stain, and the bottom of the mirror you could tell had been exposed to alot of moisture. The tub drain didn’t work so we were not able to take a shower because we didn’t want to stand in dirty water.

No ice in the ice machines, both bathroom tissue holders in our room were broken, the shower head was almost non-functioning.

Price go dow $10 and take cash for those who don’t have credit card. I was with an elderly who didn’t have credit card so I ended up having to pay for her room.

This was an excellent hotel, Clean, comfortable and enjoyed the breakfast options!

Stayed at other locations in Dothan, AL, TownPlace Suite was by far the best stay while traveling through on way to Florida. Clean, comfortable, and enjoyed the hot breakfast options before getting back on the road.

There was nothing that we didn't like in the facility, room, or staff. Highly recommend this location.

A great oasis that accepts pets but still near everything

They accept pets and there was lots of grass to walk on. It’s off the main road a bit and in a quiet area.

The air conditioner worked very goo & the bed was very comfortable

A bulb blew in our floor lamp. I took the blown bulb to the front desk to get a replacement bulb. We never got a bulb.

Great stay on our way to Disney

We stayed one night on our way to Disney. The hotel was clean and the room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
