Beautiful hotel on Sairee Beach

Hotel was very comfy and the staff were lovely. The TV had Netflix and Youtube and the home comforts were available. It was clean and in a really good location in Koh Tao just on Sairee beach. The hotel were also helpful in organising transfers from the port. We were wary when we saw some complaints about the breakfast but we think this may have been when the hotel was under construction. The breakfast was served in the hotel and was lovely with amazing views. We would definitely return.

The water temperature was hit and miss, often we couldn’t get hot water in the shower. It was also quite noisy at night being on the main strip, this was not a fault of the hotel though.

Great

Great hotel for a vacation with a beautiful beach! The staff was super friendly:) Would come again.

The only thing that could be better was the water in the shower. It didn’t get very cold which would’ve been nice after a long day in the sun.

We paid extra for a beach front balcony which was nice

The tiny scruffy reception room which gave us a instant bad impression of the hotel. Never stayed anywhere with such a poor reception./no proper chairs they were Tea chests. The room & bathroom small, not enough clothes space & 2 hangers !! .

abwechslungsreich und unterhaltsam mit vielen jungen Menschen

Das Hotel liegt direkt am sauberen Strand. Schöne Aussicht direkt vom Zimmer und Balkon, wo man das Treiben der Taucher und der Boote verfolgen kann. Personal sehr freundlich. Sehr lebhafter Strandabschnitt, gutes Frühstück direkt am Beach. Viele Shops unmittelbar erreichbar. Mittendrin im Abenteuer. Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet. Es hat alles, was man braucht. In der Nähe viele gute Restaurants.

Beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations. Pas de transat sur la plage, dommage on avait pris un hôtel front de mer pour profiter de la plage tranquillement. Très mal insonorisé. On profite toutes les nuits de la bamboche du bar d’à côté. Oublie de serviette de toilette dans la sdb. On sort de la douche « ah ben la femme de ménage n’a pas mis de serviette dans la chambre aujourd’hui » Ménage fait à la va vite. Petit déjeuner au resto d’à cote où le service laisse bcp à désirer. (35 minutes d’attente le 1er jour, ils nous avaient oublié. Le dernier jour nous venons à l’ouverture (7h30 - c’est même écrit sur les coupons petit déjeuner) car nous devions partir tôt prendre le bateau. On nous répond que nous ne pouvons prendre qu’un café car les cuisines sont fermées jusqu’à 8h. Je réponds que ce n’est pas normal, que j’ai payé mon petit déjeuner et qu’il est indiqué qu’il ouvre à 7h30. Le serveur me demande d’un ton agacé si je comprends l’anglais (et donc ce qu’il vient de me dire) … Pour 600 euros les 4 nuits, la qualité n’y est pas

Idyllic beach hotel. Beautiful sunsets.

Amazing location on Saree beach. 1st room with balcony was just right. Restaurant staff, exceptional.Restaurant staff exceptional. Mini bar great value for money, competing with 711. Cocktail 100 baht each 2-6pm. Amazing.

Small bathroom. Busy area so can be noisy outside, hotel cannot control this. They do provide ear plugs.

Excellente adresse à Koh Tao

L’amabilité du personnel - la propreté - la literie - la situation géographique avec vue directe sur la plage - l’ambiance musicale de l’hôtel - le restaurant de l’hôtel avec excellent rapport qualité / prix

Un inconvénient qui n’est pas spécifique à l’hôtel : les fêtes nocturnes bruyantes des environs. Mais nous sommes à Koh Tao !

Clean & Comfy Property! In a Great Location

The room was nice and comfy with a large tv that had Netflix’s! Location was brilliant right next to restaurants & shops!

Our shower was hot/cold for the whole staff and the electrics went off one night for about 3hrs! Also we had food in the restaurant and the staff were very slow & missed our order, after ordering 3 times. I think this property could be lovely, with abit of work!

Best hotel in Koh Tao

The hotel is located directly on the beach, just a few meter from the ocean. You have a very nice view on the open sea. The balcony is really nice with a comfortable sofa in the first floor. The food was good and the staff very nice

Terrible to stay and zero value to the money we pay

The view but you can have this in many other hotels along the beach.

Not the kind of room and service you expect to get for a room that cost per night like a whole week in a different place (more than $150 per night). The room is very small and the bathroom even smaller. In the shower was very poor with no hot water and very weak pressure - even though we asked from the reception to take care of it, it took them really long time and only managed to fix the hot water. The hallway was very stinky the whole stay. The breakfast was also very poor that in the second day we went out to eat.

Een heerlijk, mooi, trendy hotel met heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel

Het was een geweldig hotel op een hele fijne lokatie direct aan het strnd. Ontbijten kun je met de voeten in de zee en mooie plek om zonsondergang te bewonderen.

Ik heb eigenlijk niks aan te merken op het hotel.

Best view, terrible smell on bottom floor

The location on Samiree beach is amazing. The only hotel with balcony’s on the beach

Superb

Great experience! The staff were so accommodating let us check in early and out late . They also paid for the taxi back to the pier ! The room was lovely - the balcony with the hammock made it for us with easy access to the beach.

The location of hotel is great meaning directly on the beach with beautiful view. Staff was nice and hotel clean. The hotel restaurant served delicious food and drinks.

The hotel is noisy as in the middle of "walking street with all pubs and restaurants" and we had a feeling of student dormitory with neverending party. So in case you look for a quiet place to stay for couple i would choose something different. On contrary if you love to be in centre of everything, with earplugs go for it.

comfortable well sized rooms, the included breakfast was great and the lady who runs the place is wonderful (along with the rest of the staff)

there were two power cuts during our stay, these were dealt with very well by the lady who runs the place and they were obviously not Blue Tao’s fault

location is perfect, on one side you are 5 steps from the ocean and on the other side you are right on the busiest area in the island

the hotel does not offer much except for the room itself. the room is clean and comfortable but rather small. this is the most expensive room rate i paid in Thailand and I'm not sure it's worth it

bed bugs!!

the location is amazing, you can see the beautiful sunset. the breakfast has many nice options the staff is very friendly and helpful. laundry costs 40 baht/kg, everything arrives the next day, clean and smells nice.

BED BUGS!!! our bodies were full of bites. had to change to a different hotel. The AC is very weak The beach is not a private one, so if you take a “beach front” room keep in mind people on the beach will be at the level of you room. There is no beach umbrellas provided by the hotel, no shade at the beach at all, there are only 4 sunbeds.

Very good

I recommend the ocean view room - the view and the sunsets are amazing. it's not the prettiest of beaches since the boats arrive here, but you can still swim and cool off. location is right in the middle of the nightlife and everything is within easy walking distance.

next door is a bar with loud music until 2am and sometimes you have unwanted guests chilling in front of the terrace. so if sleep is important to you, the location may not be ideal. Although the breakfast was fresh and a la carte, but the food was not very tasty

The location is beautiful and the hotel is new

There was no hot water in the shower. And the bar next door is very loud at night, so remember earplugs

nice hotel, central but at night sometimes noisy

nice and central, lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants within max 10mins walk

as good as the location was, not ideal if you want it super quiet, every 2nd day there‘s a huge party close by and you can hear the beats
