Madeira Bay Resort #507 is a three bedroom, two bathroom condo with two private balconies. Views of marina, sunrises, waterway and islands. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third has two twin size beds and sofa sleeper in the living room. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is not pet friendly. One parking pass provided. Note: A/C thermostat has a lock that prevents setting the room temperature below 70 degrees. Unit stays cool, especially while utilizing the ceiling fans. Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

Our group of six stayed overnight a couple nights for a beach wedding. We enjoyed the condo, great view, nice older building. The apartment was well furnished and large enough for us to gather. Thank you for hosting us!

Location was fantastic. Right across the street from the beach. Amazing sun rises from the back.
I do hope the mattresses are replaced- along with the couch and chairs - just pretty worn.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very spacious and was at a great location. The views were beautiful. The parking was very convenient. We would definitely stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was lovely and very comfortable. The pool area was great! Close proximity to many restaurants and shops. The highlight of our week was our very close encounter with a small group of manatees while swimming at Madiera Beach. Relaxing vacation. We will be back!

The condo is so nice and well maintained. It’s a perfect location! Within walking distance to the beach and St. John’s Pass. The Mad Cantina next door is sooooooo good! Pool and hot tub are nice and clean. Will definitely return!

Nice location, spacious. Included beach amenities. Only had parking for 1 vehicle which was inconvenient.

This was a great rental.
Location was excellent
Rooms were comfortable and nice.
The only things that I didn't like was that there was fresh pet urine 10 feet from our room. I'm assuming that this was from an owners pet as these are condos rented out.
And that they make no accommodations for the 3 bedrooms that sleep 8.
We had 7. We needed 2 vehicles yo move people around, but couldn't afford the parking that the city has at $3 an hour.
That's $72 a day for parking.
I would have been more than happy to park a 2nd vehicle behind the building where there was 4 parking spaces.
But I do think this rental was well worth the money and was Great

Just a short walk to the beach and the beach chairs were in the unit. Comfy bed.

Our first day the toilet was not working and leaking. Our second day the shower was plugged. It was my daughter’s wedding and we were unable to get ready properly. It took 8 hours for someone to come and fix it. When they arrived we were trying to get ready and they were in our way.

The condo was nicely decorated, very roomy, comfortable and well stocked for family fun. Board games, beach chairs, towels and accessories. The pool area was a small but recently renovated and looks great.
Location is excellent. Only 428 steps to The Bamboo Bar and John’s Pass.

The sunrise from our balcony was breath taking
Unit was clean and very comfortable
Only thing is the pots and pans could be updated and a bigger sauce pan to cook pasta in would be good

Large condo with enough room for the 4 adult family members on our trip. Everything worked well and we alerted the management to a door which did not work (but didn’t interfere with our stay). Very clean. Had lots of beach chairs and beach umbrellas to use. Included beach towels which was nice. Not a lot of extra blankets but no one seemed to mind but me. View of the intercoastal waterway was terrific and only steps to the beach. We enjoyed the short walk to John’s Pass shopping village. Condo was just as advertised. I’d rent it again for our next trip.

This place is lovely and would have liked to stay longer if our itinerary allowed it. Great as a base for the Keys, we went to Key West for the day and the drive there and back was short enough. Apartments are well appointed although the bed couch in the lounge area was well used and not comfy for my youngest son. Just needs to be replaced really. Kitchens have all you need, here in the UK we quite often include the option of a "Welcome Basket" with a few bits and pieces in like - milk, bread. cheese, etc just to get the person started, this would be a good idea as nothing really that close for items. Rooms are top rate though; bathrooms are clean and have all you need. Pool area lovely, I thought the pool may be heated but it was warmer mid evening, beach area is in the process of being tidied up. I would stay here again for the right price!

They had everything you need for the beach (chairs etc). The place was spotless! Check-in was a breeze. We walked for hours every morning. This place is a little gem!!

Exceeded Expectations!!
We traveled to Madeira Beach with our family of four (kids ages 4 and 7). This condo was fantastic! It was clean, spacious, and the location to the beach and shopping was excellent! It also had everything you needed for a day on the beach. The balconies out back were a wonderful place to spend the evenings. We were even able to watch manatees down below a couple of the nights. We would highly recommend this rental for a fun Florida vacation!

Nice condo with a good floor plan and great location. This unit needed a deep clean and more maintenance e.g. fan in bathroom didn’t work, burnt out bulbs, kitchen clock needed battery. First thing we did was clean the unit even though our check in was delayed by two hours for unit cleaning. Oh well, fun vacation anyway !

Friends Reunion
The condo was immaculate, very pleased with the square footage which accommodated the four of us comfortably.
Kitchen was great, but would have loved a Keurig coffee machine. Will definitely be booking again it's a perfect location across from the beach and stores.
