High speed internet and cable tv. Enjoy the captivating view overlooking golf course in your private 4 seasons sun room. Professionally cleaned! Beautiful penthouse 3 bedroom 3 bath condo immaculately kept with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and overlook golf course. Main floor has formal dining, beautiful tile and hardwood, enclosed sun room with TV, wet bar, and pull out sofa sleeper and a gorgeous view of the golf course. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on main floor with the 3rd bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Our renovated Penthouse condo has room for 11. (max 8 adults 3 kids) the master has a king bed and a memory foam for a child. 2nd bedroom has 1 queen, 3rd bedroom has 2 queens, and the sunroom has a queen bed. 6 miles to SDC, Indoor pool. Amazing Penthouse Getaway, Golf Course w/Pool and close to attractions and marinas. Multiple large flat screen TV's, one that is a smart TV for Netflix viewing, high speed internet with 5G wifi. Access to indoor pool. Close to an indoor waterpark as well. There is ONE flight of stairs to go up to the property. The new aquarium is just next door and the ferris wheel and ice rink are only 3 blocks away. Note: once booked you can access important information about your booking by accessing your profile then go to "my trips". In that area you will be able to find the address, your custom door code and other important info about the property. Area attractions include: Boating and fishing on Table rock and Taneycomo lake, multiple close by marinas, Silver dollar city (6.5 miles) Branson Convention center (3.5 miles), dinner cruises, white water outdoor water park, indoor water park (castle rock) Zoos, go-carts, Top of the Rock, many live theaters, Branson landing, hiking trails. The new aquarium in right next door. Note: we have a 5 night minimum during peak summer season the 2nd week of June until the week after Labor day.

The owner was great, quick responses to messages, and check-in process was all online. The house was as described, and slept all of us without any problems. I would absolutely recommend this condo to large families going to Branson. Things that we brought or bought that made our stay a little better was an air up mattress, crockpot, trash bags, and paper towels.

Loved the location, how easy it was to get there, the size, and cleanliness! The only thing was the top floor got pretty hot unless you kept the AC going downstairs. When we arrived it was 62 so we turned the heat on to 68 and the upstairs got considerably more hot than downstairs so we turned the AC on to cool down.

Amazing!! This rental was absolutely perfect for my big family to all get under the same roof for some great memories to be made. It’s conveniently located not far from Silver Dollar City. Off the strip but just up the street to all the fun as well! The space had everything we could have possibly needed for everyone to be comfy and feel like home. Would love to come back and stay here in the future!!🎄🎅❤️

The good: Nice property. Lots of room. Very clean. Sunroom could easily be a 4th bedroom. Multiple TVs, well stocked kitchen, super close to shopping and shows. Word of caution : the smoke alarm is very sensitive and is very high up. It's hard to turn off. The oven takes a long time to turn on. Also, several cleaning requirements despite the high cleaning fee. Overall: highly recommended. My family had six guest. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed the place very much.

Our family went to Branson for a long weekend to enjoy Silver Dollar City and the Branson Aquarium. The condo is in a great location to get to both easily. The indoor pool was fantastic since it rained during part of our stay.

We had an awesome stay at this Vrbo. We found it to be in a safe, quiet area. We loved having beach towels for the pool available, and was so very well stocked with everything we needed. We also loved having a high chair and baby gate available. So much room and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Went on a golf trip with 5 of my friends and we stayed here a couple nights, place was amazing. Clean, great beds, beautiful views with a great four seasons room. Highly recommend for anyone to stay in!

Perfect place for our trip. Location was so close to everything. Rooms were great. Everyone had a place to retreat to alone and have their own bathroom. Chairs were all cozy. Kitchen had all we needed.

We had 6 adults and 4 kids (7-11yrs) and this property was perfect for our three families; each having their own bedroom and bath. We have an 11-year-old autistic grandchild who often needs personal space when becoming over stimulated and the sunroom off the master bedroom was fabulous for them! There is only one negative that I could state. I seen in a previous review that the master shower/tub did not drain well. This is still an issue with the condo.

Condo was super convenient to shopping, restaurants and attractions. The condo was clean, roomy, cute decor and I loved the extras such as: hand soap, coffee, and pool towels!! We were not ready to leave and the owner made it extremely easy to stay one more night. We highly recommend this condo!

One of the best VRBO's we've stayed in. All the beds were comfortable. There was enough room for everyone to spread out. Served as a fantastic pillar for the entire vacation. You do have to climb some stairs to get to the room, but any upper level unit is always quieter and I'll take it every time.
