Resepsiyona ne zaman ulaşmak istesek ulaşabildik. Başlangıçta bir depozito alıyorlar çıkıştı sorunsuz geri verdiler. Odamız ana binaya uzaktı mecburen shuttle kullandık. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü ve bahşiş isteyip insanı daralmıyorlar. Mısırda en çok şikayetçi olabileceğimiz bir konu olduğu için bu bakımdan gayet iyiydi.
Ana binaya fazla uzaktı. Odalar daha temiz olabilirdi. Pek içimize sinmedi. Yatağa geçirdikleri çarşaf yarımdı anlamsız bir şekilde, saç kurutma makinesi çalışmadı. Yemek dahil almamıştık bu yüzden yemekler hakkında yorum yapamıyorum.

If you go to Egypt, bring only USD in CASH with you. DO NOT BRING EUR / GBP / do not try to pay with card, it is worth to change at home at a bureaux de change. YOU ARE FORBIDDEN TO PAY ACCOMODATION IN EGP BY THE LAW!! Change a little USD to EGP cash, but try to pay everything in USD CASH (official rate in the bank 33, real rate 52 in early 2024), 1EUR=1USD there. We have received an immediate free room upgrade as they claimed, that the original room had problems with the toilet. The food was really delicious, very high variety and all were good. Coctails were also good. The pool was very clean (the large one was not heated). There were 3 huge tvs in the rooms, we have received 5 beds instead of 3 (4). The beach was at another hotel (JAZ FAYROUZ), 5-6 minutes walk from the reception across the street. Egypt is very safe for tourists, army checkpoints with light armored tanks are everywhere. There are 2x6 lanes on streets full of bumpers, where drivers must drive with max 2-3 km/h. Staff members are very friendly and help in every matter, even outside their responsibilities, don't hesitate to ask them (for) anything. There were a lot of amenities (Shampoo, shower gel), unfortunately not economically friendly (in small packages). Beds were comfortable, especially the double bed. We had a very large Samsung fridge+freezer, filled up with plenty of 1,5 liter water bottles for free - liked it pretty much. There was an ironing board and iron in the room - also not a common thing. IF YOU ORDER EXCURSIONS FROM A 3RD PARTY, DO NOT WRITE THE NAME OF THE HOTEL, BUT JAZ DREAMS, AS IT HAS THE SAME RECEPTION BUILDING AND THEY MIGHT MIX UP WITH ANOTHER HOTEL.
We have paid for 2 bedrooms and received a giant apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 showers / toilets, a very large living room and kitchen, 1 gigantic balcony looking at the pool and a smaller balcony on the other side, at least 100 m2. Unfortunately insulation on the roof was not perfect and numerous pigeons lived there, which loved the pool as well. We could not use one of the rooms and a shower, as we did not really like the odor of guano. There was no internet in the rooms but internet was really good in the lobby. Our rooms was far away from the reception, but instead of using the free shuttle service (08:00-23:00), we walked for having sport. On the first and second day there was no cleaning, and our room looked like as it was cleaned 4-5 months ago. From the 3rd day, there was a really good cleaning.

Il resort viene descritto come un resort 5 stelle ma una volta arrivati in struttura ti rendi conto che non le vale assolutamente. La pulizia per questa struttura è un optional quando dovrebbe essere la base. Polvere ovunque, pipi in prossimità del wc, peli pubici nelle lenzuola, macchie di eiaculazioni sui divani, cucina in condizioni minime igienico sanitarie, doccia e lavabo sporchi.. potrei continuare all'infinito. Per quanto riguarda lo staff la maggior parte assolutamente scortese soprattutto zona reception e ristorante. Sulla sicurezza la camera è minima in quanto presenta pavimentazione danneggiata con crepe anche abbastanza pericolose e serrature degli infissi rotte. Per quanto riguarda il cibo il ristorante presenta sempre le stesse pietanze, a volte per lo più molto scadenti e ripetitive. La spiaggia e la piscina unica cosa minima positiva del resort se non fosse per le sdraio vetuste e danneggiate. Servizio navetta bocciato e dopo le ore 23:00 non è più garantito e quindi si è costretti a fare quasi 1km a piedi. Da evidenziare anche i lavori in corso durante l'orario di pranzo senza rispettare minimamente nessuna regola di buon senso riempendoti di polvere e con i trapani che la mattina alle 8 ti iniziano a dare il buongiorno anche se non voluto. Servizio pulizie in camera totalmente assente. Vacanza assolutamente rovinata da questa struttura che a mio parere non è assolutamente paragonabile ad un resort 5 stelle.

I was positively impressed by the spaciousness of the accommodation, consisting of tow bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and three bathrooms. The food was good, and I appreciated the complimentary resort-wide delivery service, making transportation more convenient. The staff were fantastic, friendly.
Unfortunately, the building was quite old, and only two out of the three bathrooms were usable, which was not satisfactory. The kitchen facilities were outdated, and there were no specific cleaning tools for quick post-shower cleanup or using cups for coffee, impacting the overall stay. The location was a bit far from the restaurant and beach, but the free resort delivery service partially compensated for this.

Ho soggiornato per 5 giorni presso questo resort con una mia amica e devo dire che dalle recensioni che avevamo letto eravamo molto molto preoccupate. Invece è stata una gran bella sorpresa, la struttura è grandissima e tenuta molto bene, ci sono piscine per ogni complesso di casette e poi ce n’è una principale appena fuori dalla sala ristorante.Sharm dreams vacation club fa parte del resort madre che si chiama ‘Sharm dreams resort’. La camera era molto bella e spaziosa e ogni giorno ci facevano il letto e ci facevano delle decorazioni con gli asciugamani e i fiori. La pulizia non delle migliori ma comunque buona. I pasti sono tutti a buffet (cibo internazionale) e la scelta è vastissima, quindi qualcosa di buono da mangiare lo si trova sempre. Dolcetti buonissimi! Il personale è carinissimo, gentile e sempre sorridente. Il giorno del check-out vi fanno lasciare i bagagli in una stanza custodita senza dover pagare. Consiglio!
Da migliorare: il Wi-Fi prende solo nella hall, nella sala ristorante e nella zona piscina. Consiglio di fare la sim in aeroporto (che è super economica) se soggiornerete in questo resort.
Il servizio navetta è un po’ lento, quindi si fa prima ad andare a piedi.

There is a 7min walk from the rooms to reception but that was no big deal, plus you have free on-demand shuttle buses that can take you there if you're super lazy to walk =D

Довольно разнообразная еда. Хорошего качества. Всегда было из чего выбрать. Конечно если-бы фруктов было побольше - было бы еще лучше.
В нашем номере горничный в одном случае сделал из полотенец сердце, в другом случае лебедя и все в цветах красиво украшено. Для жены особенно это был большой восторг. Правда перед этим мы пару раз ему чаевых дали по 1 евро :) Но все-же приятно было увидеть такое творчество.
Когда нужно было решить любой вопрос - ответственные за размещение быстро реагировали и помогали. За что им большое спасибо!
Хотя отель на второй линии, но у них договоренность с отелем на первой линии Fayrouz Resort об использовании пляжа совместно. До моря от рецепции пешком идти 5-10 мин. через этот отель. Но там реально красивый коралловый риф с разнообразием морских обитателей.
Не всегда помогала таблетка от комаров, особенно в одну ночь :( хотя персонал отеля постоянно борется с этими существами, как и во многих отелях это делается.

Temizlik çok kötüydü. Havuzlar yeterince temizlenmiyordu. Internet sadece lobby’de mevcuttu, odalardan kullanılmıyordu. Lobby’ye aşırı uzaktı odalar, shuttle kullanmadan 10 dk yürüme mesafesi mevcut.

Multiple pools making them an easy walk to from the room. Room was nice, large and comfortable.
The room was dirty, the all inclusive buffet is part of another hotel and the aqua park isn’t actually part of the hotel like the description reads but near the hotel. 5r aqua park was the main reason we took this hotel but we quickly realized many hotels offer free access to the park. The staff was rude and made several sexual advances on my 14 year old sister in law. Almost everything the hotel offers is actually part of a different hotel you have access to (health center, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment). It doesn’t even have its own reception. You have to check in at it’s sister hotel.

Менджер просто гад,а не человек издевался как мог паразит,желаю ему всего самого плохого. Мы выехали в тот же вечер.

The most thing i like is that it’s a pet allowed property , and they have a nice beach in Al Fayrouz resort
This was one of my favourite places in Sharm, however the recent visits each of them is worse than the other.
It seems that they are totally not prepared that they have guests for check in!
We received the suite having the 3 air conditions not working, the Fridge not working and the 2 bathroom sinks have problems ! 1 of them has no water at all and the other is blocked!
We stayed in those problems till 3 am which is vey very bad experience !
The next day room service kept us without towels till 7 pm i can’t imagine a service worse than this !!
Another note is that i used to say that this hotel has the best food i ever tried in a hotel, but this time even the quality of food is turning to be less , repeating same types as if we are eating the remaining food of the days before !
I was talking with Mr. IHAB who works in the reception, complaining and telling that we lost the whole night of first day he even didn’t apologise or handled our anger ! He has the WORST ATTITUDE i ever saw in a receptionist or any guest facing job ! On the other side i want to thank Mr. Mohamed (receptionist) also for his nice respectful attitude , he tried to handle our anger and to contain the situation , apologised for the bad experience we faced.
Need to mention also that they left us with 1 remote control for the 3 airconditions, despite we requested everyday to provide us additional remote controls as we cannot use 1 remote for all the ACs and they ignored our request!

the room wasn’t clean and had a bad smell even after cleaning, the air condition was broken and weather was unbearable, the aqua park didn’t serve snacks even though we had an all inclusive.

Hello, my experience staying at your hotel was particularly bad, many malfunctions throughout the stay, an unmaintained room, many broken products and great sadness. First, there was a blockage in the shower at the drain opening and all the water flooded the room and I had to scoop out the water already on the first day of my vacation. After that, the shower faucet broke due to wear and tear and it was not possible to shower until the malfunction was repaired. which was fixed after a long time. Even after the repair of the shower handle, it was repaired in an amateurish way with a screw that stands out and is dangerous for children! Also, repeated failures with the front door and keys. Also, the hot water pipe of the kitchen sink faucet suddenly disconnected and all my rooms were once again flooded with water. I had to make a temporary solution of tying the hose while it forcefully squirts very hot boiling water. As a result, I got burns on my hands and my electric hair clipper got damaged in the water! I also asked for a crib for a child, I got a broken and swinging crib without bars and there are large gaps that allow a baby's head to pass through easily! And the child falls out of the crib, literally in danger! Also, despite my repeated requests, I did not receive a mattress for the baby's bed, I had to put a chair cover instead of a proper mattress! In addition to my repeated requests to tidy up the room or get an extra blanket and towel remained unanswered after a promise that the service would be received soon. What I asked for did not arrive, a complete disappointment from the desire to receive a refund. Thanks!

I usually go to this hotel in Sharm, i will always appreciate that they have pets allowed policy, which is from the beginning my main reason to go there.
As usual they have the Best Chefs so the food their is the super, not comparable with any other hotel. Location is perfect, we liked the beach, the evening activities (ping pong & billiard) and the aqua park.
This is the first time to have any negative comment for this hotel, i had i bad experience with my room, since we arrived later than the check in time by 3 hours already, and the room wasn’t clean - it wasn’t made up after the previous guests left it, as we found ( the sofa not clean, the bathroom, the floor, the fridge contains remaining food and drinks from the previous guests) so this was really disgusting. And we called the room service to come and sort this out - and it took them more than 1 hour and half to come to us ! Which is very provocative while we are just coming from long way, and found our room not clean! After many calls and follow ups the reception guy offered us late check out as an apology and compensation to the hours we are waiting the room to be cleaned.
During the stay, we needed to contact the room service MANY TIMES for normal things that they miss, like the number of towels in the room based on our number as guests! They didn’t put shower gel and conditioner! And every request takes many calls and follow ups to be done !
Honestly speaking i never faced such experience before with this hotel. And to wrap it up the problem was just related to the room service only and needed more speed actions from the reception
