Madeira Bay Resort #506 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with two private balconies. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom also has a king size bed. Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Condo is very spacious and features a Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. Tile and wood laminate flooring throughout. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. This condo IS PET FRIENDLY with restrictions ($150 non refundable pet fee). One parking pass provided. Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

The condo met our needs perfectly. The location was great, and we enjoyed short walks to restaurants & and shopping. The check-in process was quick & easy & the staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. The condo was very clean and all the linens smelled just-washed fresh. 1 minor inaccuracy in the listing had us expecting a twin pull-out sofa in the 2nd bedroom. Instead there was a roll-away bed in the large closet in the master bedroom, so all was well, it just took us a minute to figure it out. We loved the place and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our overall experience was great. The condo met all of the needs we had and the location was excellent. The street outside was extremely loud all day and night, but that had nothing to do with the condo itself.
The beds were AWESOME, A/C worked great, showers had great water pressure, and all the kitchen appliances were in working order.

Check in and check out was a breeze. Really appreciated that as we arrived later. The noise that we experienced both nights of our stay ruined it for us. Between the smell of food down the entire hallway at 11pm to the 2:30-3:30 AM wake ups due to loud noise, people running and kids pounding on walls it just wasn't enjoyable. It wasn't any fault of the property but just an overall terrible experience because of a couple other guests/families. When we were finally fed up with it the second night at 1:30am, we called the front desk to have the noise addressed and he was already on top of it. Unfortunately, it never really ended it and continued. We just dealt with it. Property needs some updating to include a lot of the common areas as well. Location is great as its central to the beach, boardwalk and tons of other things to do.

The pool was small, the hot tub was dirty. The unit needed dusting. And over head light didn't work.

This is a great condo, spacious, VERY clean(some updates needed) and perfect proximity to the beach! It’s literally across the street from the beach…a 3 min walk at most! There was also beach equipment available for use. The check-in process was smooth and we were allowed to check-in a early and the front desk staff was extremely helpful! We only stayed at the property 24hrs due to hurricane evacuation, but we ENJOYED every minute, plan on returning next year, and highly recommend this property!

Place was great. It was clean and pretty. The extras such as chairs and towels was a great surprise to us. The kitchen was great. I've never been to a rental with good pans and a sharp knife.

Very nice property. 5 minute walk to the beach, great food right next door. Easy walk to johns pass. A little difficult to find lobby/check in area, but thats my only complaint!

The unit was exactly as described, check in was so easy, they even allowed us to park our car a few hours prior to check in so we could enjoy the beach without having to pay for public parking. Easy walk to the beach, the pool was perfect (temp, size, and depth) for my kids. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. 10/10, we will be back.

The location is perfect! Just a short walk to the beach. The condo was as pictured and very clean. They also had beach supplies in the closet- beach chairs, boogie board, sun screen and a stroller. The only thing was the parking. You are allowed one parking pass and my MIL had to park at St. John’s pass garage which cost 30$ a day which adds up. So keep that in mind: But overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

Everything was pretty good, very basic, but clean. Our particular unit could use some updating. The appliances were noisy and dishwasher inefficient. The master bath was large W/double sinks (no stoppers), but jetted tub should be torn out and replaced by a walk-in shower. It was worn and outdated. The resort itself should up-date the quality of there bed linens and towels. Very low grade. I was them and ended up wearing holes in them. Will stay again. Minor stuff. Staff was great.

Nice location, walked to everything. We traveled with a group and our room was one of the largest but if we all wanted to hang out in the living room and watch TV (also very small), four of us would not have fit comfortably in the living room. Maybe if you are traveling with small kids instead of large teenagers it wouldn't be an issue. The other rooms were even smaller. I suggest that they update the lighting in the kitchen as it was very dark - needed new overhead lights or at least under cabinet lighting.

This is a nicely furnished, clean, two bed, two bath condo at a great location. The two TV's, two balconies, washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, and the Gulf Blvd / ocean view from the balcony were a bonus! Parking is right underneath the building and the beach is literally right across the street. John's Pass, with loads of restaurants, surf shops and other attractions, is one block away. While slightly noisy due to street traffic, this place is perfectly situated for a great Florida get away. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the interior and grounds were clean and well kept. We were there when Hurricane Nicole blew across the state from the Atlantic side and the unit was dry and the power stayed on which was great news for us. I would recommend this place to anyone and we will likely stay here again. Thanks!

Everything was great! Looked just like pictures. I was happy it smelt like bleach so I knew it was clean - but was very strong.

Unit said it was for 7 people. It had 6 bath towels, one extra set of bedding but two pullouts that required bedding, one kitchen towel, 2 trash bags that were giant but then didn’t fit down the trash shoot. We got in late. Used the box to pick up our keys and got to the room only to have to make bedding work after a long day of travel with 5 kids. Location was great! Unit had a variety of beach gear which was good. We were just disappointed that a unit that said it was for 7 people wasn’t better stocked for 7 people.

Overall a great experience. Very close to the beach and John’s Pass Boardwalk. Condo was very clean. Check-in and check-out was simple. Only disappointment was the pool closed at dusk since there aren’t any outside lights around the pool.

Family get away
The location was perfect. Short walk to the beach access and beach. There was a cot in addition to the pull out couches which was a bonus for us.
The pool was closed during our stay which was fine as we prefer the beach. The pool actually looked smaller in person.
The only extra I wish was provided was more beach chairs. We flew in so we bought chairs and left them for the next guests. Otherwise, this is a perfect place for a family of six (all over age 17).

No air conditioning
Had no air one day and maintenance was not available until next day. Need 24 hour maintenance!
