Definitely worth a holiday (try to go during low season)

beach: the high point of the holiday. It is very easy to do snorkeling at the beach and see all king of marine life on the reef. I strongly recommend scuba diving too. Bar service at the beach was excellent. food: we liked the buffet, a mixture of Mediterranean dishes, lots of different options, plenty of vegetables room: very quiet aquapark: not very big, but plenty enough to keep my 10yo daughter busy for a couple of afternoon. There is also a part for smaller kids with smaller slides staff: super friendly and helpful other: the landscaping and gardening is very well done, it very pleasant to walk around the resort just to admire the plants

I have the impression that in high season, when the resort if fully booked, it would be a big issue to find a spot a the beach (which is small compared to the size of the resort, which is massive), and the bars and restaurants will be overflowing with people. Probably this is the reason why they have so many swimming pools spread throughout the resort, and that they serve food and drinks 24/7 in one form or another. But we went in low season (april) and we had zero problems: there were always places available at the beach at any time of the day, and we always found plenty of seats and a quick service at bars and restaurants at any hour.

Siamo tornati al Sentido per la quinta volta e abbiamo trovato una struttura che cerca sempre di mantenere alti standard qualitativi, un resort elegante e raffinato, con ampie piscine (alcune riscaldate) e una spiaggia privata con reef meraviglioso. Un sentito ringraziamento a Mohamed, lifeguard della spiaggia del Sentido che cura ogni dettaglio dalla pulizia alla gestione in modo eccellente, sempre con modi garbati ed un sorriso accogliente. In generale il personale è preparato, gentile e disponibile: ringraziamo anche Viviana per le preziose informazioni ed il supporto logistico. Tra i ristoranti segnaliamo il MO’S per i soli clienti del Sentido, ampia varietà delle portate di ottima qualità e con un’attenzione continua affinché tutto sia ordinato e pulito, altro punto di riferimento la Citadel, buffet ristorante con una vista mare mozzafiato. Si può scendere in spiaggia facendo una piacevole e breve passeggiata divertendosi guardando le sculture delle siepi oppure servirsi del comodo bus navetta. Ci siamo divertiti anche nel grande parco acquatico e tonificati nella ben attrezzata palestra che tra l'altro permette una piacevole vista sul resort. Tutti i servizi sono curati e anche la rete wi-fi è veloce e presente in quasi tutta la struttura. Si parte con la speranza di tornarci presto.

Sitio ideal para desconectar

Todo Tenía una playa de arena y además una pasarela hasta un arrecife de coral donde se podía hacer snorkel. Tenía una piscina con toboganes que estaba muy bien Las comidas muy variadas y completas y con mucha variedad de restaurantes para poder ir , incluso había uno al lado de la playa con vistas al mar

Por decir algo la iluminación de las habitaciones era un poco pobre.

Otele gelis saatimiz ucak saatlerinden dolayi anlamsiz bir saatti (gece yarisi 02.30) ve normalde 14.00 da odaya gecmemiz gerekirken bizi lobide birkac saat cok keyifli bir sekilde agirlayan ve sonra hizlica odamiza alan harika insanlara ayrica cok cok tesekkurler. Tiyatronun arkasındaki kiralık dükkan işletmecilerinin bazıları, özellikle eczanenin yanındaki hediyelik dükkan işletmecisi çok kaba bir insan. Böyle bir otele yakışmıyor.

Wonderful! Would definitely go back!

everything and everyone were wonderful! the beach and the coral reef are amazing! the room was clean and comfortable. the staff always super helpful with anything. food was also amazing, with a lot of choice everyday. the different restaurants are great and we loved the Indian one! animation was also great, we definitely enjoyed the animation team and the different excursions!

the rooms were too dark for my liking, but not a huge problem. also, some of the facilities like the jacuzzis are not well kept and could use some work. also, there are basically zero directions around the resort so that can make it difficult to orient. I would suggest adding a few signs.

We were expecting less and came away wanting to return very soon!

We loved the access to the beach, how clean everything was, the number of options for us to do different things and how well we were treated by the staff.

Beautiful resort, service was the best we ever experienced, food fabulous, very clean

The complex of Reef Oasis is fabulous,we stayed at the Sentido section, stunning gardens,Coral Reefs on beach amazing, food was beautiful, service was best we have experienced to be very honest , stayed at reef oasis sentido. Samy and Mohamed at Sentido beach area gave us literally 5 Star plus service for 10 days, the beach is spotless clean thanks to the guys. Gillian from Sentido team really looked after us which we were very grateful for and appreciate. The Reef Oasis complex is the best resort we have experienced for the above reasons, we highly recommend it. We were a family of 3x from Ireland and will return in October again for 10 days. Thank you

A very decent hotel. Everything was great, nothing to complain. Due to border force strikes had to come home 2 days earlier. Hotel made refund for these days. Very helpful and honest staff.

Convenient, comfortable & easy stay.

Fully enclosed so perfect for children. We spent mornings at the water park & afternoons on the beach. Kids were able to play in sea and snorkel.

Excellent Resort in Sharm el Sheikh

Excellent resort in Sharm el Sheikh. The resort has several pools including a heated pool outdoors which my family enjoyed the most. The staff are friendly and provided us with great service. This huge resort provides the guests with a shuttle bus to take guests to different parts of the resort including the beach. There are couple of restaurants on offer in the all inclusive package so guests can have a choice of different cuisines. Rooms are spacious and clean. I will definitely recommend this resort to guests with family. Thank you Sentido for your hospitality and will come here again if we return to Sharm el Sheikh.

I would like the hotel to provide a variety of excursions/activities. We booked all our excursions at a local excursion shop (10 minutes walk outside the hotel). The main buffet restaurant Mo's had a good selection of lunch and dinner. However breakfast menu was the same everyday.

Excellent family vacation and we're already planning to return in a few months!

Everything was lovely and met expectations for a positive family vacation. The food was good, some dishes even great, my kids enjoyed roaming freely to the pool and water park, we appreciated the shuttle to the beach (even though it is within walking distance), hot showers, clean and comfortable facilities, etc. But the highlight is really the staff - they are exceptional and did a great job of attending us without hovering. The service made the vacation truly wonderful.

The red wine was served chilled repeatedly instead of at room temperature. After 2-3 times of receiving cold red wine, I switched to white wine. The staff explained that the wine comes out of a machine and the temperature could not be changed. I also noticed that the 3 jacuzzis next to the beach were cold the 2 days I tried to go, but I forgot to mention it to the staff.

Food and personal are the best part of this hotel. The quality and variety of food, super fancy buffet restaurant with white covered table cloth. the service of the staff is outstanding, which is not the case in other hotels in Egypt. Sea is perfect for snorkeling with kids, shallow sandy entrance and live reefs few meters away. Animator for kids is very nice girl engaging every kid into the games.

the animation team for Russian community is not active led by a couple of inexperienced girls, comparing to Italian animation team arranging interesting activities for big groups.

The staff were very friendly, not intrusive, very kind to our little dinosaurs. Beach is optimal, sandy, and with short pontoon to realy nice reef with lot of corrals and fishes. Room very nice, doors could be more sound insulating. Food is good, all our family remained healty. Cleanlines is perfect, resort is very well maintained. Gardens everywhere, top maintained. Some pools are heated to comfortable 30deg.C. Aquapark water bit cold, but our children enjoyed numerous water slides. Sea temperature end November/early December was nice, around 26deg.C. Stay was very nice, would love to come again.

After dark, there were mosquitos - not realy problem of the resort. Sound insulation of room doors could be better.
