Super recomendable!

Habitacion muy linda, comida. Excelente atencion del personal. A 1 minuto en moto del centro de sairee, pero super tranquila la zona. Muy recomendado

Nos toco una habitacion bastante ruidosa, teniamos el motor del aire justo atras de la cama, del otro lado de la pared.

Friendly guy, but really not professional. Went to my room without asking.

Nice room, it was ok.

My girlfriend didn’t knew she went on periode. So a little bit of blood went on the sheets. The guy went crazy about the blood and wanted me to clean the sheets. I spent a whole morning and afternoon to help the sheets cleaned. I even brought the sheets to the laundry place and paid more than 500 baht for cleaning. There was still a bit of blood over. So I went to the store and tried cleaning the sheets my self with baking soda. This guy was still not happy and I spent 6 hours of my time trying to get a place to clean this sheets for this guy and he went crazy about the little bit of blood. I really tried to explain that it was natural and that things happens and I really want to help him. But he really doesn’t understand it and wanted me to pay 1500 baht. That is the same price as my whole stay here in his hotel. I was really tired of the whole discussion and give him his money because he had my license. I think he kind of robbed me for this. He got the amount of money of 2 night stays just because of his f*king bedsheets…

Quiet place to enjoy Koh Tao

Host was friendly, everything we needed for our stay in Koh Tao, lot of good restaurants in the area and 10 minutes walk to Sairee beach. We rented a bike to visit further places but it's walkable to enjoy Sairee area.

Owners were incredible, would stay here again.

Bill the owner was the nicest man we have ever met he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and his wife gave us a lift to the pier when we were leaving which was so kind! We also got to hire bikes from him. The location was fab only a 8 minute walk to the main strip. We are hoping to come back for Christmas!!

Lovely stay in Koh Tao

Good for the price. Owners were lovely and welcoming. Was very very clean, we rented a bike which was cheaper than the rest of the island. Good location, situated up a hill off the main places so was quiet in the night.

Only thing we would say is the shower is quite low so you have to duck if washing hair (not a bad thing but just to add). So if you are tall may be a struggle!

Lovely guesthouse with large rooms, highly recommend

Bill is the best!! We had a brilliant stay here, large rooms and bathroom, fridge and kettle. It’s a couple of minutes up the hill on a moped, the location was perfect for us. Really great value for money

Great place to stay solo or couples, quiet and clean!

Super clean and quiet. Room was cleaned everyday. Owner super friendly. Great AC and bed, big fridge, kettle .Stricte shoes off policy which is great, big shared balcony . Quiet and good location, you need a motorcycle though. There are motorcycle for rent in great condition . Owner has his own collection of motorcycle ( not for rent) that he works on , his garage looks like a showroom! Great value for the price, i will def come back. 100B deposit for key which is fair

Comfy, friendly and great value !

I had a great stay at Nawee GuestHouse. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the fridge in the room was a great touch! The staff were so lovely and helpful when I wanted to extend my stay. The location is also great just a few minute walk down to the beach and they have scooters you can rent for a good price! Really recommend ☺️

perfect

the owners were amazing. very helpful with everything and they even dropped me at the ferry at the end of my stay. easy bike hire through them as well. the room was basic and nice. aircon worked well. very quiet stay. stayed for a week, easily could’ve stayed longer.

I didn’t mind at all, but the property is up a big hill so just know you’ll be sweating if you don’t drive a bike. my bathroom was a little bit smelly but nothing too bad.

Great Value and such a nice host!

The owner is so nice. We walked in and checked in in 2 min and we're able to rent the motorbike within those 2 min. It's great for the value. Has everything you need. The owner is extremely nice he even dropped my husband back to the beach after we dropped the motorbike off. It was my birthday and he went extra mile to get me a Bday gift:) So thoughtful🙏🏼

It has a big hill on the way but we had a motorbike didn't bother us at all!

Exceptional

The owner of Nawee Guesthouse is a great man. He offers a service of renting scooters at the guesthouse, this was very nice. The last day of our stay, he even offered us a free taxi to the pier. Also, the rooms are good, not too big but fine and clean. We would definately recommend this accommodation.

The only downsite is that it is a little bit far off the centrum by foot, but no problem with a scooter.

Best service we have ever experienced. Bill was extremely nice and helpful and gave us some great recommendations for the island. Our Room was great and very clean and the Guesthouse is in a central location. You can also hire scooters for a really cheap price. Highly recommended!

Basic room but with everything you need for a few nights. Very clean and room was cleaned on the 2nd day too. The owner was so helpful, understanding and so friednly - really good place to stay.

Location is about 10-15 minutes walk from the main road, wasn't an issue for us but it is quite a big hill to get back up after some food!

perfect quiet stay

the location was out of the main centre of Sairee beach but still close enough to walk to and from, although I mostly took the scooter. I didn’t rent my scooter from Nawee but they have some available. there was plenty of parking. it was perfect for a quiet nights sleep ahead of diving and there was basic tea, coffee, sink, microwave and kettle available in communal kitchen and I had a kettle and fridge in my room. the owner was always happy to help with any queries and I also got my laundry done here which was great value and smelled amazing (small things in life). would definitely stay again - in fact I tried to extend my stay but they were already fully booked -

nothing it was perfect for my weeks diving. as I say above there are pro’s and cons about being out of the main hustle and bustle, and if you don’t hire a scooter the walking (up and down the hill) each day in the heat could be a con for some

Amazing value for money in the heart of Koh Tao - just a short walk away from the main restaurants etc. Our room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. Plenty of storage space for bags. The owner was extremely friendly with a smile on his face :) Would highly recommend

Nice, clean, comfortable room. Good location up the hill from Sairee beach. The owner was friendly and welcoming. We rented a scooter from him for 200 THB per day. Incredible value for money.

The best place in Thailand, I swear!

The entire house is super clean, quite and close to everything you need. You have supermarket 1 min walking, a gym 2 min walking and the best and cheapest restaurants in island 5 min walking. We spent 15 days in Koh Tao and I can’t recommend you other accommodation. The owner is probably the best person you will meet in entire Thailand! He provides you coffee for free every morning, bottles of water and an amazing family environment. renting Motorbike is available here for 200B per day and laundry service for 40B per kg. If you are planning a trip to Koh Tao, don’t stop searching, here is the place! price per night with all these points is unbeatable , I swear.

Fabulous stay

Owner is so kind and helpful - they even dropped us to the boat when we were leaving. Room is spacious and clean. Location is ideal and they also offer a great bike rental service. Would definitely recommend - we extended out stay by 4 days :)

The location on the top of the hill. Walking to the ferry pier takes 40 minutes. Taxi to the pier is 200 bath, quite expensive. Toilet tap should be replaced. Several ants in the room.
