This unit has been completely renovated as of November 2017 with brand new furniture, TVs and linens. Nicest unit at fantasy World at the most affordable prices. This stunning Kissimmee Townhouse is located in a lovely gated resort. You'll get to enjoy the resort's Swimming pool, Golfing, Lazy River Pool,tennis, Ping-Pong, Batting Cage etc! Never a slow day here! Enjoy our most recent addition, a beautiful townhouse in a great resort! Fantasy World With your stay you will have access to lots of entertainment: 3 pools, Water slides, Lazy river, Jacuzzi, Tiki bar, Game room, Classes Bingo Scavenger Hunts Kids Splash Pad Transportation to the parks Activity centre Pool Side Games Board Games, DVD,s Karaoke Night Craft Room (sand art, piggy banks etc) Movie Night Business Centre Sauna & Steam room, Gym with locker room and shower, Picnic, barbecue area, and much more! Our resort indoor golf, for an additional fee. Tennis and Basketball Restaurant and Bar 24 Hour Reception Fitness Room At the house: Dining area with table for 6 people. Private screened patio with seating and space for an outdoor dinner, lunch or breakfast just perfect for a get together with friends or family. Living room with 55 inch,43inch,43 inch,LED HDTV, HD cable TV Also a full size pulls out couch for your convenience. 2 comfortable bedrooms. All Bedrooms with LED HDTV, HD cable One bedroom with Brand New king size bed and the second bedroom with full-size beds (sleep 4). A "Pack N Play" is also available. 2 bathrooms. First-floor bathroom with shower and on the second-floor bathroom with bathtub. Laundry with washer and dryer. Free Parking included with your stay! The pool area is open from 9am to 11pm daily. With your stay you will have access to lots of entertainment, 3 pools, water slides, lazy river, sauna & steam room, locker room with shower, gym, tiki bar, game room, Jacuzzi, picnic and BBQ area, and much more to enjoy! The indoor golf is not included with your stay and need be paid on site if you want to play. Please see front desk or inside the clubhouse for more info about this feature. We ask our guests to enjoy and treat our house with the same love and respect as the would their own home. For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests there is no smoking or pets allowed inside the house. The towels belong to our property, not the resort. Remember to always bring any towel back from the pool. 6 wristbands will be provided upon check in. The wristbands give you access to the pool area and clubhouse facilities and should be worn at all times. Please remember to return the wristbands when you get back into the house. In case of lost, there will be a charge of $50 per lost wristband. We reserve the right to retain the security deposit in total or partially in case of nonobservance of the house rules or damages or abuse. Enjoy your stay! Self-catered house. As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You may find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the holder and one extra), a roll of paper towel, a couple of trash bags, laundry detergent for a load, liquid dish soap, and some dishwasher detergent for the machine. The amenities are managed Property Management, and from time to time they do require maintenance and may not be available. This is beyond our control. We apologise in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay. No refunds will be given in this event. From time to time certain offerings inside the condo (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologise in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. No refunds are given in this event . Distance and time listed to the parks are approximations, time may vary do to traffic or other incidents. Please note changes to your reservation may involve a penalty. Due to renovations at the pool area, the main pool, water slides, and lazy river are scheduled to be closed from January 15th 2024, until February 9th 2024. All other amenities will remain open, including the Oasis pool area, hot tubs, Tiki bar, gym, arcade room, and many others.

Stayed here with my 2 grandsons for their Fall break and they had a great time! Home was clean and cheerful and beds were super comfy! AC was working perfectly and we had everything we needed. The resort is convenient and we had so much fun! Love that the wristbands were included! Host was very responsive!

The property was not quite what was shown in the pictures. The condo needed some updates. Bathroom cabinets were peeling, toilet seat was broken and the diningroom table was peeling from use. Overall, it was nice and for the price, satisfied our needs. The pool and activities area was very nice and all the staff was so friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and was nice on the budget.

This unit was clean and comfortable. Also nicely decorated. It is very close walk to the resort amenities...pool etc. Under 5 min drive to restaurants and only about 15 min drive to Disney Parks/Disney Springs. We would return and recommend to anyone considering. Thank you, Mark!

The home was well looked after. It had a comfortable functional feel with good amenities (lots of clean towels, full kitchen, two full bathrooms, hair dryers, etc). The home was exceptionally clean and appeared to have recently been painted. All appliances and furnishings were in good order and we appreciated the "started" items such as dish and laundry soap until we could go shopping. The owner was very responsive (we had one small issue when we arrived which was immediately addressed) and was super kind and polite. We would definitely stay here again!

This location has very good access to stores, Disney and Universal. Traffic was not bad in this area. Everyone loved the water slides and having the 2 levels was a nice change. There were enough supplies provided for a 4 night stay.

We were looking for a cost effective option for our family trip that combined a competition and visits to the parks. This seemed like a great option as it was equal distance to Disney and Universal. And the pool pictures were a major selling point! Unfortunately the unit itself was lack luster. It’s a bit old and definitely needs a deep clean! If you’re looking for a cheap option for a family without bells and whistles, this is for you… but just know the floors are old, carpets are very stained and the place could use a fresh coat of paint. A couple updates could make this place a much better experience! The pool was fun but as mentioned in other reviews, the pool staff are less then friendly if they catch you jumping/ splashing. Beds were comfy, towels were fluffy and there’s just enough supplies to make breakfast/coffee, etc. Walmart, Publix and Target are all near by so you can grab supplies (don’t forget paper products) and there’s plenty of restaurants near by, so that’s a plus!

Great central location for Orlando theme parks
Rented this condo for a week of time at Disney and Universal theme parks. The location was pretty convenient for both (a little closer to Disney but just 20 min from Universal). The property was clean and affordable. Beds were comfortable and accommodations perfect for our family of 3 (teenager). The resort pool/lazy river was nice. Probably would have preferred less “activities” in the pool area but we were mostly there in evenings after the busy period and it was nice then and water was plenty warm in mid-March. Good restaurant options and a very nice Publix within 5 minutes. We opted not to do much cooking but be aware there are no supplies in the unit (olive oil, salt/pepper, etc. ) so prepare to bring or purchase what you need. We had a great stay and do recommend

You could tell the owners treat this property as a home they have pride in and they treated us, their guests, like extended family. Mark, the owner was very responsive and would help you with any questions that you have. There is a lot of entertainment at the pool and the employees at Fantasy World were so extremely amazing. We live in California and will be moving to SW Florida very soon. We decided we will always see if this specific unit is available for future trips to Disney.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation to Florida. The location was great for us as it was 10 minutes to the Disney parks. The condo was clean, met all expectations and all went very smoothly.

Our family of 4, two adults and two children (6 & 9) stayed over Christmas 2021. The condo was accurately described and in good condition. Mark was excellent at communicating with us with our questions. We did not have any issues. The pool/lazy river area was our favorite, and it is is within quick walking distance. The pool area was beautiful. The ONLY complaint (if you would call it that) is that the security around the pool was quite strict. Just a heads up that toys or pool accessories of any kind are not allowed. Jumping into the pool and splashing is also not allowed. The reminders from security staff were kind but consistent throughout the day. From what I understand, these restrictions are new to the resort. Overall, we truly enjoyed our experience here and would return in the future.
