Ich hatte mit mehr erhofft

Am besten war der Strand .

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht überein. Das Zimmer war von der Größe ok ,aber das Bad müsste unbedingt renoviert werden. Die Ausstattung war sehr spärlich. Das beste war der Strand inklusive Sonnenuntergang.

Par où commencer ? La salle de bain était dans un piteuse état mais vraiment horrible wifi inexistant j’ai du demander un modem et c’était pareil rien ne change Personnel gentil serviable restaurent trop cher pour la quantité et la qualité des aliments aucune activité à proximité

False advertisement, scams and ridisculously overpriced

located right on the beach, nice beach, breakfast included, they pick you up from the pier.

It is ridisculously overpriced, they advertise this place as a luxury hotel on the beach and charge you a premium for it and then you get there and its barely a 2 star hotel charging the price of a european 4 or 5 star hotel. The room is nothing like the description on booking, there is no flat screen tv, no minibar, the kettle was not working and nearly electrocuted my girlfriend. There was no wifi, after complaining they provided a wifi router that stopped working every single day for several hours, so if you need to work remotely like us, go somewhere else. The hot shower didn't work for 3 days until after complaining several times they finally fixed it, and there is not much water pressure which makes it hard to remove sand from your body (let me remind you this hotel is on the beach). They only do housekeeping if you specifically ask for it and you need to be around because there is only one key for the room. The tiny sofa in the room was very dirty. The staff is friendly but it's mostly a bunch of kids so they are more interested in looking at their phones than actually doing their jobs. The restaurant food is alright but it's 3 times more expensive than anywhere else on the island. There is absolutely nothing nearby this hotel, nothing in walking distance, no convinience store, no restaurants, nothing, so you end up having to eat at the hotel restaurant which is of course overpriced. If you want to go to the village you either have to pay for them to take you there, which they charge 20 dollars, or rent a scooter from them, which they tell you costs 10 dollars for half a day or 20 for full day, but then at checkout when it's time to pay they charge you 20 dollars even if you used it only half days because they rent the bike from somewhere else and they keep it the full day so they then charge you that no matter what, scammers.

Best beach on the island,the team of staff were really nice ,great airconditioning,very relaxing ,pretty complex and quiet .

No hairdryer, no cupboard to put your clothes away ,no bedside lamps ,just few hangers,ciment flooring in bathroom made the room smell humidity,lack of matress on beach chairs.Food and cocktails were terrible

Beautiful location but unfinished resort.

The beach was beautiful and the water was so clear. We swam every morning and snorkelled and saw some beautiful fish.

Unfinished room and did not look like the room we had booked at all.

Relaxing …

Best and cleanest beach at Long Beach. Our bungalow was a good size, spartanly furnished. Do not rely on booking.com description. Buffet size is depending on the number of guests - which is reasonable. Construction work ongoing for additional 10 bungalows had no negative impact on our well-being.

Pick-up service did not work - it took 3 calls by locals and 1 hour waiting in the sun! Drop-off however was perfect. Stray dogs on the beach - but much less - and healthier - than at Sok San village beach. Mosquitos - bring a repellant. This is nature … Food/drinks a bit pricy. Wifi was shaky in the main area. In our room it was not existent. No TV, but who needs TV in such a location?

the location, it’s in the best beach of Koh Rong

the room wasn’t like in the photos and in the hotel told us it was a booking issue and weren’t interested on upgrading our room to give us one similar to the photos.

Exceptional

The staff were absolutely amazing , especially the helpful and knowledgeable manager who bent over backwards to accomodate all our need. We were picked up by car and shown around , the breaky was lovely and the views of the beach and the beach itself were amazing. We enjoyed swimming and snorkelling around the front of the resort . Thank you for such a memorable stay , we love the island 🏝

Exceptional

Very warm welcome from the manager, Dimitri, who made us feel right até home! We had booked a garden Room and Dimitri was so kind to upgrade US to a sea front bungalow that was big and right on the beach. The water on the beach is cristal clear, much better than in pagoda beach or long set. Lots of marine life That you can see with snorkel, available on the resort! The day we moved to another place on the island he was so kind to take us there! 10 out of 10!!!
